• Ximena (6/5): Puede mejorar si arreglan detalles - La ubicación es buena. Incluye desayuno italiano que se cobra en una cafetería cercana. Nuestra experiencia no fue tan buena. Si bien la habitación es bonita con un decorado renacentista, le falta detalles para que sea cómoda. Por ejemplo, la cama está curvada, y no hay papeleros. Por otro lado, un día al llegar de la excursión la habitación estaba abierta, pero, felizmente, estaban todas nuestras cosas. Otro día no fueron a hacer el aseo de la habitación. Si debo destacar que el administrador sí está disponible para atender.

• Milana (6/5): Soggiorno discreto in ottima posizione, ma con diversi aspetti da migliorare - La posizione della struttura è sicuramente il suo punto forte, perfetta per visitare Firenze comodamente a piedi. Anche la camera aveva uno stile davvero bellissimo, con un soffitto dipinto che rendeva l’ambiente molto particolare e suggestivo. Ottima anche l’esperienza al Twist Bistrot: cappuccini e cornetti molto buoni e un bar arredato con grande gusto. Il bagno purtroppo è stato l’aspetto peggiore del soggiorno. Oltre alla pulizia non proprio soddisfacente, mancava una finestra e la doccia era molto scomoda: il soffione continuava a staccarsi e siamo stati costretti a lavarci praticamente con una mano sola. Inoltre in camera c’era una porta chiusa di cui non era chiaro l’utilizzo, probabilmente comunicante con la stanza accanto, cosa che non ci ha fatto sentire molto a nostro agio. Anche il servizio lasciava un po’ a desiderare: ad esempio stiamo ancora aspettando il telecomando della televisione richiesto durante il soggiorno

The air conditioner in the room doesn't work, the TV doesn't work, it's not really possible to open the window because there's constant noise at night, cars are constantly driving, in the end the dust collector arrived at 5:30 and started working, which made the whole street smell of dust, we were practically without rest

• Olga (7/5): - Il personale è assolutamente gentile e disponibile, camera grande in via centrale La colazione non è in struttura ma ha una convenzione con un bar vicino che include solo una caffe o cappuccino , una brioche dolce ( poca scelta) e un succo. Il palazzo è chiaramente d'epoca essendo cosi centrale ma dovrebbe essere rimodernato...la stanza era grande ma lo scarico dell'acqua del lavandino era otturato...quello del wc lento...una presa era rientrata nel muro...insomma alcune cose andrebbero un pò riviste come ho fatto presente al proprietario che peraltro è gentilissimo. Ad ogni modo la posizione per visitare la città è eccellente.

• Viviana (7/5): Ugualmente ottimo, perché la camera era accogliente pulita e riscaldata ed inoltre in posizione centrale, x essere impec - La camera era veramente accogliente, riscaldata e con uno stile fiorentino piacevole Tutto è filato liscio purtroppo però c’erano alcune rotture nella camera.l’armadio non stava chiuso ed aveva il legno sotto rotto, la finestra della camera aveva il pomolo rotto e si apriva a fatica, in bagno mancava una luce e nel box doccia mancava un pezzo di vetro e fuoriusciva tutta l’acqua

El personal excelente, me atendieron super bien, muy amables Lo único que podía mejorar son las instalaciones eléctricas, en la entrada principal del edificio o había luz(no funcionaban) y en el cuarto la luz hacías chispas, informe al personal y dijeron que lo arreglarían, por lo demás excelente

Stanza perfettamente pulita e spaziosa, i letti erano molto confortevoli. Il personale (Gonzalo) gentilissimo e disponibile. È arrivato rapidamente ed ci ha fornito le informazioni sulle chiavi e wife. Ci tornerò sicuramente....grazie! Marinela
• Fabio (3/5): Mai più!! - Le foto su Internet A parte le scale d’ingresso con un odore sgradevole che non lascia una buona prima impressione, abbiamo trovato la serratura della camera rotta e smontata, il che ha sollevato immediatamente dubbi sulla sicurezza. L’host ci aveva assicurato che la colazione fosse inclusa, ma alla nostra richiesta la mattina successiva non ha risposto fino alle 9:30, quando ormai eravamo già andati via. Inoltre, la colazione non è nemmeno prevista in struttura, ma si appoggia a un bar esterno, il che non era stato chiarito fin dall’inizio. In generale, c’è davvero tanto da migliorare, a partire dalla comunicazione fino ai servizi promessi ma non mantenuti

• Ferhat (1/5): Bitte nicht von Bildern verblenden lassen. Absolut Falsche Eindruck - Nur die Lage Der Aufenthalt in der Wohnung mit eingerichteten Zimmern war leider sehr enttäuschend. Das Zimmer war nicht sauber, die Möbel wirkten ungepflegt und die Matratzen waren stark verdreckt, was absolut inakzeptabel ist. Auch die Gemeinschaftsbereiche machten keinen guten Eindruck, zudem war die Wohnung sehr hellhörig. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt hier leider nicht. Keine Empfehlung. Bitte nicht von Bildern überzeugen lassen, nicht geeignet für die Familien. Wir haben nicht dort übernachtet.

• Colin (8/5): A visually stunning room in an amazing location! Missing radiance, lighting and sound privacy. - Location is AMAZING (a 10 minute walk to all major sites). Great/fast communication. Easy check in. Welcomed bag storage. View from room/private balcony is outstanding. Accommodates three people. Linens were very fresh and upscale. Strong water pressure/hot water. Would book again. Lighting was dim/not working in bathroom and pictured key features. Mattress was sunken. TV did not work. Wifi was weak/not working. Nightlife/street noise continues late into the evening. Zero sound privacy, you can hear every word of other guests, as doors are thin. A little TLC would bring this B&B to its advertised glory.

