• Rusak (7/5): - Удачное расположение недалеко от центра. Хорошая кровать и постельные принадлежности. Наличие терассы, особенно в сезон. Чайник очень пригодился. Проблемы с пультом кондиционера. Сильно ограниченное пространство комнаты и невозможности использования терассы с учетом зимы. Отсутствие кружек/стаканов при наличии чайника, других элементарных приборов - нож, штопор, ложечки... Плохая звукоизоляция дверей.

• Nikola (7/5): Okej za Rim - Okej lokacija za tu cenu, smeštaj je zapravo stan u kome se zasebno izdaju tri sobe, svaka ima svoj ulaz. Krevet je udoban, fino kupatilo i tuš kabina, velik prozor sa pogledom na ulicu. U blizini radnja koja radi 00-24, te par picerija sa povoljnim cenama. Preuzimanje ključa ide preko koda i sandučića na ulazu. Dobar wifi sa neobičnom šifrom. U smeštaju nema frižidera, fena, čak je i jedan od ormara zaključan. TV je izuzetno mali - ali postoji. Ponekad se jasno čuju osobe u sobi pored vaše. Takođe, vlasnik je svakodnevno ulazio u smeštaj dok nismo bili tu, a da razlog nije čišćenje, čak smo primetili i da je jedan dan odneta fotelja koja je stajala u ćošku a na kojoj smo stavili stvari koje je vlasnik prebacio na obližnji sto.

Unfortunately a loud party happened above us on the next level one night (different accommodation). Had to use loud white noise on phone to sleep. Otherwise, great stay. Good, big bathroom space Aircon Noise from another unit- unrelated to this accommodation. Other levels not closing elevator doors appropriately so we would need to use stairs at those times.

• Cecilia (5/5): Great location, but wouldn’t stay here again - Great location near the metro, decent (though tiny) shower, and a spacious (but smelly) balcony. I’m not a fussy traveller, but this place was cramped, and poorly maintained. There was a drain on the balcony connected to the bathroom that didn’t smell good. The lift in the building often doesn’t work, the toilet seat was broken, the bathroom door came off its rail, the light in the room goes off every time you turn up the TV volume, the hairdryer and aircon barely worked. With a little care it could be so much better, but this is Rome, so everyone tries to make maximum profit with minimal effort.

We had to pay the tourist tax separately from the price of the room and we were not informed about this before, but we were faced with the fact. 2. It was very, very cold in the room! At the air conditioning, we were told that we are not allowed to set the temperature higher than 27 degrees, but the air did not cope and by morning it was barely warm in the room. There is a heater in the room and in the bathroom, but even though I turned them on, they remained 100% cold, even though I notified the host, nothing changed.

• Devadze (2/5): Very poor - One thing that is good about this appartment is location. Its 20 minutes from colloseum and near re di roma metro. Owner Gregori is very rude. When internet was turned off i called him, he said what the hell i am calling him because of this, this is not his fault, i explained i paid for facilities and its his responsibility to provide service, Internet was recovered only next day 12-13pm,i said its my birthday i need video call with my parents, He was very disrespectful and saying: “damn you understand or no? What the hell you are calling me for this?” One iron for every room, and that iron is so bad, one person must iron, another must fix the cables. He is checking rooms when guests are not at home, He took air conditioner remote from neighbors room because they left air conditioner at day time, and he said they must pay extra and he will not give remote. No breakfast, it was only written on wall that you must go on one address and have breakfast for 3 euro, i could not find that caffe. Only location is good and about cleanliness i can say normal. Thats all.

• Lucas (6/5): Nice room, well located and stuffed, with a nice owner, it can improve on the smell. - Perfect point : - emplacement (you can walk 20-30 min and be at the coliseum, or take the underground to go to everyplace in 20-30 min) You can also eat some ice creams or pizzas, or even a nice sushi and indian close to it. You probably have some markets as well. - equipment : air conditioner is a must and this one is really working! - the staff is really nice, cool , convenient, listening to your needs, giving us some fruit juice and a cake ! We really appreciated them ! Good point : - you can come and leave at reasonable hours, this is really nice! - the bed is good, you have some space for you in the bedroom. There is a desk and some place if you want to eat on the top of it. Neutral point : - emplacement : the street smells a bit bad compared to others close to it (but there is a lot in Roma where its smell), but this is fine as you just walk and go. The shower is working but not perfectly which can be boring for some people (for us it was fine) Bad point : - equipment : the breakfast is included but this is just a croissant and a coffee. (Maybe because we are french it is important for us), but if you want you have a nice hot chocolate with croissant on the opposite of the "rond point" so this is fine, but we hoped to have a good breakfast coming there. You can hear the neighbours if they talk loudly, and their air conditioners when you push down (which can be boring for the person having rest troubles) Really bad point : - the smell of the sewage water when you enter the apartment (room), even after an hour, you have to open the window for a few mins, but this is disgusting (the smell) + boring to do.

