• Damenia (8/5): Definitely worth staying, it was super clean and comfortable - Really close to the metro C line. Location is not really close to the center but you can get there easily by metro. The host was super nice, everything was really clean. They provided fresh towels for us. Great garden, where you can enjoy morning coffee. Would definitely recommend The only thing is that we couldn’t find any supermarket nearby.

• Bojan... (7/5): About stay in Sole - The host Bruno was very kind. We were welcomed well, even that was in thw late hours. The kinchen was fully equiped and we have small outdoor part for breakfast and coffe. We didnt expext that the room will be at the basement, no windows and poor ventilation. The double bed was very comfortable, but the single bad was completly oposite.
• Mariam (7/5): - overall- nice and clean I didn’t like that we had to leave our room to use the bathroom. It was shared for the entire lower floor. I also didn’t like the lower floor itself — it wasn’t what I expected. Metro C had problems several times, and we had to take long detours just to get back to the hotel. So I would recommend booking something a bit more central. Also, from what I heard, this is considered one of the more unsafe areas in Rome, especially regarding drugs.

Vicino a Osteria dei tre dove si trova cucina tipica romana senza spendere un capitale (nelle zone in centro i ristoranti sono per i turisti che non sanno cos' è la cucina italiana). Quartiere periferico (ma lo sapevo) L'ho scelto apposta per spendere meno. Unica pecca, essendo la camera nel piano -1, la camera ha finestre molto piccole. Per questo è adatta solo per brevi soggiorni

• Vincenzo (3/5): Dormire in cantina, con puzza di fogna - Non mi sono sentito adeguatamente ospite, regole e imposizioni scritte ovunque, nessun contatto reale con la proprietà, all'ingresso un distributore rumorosissimo,stanza con puzza di muffa coperta da deodorante per ambienti, due cose che non tollero, nessuna finestra.. gli altri ospiti hanno utilizza gli spazi come fosse casa loro, addirittura sono andati in bagno ( in zona comune) con la porta aperta lasciando per tutta la struttura una puzza nauseabonda, panni sparsi per casa.. capisco che sta al comportamento civile degli ospiti, ma a mia tutela la proprietà che ha telecamere ovunque avrebbe dovuto intervenire. Non è una struttura nelle adeguate condizioni per il soggiorno, perlomeno la mia stanza( una cantina) Il prezzo è decisamente sproporzionato

The bed was big and comfy. Payment only in cash. Shower hose was a bit broken. Wifi was very weak/not working at times in our room.

The location was a little far from the center but it was next to the metro and it was more than enough for us. There was a nice café right next to the place, which was great. The private toilet is between the main room with a camera. So you need to keep that in mind.

• Muratkrkgc (2/5): I do not recommend. - Only the location was good. It was very close to the C Metro line. Although we requested a room on the upper floors, we were given a room in the basement. He demanded 40 euro extra for the upstairs room. The room was stuffy and damp. The kettle used for breakfast was very dirty.

• Goda (10/5): Exceptional - We want to enjoy the good and cozy room we rented. The room is big and tidy, we also had a balcony and a neat bathroom. Since we took the room with breakfast, we found croissants with coffee/tea every morning. Convenient access to the center, near the metro, bus stop. There were also shops nearby. We were really satisfied with our stay here. The only thing that was slightly annoying was the bed creaking every time you sat up or turned.

• Doğukan (4/5): If you don’t have any opportunity and you don’t want to pay so much money, you can stay at this property. - Despite the area is not so safe after midnight, it is close to the metro station (Metro C: Parco di Centocelle) and you can one transfer away to the Roma centre. Also, Lidl Supermarket is so close to the property. The property sends too much messages and it is like “spamming” after a time. Also, there are so many instructions inside the property which feels you like in a military camp. Our room (family room called “pantheon”) was located downstairs and there is a small window inside the room. Furnitures are old, single bed was simply uncomfortable and broken, there is no place to hang your hand towel inside the bathroom. The crib that the property put inside the room was just a “crib”, without bed line inside of it.

The breakfast selection was quite good with really yummy croissants and cereal. We thought that the price of the property was quite high for what it was, however that may be because of the date we stayed.
• Martin (7/5): Good - The accommodation looks very nice and it's near the subway. Only one possible choice for the breakfast and the same every day, I'd add at least the bread. It is near the busy road, so it's not a quiet place. Payment is possible only in cash.

• Nándor (1/5): Disaster - 1. No breakfasts only one piece of croissant and biscuits. We paid for breakfast and got an "alibi breakfast". 2. The wasbasin in the drain system had no lid and had no siphone underneath. They removed both the lid and the siphone, in case someone dropped a jewellery you can never retreat it only the owner of the property. 3. You come down to eat your own breakfast, you move the window shutters up to have sunlight. Then the owner comes in and moves the shutter back down while you are eating. 4. You pay your parking fee to the owner and send him the transfer confirmation on whatsapp. Later he goes to booking and says you didn't pay even though he received the money and received the transfer confirmation as well. Absolutely no respect towards the guest.
• Manoel (4/5): Disappointing - The room was clean. The apartment was close to the Metro Station (3-5min). The bathroom was really nice and well decorated. The communication with the host was really hard. He always replied on Italian. He asked for money way ahead of the date established by Booking. The room was really dark - not good enough lightning. Too many rules to follow in the common rooms, which were explained in mixed italian-english. One night the front door was not opening, but at least the host came really fast - 5 minutes.

• Eruption (6/5): Generally great but the electricity was not reliable. - The decor is lovely. The owner was hospitable. The electricty failed in the middle of the night. It was extremely hot without the air conditioning. Of course this was not the fault of the owners, but it seems it was not the first time that this has happened and nothing was done until I spoke with the cleaner. It was easy to resolve, it would have been better to inform us how to do resolve the problem if it happened.

• Keith (8/5): A nice surprise - We thought the owner was very nice and friendly and helpful when needed, the location was very good with close proximity to the bus direct to the city or Subway, we prefer Subway. Also a lovely little restaurant 10 metres from the house, a cafe a little further and grocery stores very close also. We would definitely stay again!! Unfortunately the electricity went 2/3 times which caused a small issue or two, but given it was a heatwave i guess the everyone had AC all day and that was the result, asides from this everything was great
• Nikolay (8/5): Very good place to stay in Rome - The hotel is located 20-35 minutes from the center. The hotel is very automated, we didn’t need to wait anybody for check in. Owner sent us code to get inside, left keys in the door of our room and that’s it! We could immediately go to the city center. Breakfast was good enough, not too much for selecting, but all needed food was provided. I like this place and probably book the room here next time 🙂👍 I didn’t noticed any big minuses in the hotel.

Metro will take you to the Rome Centre in just less then 20 minutes. Really hot in the room, no air conditioning but I opened windows and I was fine with air circulating around me!

• Helena (4/5): Disappointing - metro station near by - Beware the fact that, due to the location far from the center (26 bus stops), when it's needed to come back to the B&B after 23:30 (11:30pm), the bus come over, over, over, overcrowded with people with no sense of hygiene or education. Blocking the bus till they can enter, when the doors can't even close because they bump on them.. maybe they just arent yet used to European costumes in public transportation. - worst breakfast ever in hotels, B&B ou Airbnb. first time in Europe without...bread. - bed makes a looooooooot of noise
