• Peggy (9/5): Charmant verblijf in een authentiek gebouw op toplocatie en supergoeie service van de eigenaars qua bereikbaarheid! - De locatie was echt super, kon niet beter: vlak in het historisch centrum, maar ook vlakbij het centraal station! De airco kwam ook zeer goed van pas. Het was leuk om thee te hebben op de kamer, maar oploskoffie zou nog meer welkom geweest zijn…😊

• Katharina (7/5): - Das Zimmer liegt strategisch sehr günstig. Wir waren direkt im Zentrum und konnten die Sehenswürfigkeiten zu Fuss erkunden. Die Frühstücksbar hat uns sehr gefallen! Das Personal war superfreundliche! Die Matratzen des Bettes waren unbequem und nachts wurde es erst spät ruhig. Sonst hat es uns aber sehr gefallen und für 3 Nächte war das kein Problem!

Arriving while the cleaning lady was still making our room (3 30pm). Room is a little small. No water pressure in the shower.

• Ander (8/5): Ubicación excelente , muy céntrico, pero con unas instalaciones bastante antiguas, ascensor como los antiguos de antes. - Estaba súper céntrico y habitación con baño bastante amplia. Sitios para comer cerca, sobretodo el restaurante de enfrente, bastante bueno y barato. Que el desayuno estuviera fuera del hotel, aunque fuera a menos de 5 minutos, y encima solo te pusieran un café, un croissant y un zumo. Si tenéis la opción, no recomiendo cogerlo. Era un edificio bastante antiguo con un ascensor como los de antes y las habitaciones con muebles bastante viejos pero no estaban deteriorados, ósea que bien. No te recibe nadie, todo es vía wasap. Cuando llegamos estaba la habitación sin hacer y eran las 14:00, la hablamos y nos dijeron que pasarían en un momento sin problema, atención muy rápida.

Le bruit dans la rue (bien qu un peu à l écart des rues les plus bruyantes) le propriétaire ne peut rien y faire. Heureusement que nous étions ici et pas dans une rue plus passante.

• Paolo (8/5): Bello, comodo, ma rumoroso - Posizione ottima, centralissimo, ci si arriva a piedi dalla stazione di S.M. Novella e si gira comodamente a piedi tutto il centro storico. Pulito, letto comodo, il soffione della doccia necessita di un ammodernamento ma comunque tutto funzionante. La colazione inclusa è al bar in una piazzetta adiacente e comprende solo una bevanda, una brioche e una spremuta. Al di là del dover uscire dalla struttura, che potrebbe non essere sempre comodo, mi aspettavo qualcosa in più. Purtroppo, nonostante sia al terzo piano, si affaccia su una via molto rumorosa, con un ristorante che suona musica alta fino a mezzanotte.

• Guarrera (8/5): - La posizione era ottima, permette di visitare Firenze molto facilmente. Il personale super gentile e disponibile. Ottima pulizia Purtroppo c'era qualche problema con la pressione dell'acqua della doccia, a volte a causa della pressione molto bassa era impossibile fare la doccia.

• Andy (9/5): Perfect stay in the heart of Florence - B&B was ideally located for exploring the historic part of Florence. Clean, modern and well looked after facilities. Duccio welcomed us at the property and even went out of his way to provide us with wine glasses and a corkscrew on request. A nice touch! Nothing to not like about the property. Only thing we will say is that we didn’t see the host much, e.g. when we were checking out, but he was always available on WhatsApp to assist us.

Very central to everything. Shower wasn’t the best. Fridge was exceptionally small and some of the lights weren’t working.

• Chiara (9/5): - Posizione ottima, gestori puntuali nella risposta, molto cortesi e struttura gradevolissima. Semplice, ma molto accogliente ed elegante. Lo consiglio: ottima esperienza. Nonostante la gentilezza e la pulizia perfetta il personale non riaccendeva il riscaldamento dopo aver rifatto la stanza. Piccola pecca perdonabile, ma che suggerirei di correggere. Camere non molto insonorizzate, ma poste in un luogo tranquillo.

Место не шумное, в апартаментах чисто и комфортно , кровать удобная, белье - белоснежное, есть холодильник и чайник с принадлежностями, сейф, ванная - чистая и всем укомплектована. Хозяин всегда готов Вам помочь, апартаменты - конечно стилизованы под историческую Флоренцию и это придает им - определенный шарм😄 все - ок

Lo que no me gusto es que cuando llegamos que era tarde los radiadores estaban apagados y hacia bastante frio, y que la cama son dos camas juntas y si duermes en pareja es un poco incómodo. Pero la cama en si el colchón es comodo

Room was a tad bit small, breakfast was included but no arrangement in-house.. it is catered from outside at 8 am. We had to leave earlier for our tours, so we missed. The host however did adjust something towards missed breakfast.

Der ruhige Balkon ließ den Tag schön beginnen und ausklingen. Camille war herzallerliebst - alles in allem: perfekt! Zum Wiederkommen. -

• Joe (5/5): Great location, but accomodation bit tired and in need of some TLC. - Location was great, close to Firenze train station. Property is listed as a B&B, but there is no breakfast included or option, so it’s just a guest room. Wifi didn’t work, but we had 5g plan so didn’t bother with it. Some lights didn’t work and balcony seats and tiles were in dis-repair.

• Scott (9/5): - The location and decor were the highlights. The balcony was certainly an added plus. We had very little contact with the host. What contact we did have was very pleasant. For some, not having contact may be the peace they prefer. We, however, enjoy the interaction with our hosts.

Overlooking a very busy and noisy street was not expected. The booking confirmation stated that breakfast was included. Not served on site, but in a Café close by…fine by me. Breakfast consisted ONLY of a glass of juice, one beverage and a croissant! Way below the basic standard one should expect, and extremely disappointing.Not good enough.

• Kevan (8/5): Great Location, Spartan Accommodations - Great location - right in the middle of the action! Staff was very attentive and responsive. AC unit dripped when we used it, so we left it off. The mattress was a bit stiff. The shower wand needed to be replaced. Water escaped the shower and got the bathroom floor wet. The room was a bit small.

• John (8/5): Very good - Fantastic location and a very good arrangement for breakfast with a little cafe nearby. Room was very clean, but ours (#1) was quite small and basic. Nice and quiet though (apart from when people came in the main door).
• Yann (4/5): Poor stay, not in line with the rates given. Disappointing. - Very convenient location but otherwise very disappointed by the property. It was incredibly noisy, if not constant music blaring in the street outside until late at night(avoid room 2), then it was a new hotel being built nearby and they start early...! The room was very average, nothing more than a very basic room but for the price, I was expecting a little better. The breakfast is at a café nearby that doesn't open until 8:30 AM, if you have meetings and need to be on the move at 8 AM then you go without. I was expecting much better, not very often give negative reviews but, in my view, this has been rated much higher than it deserves.
• Robinson (10/5): Exceptional - Perfectly clean room, perfectly comfortable. Great location, very near the train station and in the hustle and bustle of the old the town. Plenty of restaurants nearby and a good sized market right next to the building. My room wasn't the quietest overnight, but it's nothing you wouldn't expect being in the middle of a busy city. I would quite happily stay again either for business or leisure.
