• Donutslover (10/5): - We have just positive impressions. From 1 to 10 we rate this place 11. Don't understand some people comment about location, we all have maps on internet so can see where is the location. If you don't like location don't reserve the accomodations. Simple. It's not close but you have good transport to the city which we use. Once again this place is wonderful and fully recommended
• Vojtěch (8/5): - Majitelé byli milí, každodenní úklid ve spojení se snídani ve formě různého pečiva bylo skvělé. I přítomnost fénu a topení/chlazení v každém pokoji. Fajn tečkou byla poklidná lokalita s dobrým přístupem do centra. V kuchyni chybělo základní vybavení - je to škoda, vzhledem k tomu, jak byla kuchyně hezká.
• Laura (7/5): - The room was spacious and the bed is very comfortable. Not far from the bus stop to go to the metro station. The breakfast each morning was a nice addition. The kitchen has no cooking equipment and almost no cutlery.

• Ophellia (1/5): Uncomfortable, dirty, isolated and unsafe - Not much to be completely honest Very Misleading Listing – Disappointing Stay Many of the amenities listed on Booking.com were either missing or non-functional, including: • No free toiletries, bathrobes, bath, bidet, mosquito net, or washing machine access • Continental breakfast was not provided (a few shelf-stable cakes don’t count) • TV remote was broken, making the TV unusable • Two lights were out and never replaced Beyond the misleading features, we experienced serious issues: • A staff member attempted to enter our room without knocking — a clear violation of privacy • The room was dusty and visibly unclean under furniture • Broken toilet seat and faulty shower drain caused overflows • The front door lock barely functioned • Constant noise from upstairs disrupted our sleep all hours of the night • Towels and sheets weren’t changed, with nowhere to hang them • A cleaner consumed drinks we purchased and had stored in the communal fridge — completely unacceptable Overall, the stay did not reflect what was advertised and failed on basic cleanliness, privacy, and hospitality

Thr breakfast is typical italian- croissant and coffee. if you are expecting proper food definitely it is not. No sugar or tea available. No plates or cutlery. Location is not the best for tourist sighseeing main attractions.

• Busra (10/5): Definitely reccomended! - The landlady was very kind and nice. We had breakfast as it was offered on website. The house was so nice and clean. The room we stayed was very spacious. It is 1 hour far from city center via public transport but it wasn't such a big deal for us. If we visit Rome again, we will be happy to stay here again :) Nothing, everything was great!

• Aleksandar (8/5): Very good - The location was very convenient next door to my mother who lives in Rome. The property is very clean and the owner is a very nice young lady who was very helpful and understanding. Willing to fulfill our needs. We stayed for 2 nights with a day apart and the first time she gave us a large apartment with a jacuzzi inside for the same price. Ci rivediamo siguramente. Buona conoscienza. Grazie. The second night there were other guests who were noisy late at night in the shared dining room. We were tired from our trip to Firenze and needed rest before the flight next day. It was Sunday evening. After we shouted they stopped being noisy.

• Andrea (5/5): Passable - it’s clean, the bedroom is big, and the staff is friendly The shower it’s very easy to cover, it’s a share bathroom and they said that it’s private and the worst part definitely is the location is 1:30 to the city center, it’s not bed and breakfast, the breakfast is only a coffee and one croissant
• Edward (5/5): Passable - The room was nice and clean. Actually the entire place was clean The bathroom. The shower curtain is very short so when bathing the water goes out. Also linen would be better not only that cover. White towels I'd before as well as Beeding. As for bread I'd say it was very poor. I booked because of bed and breakfast but it was bot enough.

• Charlotte (6/5): Comfy and clean but a bit far out from centre of rome - The size of the room was good for the price and the shower was also nice. The rooms were always really clean and tidy when we got back and we were supplied with many espresso pods. When we arrived there was no toilet paper, only a bidet, so we had to buy our own. Also breakfast was included but it was the same shop bought bag of croissants everyday—not bad but a bit repetitive.

• Marek (9/5): Overall, our place was clean and quiet. Next time we choose same location. - For our trip, we chosse this destination. Price overmeets our requiremetns. Quiet remote place at Rome suburbs. Small dissapointment was breakfast. In Rome ve expect foccacia not croissant, but we're not fond of sweet breakfasts.
