• Aliya (9/5): В следующий раз я не буду останавливаться в этом районе - Мне понравилась идеальная чистота,сам дом где расположены апартаменты тоже симпатичный,расположение относительно логистики удобно, рядом две остановки автобусов, откуда вы спокойно уедете и до ближайшей станции метро(4 минуты) и до главных улиц Рима(35 минут), но сам район оставляет желать лучшего, грязный. Владелец Альберто жизнерадостный и встретил радушно, единственно что меня немного огорчило, на второе утро пребывания произошло - хотелось позавтракать в тишине, но рядом за столом завтракала пара и он громко с ними разговаривал и одновременно мыл посуду, а поскольку помещение где завтракали небольшое - эти шумы меня раздражали, может Альберто возьмет это на заметку😊
• Sharon (6/5): Glad it was only two nights. - The bed was great! The room and bath were clean. Access to the facility was easy once we got there. The breakfast was barest minimum, croissant and yogurt, with only a single cappuccino. Not what we were used to on our previous visit to Italy. The staff/owner was rigid and unfriendly. Seemed to have to force a smile.
• Andrés (8/5): - El trato de Alberto es muy bueno, la limpieza de las habitaciones es bien rapida y el desayuno es bueno. Hay poca distancia para tomar buses o el subterraneo El sector es un pco alejado y no hay mucho que ver/hacer idealmente hay que moverse a las areas mas turisticas. Nos toco que llego gente en la noche y tarde haciendo ruido .

• Claudio (8/5): - El lugar es seguro, limpio, cómodo. Hay presencia personalizada de su dueño que ha sido muy amable. Solo la ubicación esta un poco lejos de la estación de metro qué lleva al centro. El resto todo excelente.

• TIZIANA (8/5): Roma sempre nel cuore - La colazione è in linea con la tipologia della struttura, Alberto il titolare ti prepara al momento un delizioso cappuccino e ti fa trovare cornetti caldi, yogurt, succhi, fette biscottate...... non c'è niente di salato però sinceramente manco me l'aspettavo, la posizione è un pò fuori dal centro, ma la metro praticamente arriva vicinissima alla struttura e se non vuoi farti l'ultimo tratto a piedi puoi prendere l'autobus che in poche fermate di porta a pochi passi dal B&B L'unica cosa che rivedrei è il box doccia che non è molto funzionale perchè non si chiudeva bene e mi sarebbero piaciuti più appoggi in bagno dove mettere le cose (noi donne ne abbiamo veramente tante), per il resto va benissimo così!

Posizione comoda alla fermata metro Battistini raggiungibile con una passeggiata di 10 minuti a piedi, abbiamo lasciato la macchina parcheggiata all'interno del cortile di proprietà x 2 giorni.Camera pulitissima e buona anche colazione. Torneremo sicuramente.

• Dr Kiss (8/5): Ajánlom, de a szállasadó saját szabályaival érdemes tisztában lenni mielőtt foglalnál. - Jó az elhelyezkedése, könnyen be lehetett jutni a városba metróval és busszal, napközben és este is Sajnos annak reményében foglaltuk le a szállást, hogy rugalmas lesz a házigazda a bejelentkezési idővel kapcsolatban, 21:00ig lehetett megérkezni, de a repülő szállt le ekkor, és mivel nem volt nyitott arra, hogy a félreértés ellenére is be tudjunk checkolni, foglalnunk kellett egy másik szállást az első éjszakára. Minden reggel ugyanaz a reggeli, ami nagyon unalmassá vált.

• biagini (10/5): Un bel fine settimana allungato a Roma - La località e particolarmente la possibilità di lasciare l'auto all'interno di un piccolo giardino in una zona di enorme difficoltà a trovare un parcheggio. Comodo alla metropolitana.
• Nicoletta (6/5): - Stellplatz für das Auto war vorhanden. Frühstück war bis auf das eine frischen Croissant sehr dürftig. Nur 1Tasse Kaffe, keine Wurst oder Käse und sonst Zwieback abgepackt.
• Blanjard (8/5): Séjour très agréable dans une chambre tout confort et propre, hôte sympathique. - Chambre propre et spacieuse, hôte très sympathique. Le B&B se situe à 10 min en bus de la station de métro A Battistini, pratique pour se rendre dans le centre de Rome. Le déjeuner était identique tous les jours, peut être changer la viennoiserie de temps en temps. Sinon tout était parfait !

• Dominik (9/5): - Bardzo dobre śniadania na słodko i pyszna kawa przygotowywana przez samego właściciela. W pokoju jak i w całym obiekcie czysto i pachnąco, ogromny plus za możliwość zostawienia auta za zamknięta brama (bezpiecznie). Lokalizacja również całkiem dobra - 15 minut pieszo do Metra z którego dojedzie się do samego centrum. Właściciel bardzo miły i pomocny.

Bien situé à quelques pas du métro, on se rend au centre de Rome en moins de 30 minutes au total. Petit déjeuner correct pour ce type de structure. Un frigo et un évier sont disponibles dans la chambre. Possibilité de stationnement de notre voiture en toute sécurité. Petites fenêtres en hauteur ne permettant pas de visibilité sur l'extérieur.

La disposición y amabilidad de Alberto es sin lugar a dudas espectacular, nos sirve el desayuno como si estuviéramos en una cafetería, recomendable absolutamente Solo la falta de ascensor, que tampoco fue una gran dificultad llegar al piso

• Matt (8/5): Very good - It was outside the ZTL zone so we could drive to there. And it's only 15 mins walk from the metro to get into Rome city centre. The room was clean (and cleaned daily), breakfast was lovely, air con was good. The car was kept behind locked gates so it was secure. The owner was next door for any queries. Nope

• Kath (9/5): the best breakfast on our trip - Alby (owner) was friendly and accomodating and provided the best breakfast service with fresh warm croissants, yoghurts, fresh coffee and juice. Our room was comfortable and the air consitioning was efficient. Whlie some way out of town there is a regular bus service just 3-5 minute walk from here for 1.50 euro. the shared kitchen and balcony were perfect for our short stay. nothing to add

• Olivier (10/5): Exceptional - Almi Rooms is a nice place to stay. Rooms are spacious and comfortable and Alberto is a great host. It's easy to go in Roma center in 30/45min using bus or subway. 100% recommanded !

Would love to stay again. For luggage, it would have been nice to have an elevator but it's not possible in all places.

No breakfast before 8 am................we leave the property at 7am everyday, so didnot get any brakefast. 3. Coffee maker didnot worked. 4. Behavior of staff was bad
• Gizem (10/5): We were satisfied in general. - Staff was so friendly, loved the guy at the reception. He made us a coffee for breakfast. It was far away from the center and the entrance of the hotel was stated wrong on google maps. You have to go to other street.
• Tamara (10/5): Excellent! - Alberto is really nice and care about your stay. The location is great, about 10-12 minutes by walk to the Battistini metro station. He talked about the best routes to visit and what to look out for. Next my time on Rome I will visit Almi rooms again.🙃 Nothing to say here. All is great!

• Cat (10/5): Great host, lovely stay! - We loved our stay with Alberto, he was a warm and friendly host and always happy to provide recommendations. The room was big and cleaned daily and the breakfast was lovely every morning. A little far out from the city centre, but we knew this when booking and overall we felt that Almi rooms was good value compared to rooms closer to the city centre, so we felt that it was well worth the compromise.