Attrazioni tutte a 10 min a piedi Per essere in Italia il condominio lasciava a desiderare.. una puzza sulle scale e tutto trascurato. Peccato. Consiglio una mano di pittura e un profumo per l'ambiente. La camera grande .. con apparentemente tutti i confort. Ma purtroppo il cattivo odore riempiva la stanza. I letti ad ogni movimento cigolavano. Nel wc perdita d' acqua a terra ogni volta che tiravi lo sciacquone. Il fastidio maggiore e che in 2 giorni non abbiamo dormito nulla. Fracasso per le strade e vista la prima festività ci aspettavamo una seconda nottata più tranquilla..invece un disastro. Pagato una tassa di soggiorno assurda per 2 gg. E non specificato la colazione e' al di fuori della struttura Imposta con caffè, succo , cornetto.

Non mi è piaciuta la pulizia scarsa, sia dello stabile e sia della stanza. Colazione che è compresa, molto povera, basterebbe veramente aggiungere almeno uno Yoghurt.

Das Badezimmer ist extrem klein und das Licht im Bad könnte man als nicht vorhanden beschreiben. Sehr dunkel. Da es quasi nur ein WG Zimmer war, hat man die anderen Gäste ziemlich laut gehört.

• Claudia (8/5): Diferente e aconchegante - Estar nesse quarto é como voltar no tempo, a decoração é linda, nos faz pensar que estamos num castelo. A localização é maravilhosa, fácil de chegar da Estação Santa Maria Novella. O funcionário que nos recebeu era extremamente atencioso e gentil. A ducha é abundante, a cama confortável. A varanda era um bônus, um convite a uma taça de vinho no fim de tarde. A TV era Smart mas não foi possível conectar a internet.

Evitiamo comenti per il bagno.UN gran peccato perche con un po' di cura e attenzione poteva essere bello.Fatta richiesta per il parcheggio, mai comunicato nome e via del parking, Abbiamo deciso per conto nostro di fermarci in un parcheggio in zona, eravamo in zona ztl e nessuno rispondeva al telefono del B&B. Pagando €50,00 solo per auto. La colazione continentale ,inesistente!!!! Al bar di sotto !!!Ho chiesto, pure pagando , una omelette, mi hanno riposto di no .Solo briosce e caffe. Alla faccia della colazione continentale!!! Deludente, molto.

• Pucki (8/5): - Zentraler geht fast nicht! 2 Minuten zu Fuß zur Basilika! Das Zimmer war angenehm groß so dass locker ein 3. Bett hinein passte. Das Badezimmer ausreichend groß. Gonzalo war immer erreichbar wenn es Fragen gab, vielen Dank! Das mit dem Frühstück ist nicht ganz schick. Es besteht eine Kooperation mit einem Café 4 Häuser weiter und es gab exakt ein Getränk und ein Hörnchen. Ein Sandwich musste schon extra bezahlt werden...

• Neil (1/5): Don’t use this property, it will spoil your holiday in an otherwise beautiful city - There was not one thing about this property we felt was acceptable In 50 years of travel, this the worst property we have ever booked. Bookings.com have always been good for us. To rate this property level 3 is rediculous. The entry smelled, the aircon didn’t cool our tiny room, Wifi was hopeless, the bathroom was very poorly maintained, the shower rose was held together with metal ties. Communication with the host was zero, the first afternoon we stayed we sent 5 unanswered messages. The only night we stayed, the door handle fell off and we were locked in the horrible room for over an hour before managing to escape. There was no tv remote so no tv. At the cost of over 500 euros, we moved out early next day. The host/ owner has still not responded to our request for a refund.

O ar condicionado no quarto funcionava bem, estava muito calor e sem AC era difícil estar no quarto. O pequeno almoço não estava disponível, mas o problema foi solucionado da forma mais correta. A casa de banho era pequena e o secador não funcionava.

• Steven (8/5): Mostly a good experience, if you want excellent, book elsewhere. - Location as everyone says is perfect. Balcony is small but nice to sit out on.bathroom and suite were a good size, 1 Street away from parking facility. Breakfast was more then enough unless you eat big in the mornings. Supermarkets a few doors away. Arrived with no power at premises, took 3 hours to sort and only after threatening to check out. Parking is not prebooked for you, make your own booking with garage michaelanglo in the next street. Because Internet was down for the 2 days, unable to pay city tax even after multiple texts to rep.

It's near to practically all tourist attractions, restaurants, bus and train stations It's a bit pricey for a B&B accommodation. I was also expecting a hot breakfast for the price I paid but only got a basic croissant, coffee and juice combo but I would say it's adequate. Our first night was a nightmare because we were not able to sleep because of the mosquitoes. Although to be fair the owner addressed the issue by giving us mosquito repellent after I told him about it. Overall we were satisfied. ALSO it would be a big help if guests can communicate with the caretaker/owner by email since most of the guests are from other countries and our phones do not work in Italy

• Tj (2/5): Extremely bad experience! - location，very close to every attraction. Summer nights, 25 degrees outside, 32 degrees inside. We felt like pizza in the oven. Because the air conditioner could not cool, I suspect there are multiple air conditioner compressors next to the bedroom. It is warm in the summer if you touch the heater. We could not sleep all night and had to open the windows. We were bitten by mosquitoes many times.

• Keri-louise (3/5): Very disappointing! - The location is excellent, short walk to the main tourist attractions and one directly opposite. The room and bathroom were huge and it was quiet with good a/c The overall cleanliness of the whole building from entrance hall, stairwell and apartment. There were cockroaches in the entrance hall! We checked out a day early and found a clean, small hotel!
