• Antoine (4/5): Bien car J’adore Naples mais le logement c’était pas ça du tout… - Le lavage de la chambre est bon,ils sont très gentils,le lit est confortable. La chambre est à 3 m de la route et est extrêmement bruyante même la nuit c’est un enfer ont a l’impression de dormir sur la route sur les 10 jours je n’ai pas fait une seule nuit normale je me réveillé au moins 3-4 fois par nuit,le propriétaire et les locataires sont rentré dans la pièce principale a 23h30 en parlant fort comme si il n’y avait personne alors que j’essayai de dormir… il faut absolument mettre du triple vitrage et respecter les gens qui dorment surtout à 23h30!

Je deelt de kleine, maar propere en goed toegeruste keuken met één andere kamer. Er staat zelfs pasta klaar om te koken. Ligt dichtbij de catacomben van San Gennaro, op een half uur stappen van de Via Toledo en op een stevige klim van Capidomonte.
• alessia (3/5): Aspettative non soddisfatte - mi è piaciuta la posizione molto comoda per gli spostamenti con il bus. la camera aveva le pareti macchiate, sul lenzuolo, sul copriletto e sulle federe erano presenti macchie e peli. materasso estremamente duro e scomodo. bagno che puzzava.

• Manuel (8/5): Comfy room and good location to explore but beware of parking options and window position - The room is spacious, bathroom has good amenities and shower, nice coffee machine and kitchen to use for guests. Overall my stay was good but there were a couple of unpleasant things about it. The biggest disappointment was about parking. The accommodation’s profile states that they have free parking available so that was a big reason for me to book this place. When I arrived there I was pointed out to a garage opposite of the BnB which is paid and expensive or told I could park on the street for free but that area is sketchy and not really safe to leave the car in the street overnight and also is really hard to find a close by parking spot on the street. The room is in a sort of “basso” (street or below street level housing in Naples) which is not clear from the booking profile. So the room is a bit humid but they do provide AC and dehumidifier. The room where I stayed has a window outlooking on the street/sidewalk so you can’t really open it and get natural light because you have people walking by your window all the time and it can also get noisy with many buses, cars and trucks driving by. Not terrible but is not clear when looking at the accommodations profile on booking.

The host received us with the keys and was cordial. The bed makes noise sometimes. The bathroom didn't have a lot of space to keep things on.

• Mel (5/5): Would not stay again. - Modern bathroom. Bed was like a timber board and extremely uncomfortable, we tried to line it with blankets so that it didn’t hurt while trying to sleep. Room smelt like sewerage when the toilet was flushed. Stay was also made less enjoyable by noisy, inconsiderate neighbours in the next room over who were very noisy and didn’t care about anyone else.

• Joanne (8/5): Pleasant property & owner. Plain outside, but the rooms were clean & comfortable. - There was no breakfast included. I liked the bathroom which was modern and clean. A/C worked great. The owner had apparently called my cell phone and left a message with the correct number to call him, but I still haven't been able to access that message. So we didn't have a good number to use to each him. We kept buzzing and calling with no response. After about a half an hour, he came to the property. The internet went in and out and I had no way I contacting the owner. As the phone in the kitchen didn't work.

• Karen (7/5): Good - Good communication from the owner, with lots of help when we needed it. Great shuttle to the airport. Great air conditioning. We asked for room with bunkbeds for the kids but when we arrived the top one wasn't unfolded and we had to wait for the following morning for it to be sorted out. So my daughter spent the first night on a matress on the floor. When it was made up there was no barrier around the edge so she was too worried about falling out, so she spent the week on the floor!!! The washing machine was broken...not great when you are there for a week. Then thebl kettle disappeared from the kitchen and when I asked where it was the reply was that they couldn't do anything about it and we should have breakfast in a café!

• Debolina (6/5): Pleasant - Quite a large and spacious ground floor room, appreciated access to kitchen and microwave. Large bathroom. Altogether appreciated having this as a base for 6 days in Naples! a little far from the city centre

Alessio is very welcoming, helped out with recommendations re food, transport etc. Went out of his ways to let us leave the bags after check out, because our flight was late in evening. Great host in all, and great base for exploration Bed could be comfier, but it's not bad at all.

• Balaji (9/5): Nice stay in Napoli - The house is located 20 min walk from the Museo metro station. 2 mins away from the closest bus stop. If you enjoy walking, then you would love this place and location. The room was more than sufficient for a single traveller, and would be good for couples too. Air conditioning, washing machine are available. The place was clean. The place is a two bedroom apartment with attached bathrooms. Nice small kitchen available with fridge, but I didn't have the need to use it. 5 mins walk from the San Gennaro Catacombe. 10 mins walk from a fantastic pizzeria. The owners are reachable via whatsapp, booking messaging and phone. They provided directions to get to the place. Overall, for me this stay was worth it as it is located in a nice local neighbourhood with less tourists around. I felt safe walking to and from this place to the metro station, even in the night (around 21:30 - 22:00). I would suggest to get down at Museo metro station and take a bus or walk or take a taxi. The air conditioning 'mode' in the remote has to be changed for 'cooling' or 'heating' depending on the weather. If you switch on and do not check, then you are in for a surprise :-) The distance from the city centre can be a challenge for those who want to wake up and step right into the streets of the city centre. People with backpack can walk to this place but if you have a suitcase with/without wheels, then suggest taking a taxi as walking up the road could be slightly challenging and bus can be crowded.

The owner was not very interested in doing anything other than offering air freshener spray (which had been used before our stay and smelt awful). Not a great part of town

This city is beautiful, noisy, full with love, emotions, colours, smells, happiness, flowers and very very kind people. This apartman I think is the best at Napoli. I was in the city three times, but this was the best all from the accomodations.
• Anonymous (10/5): Lovely room and private bathroom - Really lovely room with private bathroom, host was very friendly and waited for us at check in, nice shared kitchen facilities and free wifi and air conditioning, had three separate locked doors to get in so felt very safe We were told we could get a shuttle to the airport for €25 but when we tried to book the shuttle was not running, however 20 minute walk to centre and then very easy to get a bus to airport for €1.50
