• Rocio (7/5): - La ubicación y facilidad de acceso al transporte público. También el nivel de limpieza era impecable. La ducha era pequeña por lo que se hacía incómoda de usar. Tampoco tenía buen aislamiento de sonido por lo que cualquier ruido de las otras habitaciones o de la cocina se escuchaba.
• Amirhossein (7/5): Nice and cozy - The staff were so responsive, the room was cozy. Remember you’ll have an external private bathroom. This means you have the key of the bathroom outside this room! I didn’t figure it out while booking. This may cause an uncomfortable situation.

• Liubov (10/5): - I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Rome. It truly has everything you might need for a comfortable living — from essentials like a hairdryer, shampoo, and shower gel to many thoughtful little details that make you feel at home. The host was exceptionally communicative and supportive, always ready to help with any questions or requests, which made the whole experience even more pleasant and stress-free. The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood, yet surrounded by plenty of lovely cafés and places to explore. It offers the perfect balance between local charm and relaxation. Despite the calm atmosphere, it’s very close to the city center, and the nearby metro station makes getting around Rome quick and convenient. Another big plus was the daily cleaning service, which kept everything spotless throughout the stay. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Rome — it’s comfortable, well-located, and hosted by someone who genuinely cares about their guests’ experience.

• Sabrina (9/5): - Il B&B è un appartamento con tre camere private e un cucinotto condiviso dotato di microonde e minifrigo , il che è molto utile perché è possibile comprarsi le cose per fare colazione (il proprietario offre le cialde per la macchina del caffè e le bustine da té) o eventualmente fare lì altri pasti. Il proprietario è molto gentile e disponibile e tutto è gestito con cura e professionalità. Altra nota positiva: bagno schiuma e shampoo sono forniti. Infine, la zona è molto tranquilla e vicina a locali e osterie. Le fermate della metro A e C si trovano a 10 minuti a piedi. Unica pecca è la mancanza del bidet nel nostro bagno privato ma comprensibile perché il bagno era piccolo. Per qualche giorno ci si adatta.

The room was comfortable and well-equipped. Cleanliness and order were maintained daily – the rooms were cleaned every day. All my needs and requests were taken into account. The location is great – quiet and peaceful. I would definitely recommend this place to others! 💯

• Mirte (6/5): Prima! - Prima accommodatie, schoon, ruim en niet duur voor Rome. 10 minuutjes lopen vanaf de metro. De buurt voelde veilig aan, ook 's avonds. Keukentje is erg basic, maar er staat een koelkastje en je kunt er thee/koffie zetten. Eetgelegenheden, supermarkt etc. in de buurt aanwezig. Er is geen personeel: het is een zelf-check in, daarom mijn lagere beoordeling van personeel (deels is dat prima en daarom kan je ook rustig 'later' inchecken, maar voelt toch altijd wel een beetje gek ofzo). Verder was het bed véél te zacht!! Dat viel dus wel echt tegen. Ik heb een beetje last van mijn rug, en vind een gemiddeld tot iets harder bed fijn. In dit bed zak je volledig weg. De matrassen zijn dus echt wel aan vernieuwing toe.

• Antonia Jasmine (9/5): Tutto bene, il proprietario è stato gentilissimo, ogni volta che avevo una domanda mi rispondeva subito e non ho avuto n - la stanza anche se era piccola aveva tutto quello che serve, nel letto ho dormito molto bene, bagno piccolo ma bello non hanno il bidet😫 e si sente quando altre persone entrano in struttura e se hanno la tv accesa ma abbiamo dormito bene lo stesso

• Valeria (2/5): I don’t recommend this place - I never leave reviews but I felt I had to do it, maybe I can help someone avoid this scam. The experience of staying in this place was really bad. Since the first moment I walked in I felt a bad smell coming out of the toilet and it stayed like that during all our stay. The blankets were dirty like they haven’t been washed in ages. Nothing seemed cleaned at all and besides that someone entered the room without asking us, when I asked who enter the room and moved our stuff they said it was for cleaning which clearly it was not done and besides that I felt unsafe knowing somebody can just enter the room where I left all my stuff and everything without consulting us. The experience overall was really bad. Nothing

Within walking distance of the Colosseum and Forum while also being outside the touristy areas. Staff was excellent and room was comfortable. The one bathroom is shared with two other rooms. Not a big deal, but not ideal.
• Ilinca (9/5): Great Accommodation! - Lucas was very welcoming and friendly, the room was spacious and clean, with daily housekeeping. The common area with the small kitchen was great for a quick breakfast and coffee, and the placement in the city was well connected, a couple minutes' walk from Re di Roma metro station or from multiple bus stops. Overall a lovely stay, with lots of little touches to make the visit wonderful!