• Mila (2/5): Experience... - Near the apartment you have a metro station, which takes you to the station you want. It's easy to use the metro and get to know the stations. When we left the apartment, the owner sent us several pictures and told us that he couldn't believe that we had stained one towel with make-up and that we were like pigs. (although he didn't bring us any towels, we asked for them). He told us that our sheets were dirty and messy, even though we left new sponges, forks, coffee cups, shampoo bags, and made the beds. Since we were late for the transfer to the airport, we forgot to throw away one garbage bag containing papers and plastic. Also, he told us that we broke the curtain rod. 3 girls were in the apartment and we were rarely in it, only when we came in the evening. He blocked me on whats app after sending me pictures and explaining that we are pigs. Not at all professional and nice.

• Jocelyn (1/5): My stay at this location was a nightmare . - The location was good . The host kept knocking our door when we were asleep daily asking for the tax money , when we had agreed I’d leave it in the room at the time of check out . He also kept asking us throughout our whole stay at what time we would be leaving. Clearly we would be checking out at time of check out. When the day of check out finally came the host (Gregorio and the maid ) were sitting outside our bedroom waiting for us to leave .We felt very un welcomed. Also , keep in mind that the host was yelling at us because he thought we didn’t leave the tax money , this made it worse since we didn’t speak the same language. They went as far as blocking the elevator in the next floor so that we wouldn’t use it to get out . This dude is money hungry and his behavior clearly needs to be checked by the booking company.

• Eitan (1/5): SAVE YOURSELF, DO NOT STAY HERE!! - If I could give negative stars I would do it. Let me start by saying we are students so we don't stay at fancy places, we are acostumed to only the basics. When we arrived, the room was dirty, there were stuff from the previous guests, and the wifi didn't work. There is no reception and it was late so we weren't able to complain. On the next day we arrived to the same dirty room, turns out you have to pay separately for room service and new towells, and the owner Gregorio didn't believe us about the wifi not working the first day. We escaped on the next day due to bug bites and he didn't agreed to pay us back the days we didn't stayed foward, calling me a lier even though I was having an alergic reaction, and blocked me on whatsapp. Latter he had the audacity to demand the city tax through booking even though he robbed us of 160 euro. He cancelled the reservation to dodge this review and taxes, but a month later booking corrected this. I am not alone in this. If you need any more convincing just check the reviews on Google maps, of all the people that got the same treatment but couldn't or didn't fight to have their reservations restored in the app.

Toilet rolls are not enough for five days, ended up buying our own. Take ages to get hot water and will suddenly get cold while having shower🥲. This is for management to improve their services for future customers. Thank you.

The owner said that you had to open the bidets while showering and it will be fine, but didn't work even like that. Was a puzzle itself. There wasn't a personal fridge, it was one very small outside, always full. The blanket was dirty, with something yellow on it. Even that you pay 85 euros per night, you still have to pay for new towels or mattress. The bed makes noise. The owner was rude, doesn't know what client word means. The neighborhood was dirty and far from Rome attractions.

• Katica (5/5): Double Room - Location of the B&B is great, just 2 min away from the Re di Roma metro station. The room was on the 5th floor but it has a small lift, so easy to get to it. Easy check in and check out. Host was nice. When we came to the room it wasn't the one that we paid for. We needed to wait for 3 nights for the paid room. The first room was small, smelly bathroom and creaky bed, but it had a ballcony. The second room was much better, biger and normal bathroom, with a window to the inner garden of the building, so it was quite at night. The shower had warm water issue. The included breakfast was a coupon for a local caffe- cappucino/coffee and croissant.
