Eliana qui fait le ménage est adorable et les enfants de la propriétaire nous ont accueillis avec gentillesse et efficacité à notre arrivée. Contrairement aux commentaires on a adoré l’ascenseur qui fait partie du charme des constructions napolitaines. Le café en bas le matin est aussi typiquement napolitain et très bien. Le logement est situé sur un grand boulevard, mais les chambres donnent sur la cours intérieure ou sur la rue derrière, donc plus calme. Le petit déjeuner se passe dans le café dans la rue d'en bas, tout près du grand boulevard, donc plutôt bruyant auprès des voitures.

Our room was big, light and airy, lots of space, not a cramped hotel room, wonderful comfy bed and quality bedding and towels , tea/coffee facilities (coffee machine and kettle), wardrobe space, AC. Our bathroom was large and a lovely shower. We couldn’t have wished for more comfort, it was like home from home. Breakfast was from the bakery a few steps away, which was handy as we could get take away to start our busy days. Excellent location for sightseeing Naples and train/metro stations. Eliana cannot do enough for you and great comms through Whats app. We absolutely loved our time at I Decumani, it made our stay in Naples. Thank you Eliana and family for your wonderful hospitality. Die Gastgeber wunderschön und sehr hilfsbereit (eigentlich 24/7 per WhatsApp). Die Ausstattung war neu, alles war sauber. Italienischer Frühstück war gut, aber nicht so groß - nur Kaffee + ein süßes Gebäck.

• Alex (10/5): - Tutto perfetto, la struttura si trova vicino alla stazione centrale e facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. La fermata della metro e' attaccata quindi davvero ottima per spostarsi. Per la colazione sono in collaborazione con un bar, molto buona e ben forniti. La proprietaria della struttura davvero brava e sempre disponibile.

• Roberto (10/5): Eccellente B&B per visitare Napoli - Posizione realmente strategica per la visita della città, a 20 metri dalla metro linea 1 gialla (quella che si utilizza sempre) ed a 350 metri da Spaccanapoli. Camera ampia, ariosa, pulita, con vista sul Vesuvio. Letto comodo. Doccia ampia e temperatura acqua bella calda. Eliana e la figlia sono molto accoglienti e comunicative (le istruzioni per il primo accesso sono chiare e semplici da seguire). Con la colazione al bar sottostante ci sono limitazioni, inoltre si creano problemi se è affollato. Con 6 asciugamani (doccia, viso, bidet x 2), occorre assolutamente mettere in bagno 4 gancini per appenderli, non si sa proprio dove metterli. Cuscini molto alti, impossibile per chi dorme a pancia in giù (anche con la coppia di cuscini più "soffici" i quali però permettono per lo meno di dormire bene sul fianco). Tonalità delle luci della stanza "fredde" (ma questo è solo gusto personale).
• Rosa Maria (9/5): Limpieza y amplitud ,tranquilidad y silencio y mucha amabilidad - La limpieza, la habitación muy espaciosa y con todo lo necesario , además de una muy buena ubicación ,céntrico en una de las calles grandes y principales, boca de metro duomo delante y ,al ser una quinta planta y el balcón daba a otra calle , era silenciosa con marco hermético, camas muy cómodas Y sobretodo la amabilidad de Eliana! Buenísima comunicación también vía watshap. El desayuno en el bar de la calle justo debajo , y consta de bollería y café muy bueno ( desayuno italiano)no esperes un bufet. Nada, El desayuno , un poco más de variedad pra poder tomar algo salado, no tan dulce

Nonostante sia in centro la camera è silenziosa perché affaccia su un balcone interno. Camera ampia,spaziosa e confortevole, dotata di bollitore e macchinetta del caffè. L'orario del check in entro le 16.00 è un pò ristretto, se si supera l'orario bisogna pagare un supplemento. Il tempo limite per la pulizia delle camere è un pò troppo ristretto (circa entro le 10).

• MAYRA (9/5): Muy buena opción - Esta etiquetado en booking como si no fuera hotel, pero prácticamente funciona como uno. El personal es super amable y estuvieron super pendientes de todo lo que solicitamos. Nos dieron una cortesía al llegar y todo estuvo super limpio. Tiene aire acondicionado y suficiente espacio. Cafetera en perfectas condiciones y un pequeño refrigerador. A pesar de estar en una avenida principal, no hay molestia de ruido dentro de la habitación, tiene una muy buena ubicación. El baño tiene algo de mal olor de las tuberías. El refrigerador al salir de la habitacion queda sin electricidad. El desayuno que incluye es muy sencillo (aunque prácticamente es el desayuno usual en Italia)

La signora Eliana ed il figlio Nazareno, delle persone di una gentilezza e disponibilità senza eguali❤️ La camera molto grande luminosa con tutti i confort di una suite e molto pulita e con una vista mozzafiato sul Vesuvio ed il porto poichéle camere sono situate al 5 piano dello stabile!! Punto centralissimo per poter visitare i quartieri più conosciuti e frequentati di Napoli e in più L'entrata della metropolitana Duomo a 10 metri fuori dalla camera. Lo consiglio senza alcun dubbio et do solo il 10 poiché è il voto più alto, sennò avrei anche dato 20 e lode. Ancora grazie alla signora Eliana e a Nazareno per la loro accoglienza e la loro disponibilità e ritorneremo sicuramente per il prossimo viaggio a Napoli. Cordialmente GILO. I decumani has three comfortable, well designed, clean and spacy rooms. The B&B is located very central just near Metro station "Duomo". A good and simple itialian breakfast is available just at the coffee bar in front of the metro station. Thanks Eli for being our host, we enjoyed it a lot to stay at I Decumani ! Late Check-in is already counted from 4pm, and will cost some additional charge.

• Anne (10/5): Spacious and airy room with lovely host - The room is very spacious, modern and clean in an old building with high ceilings. Thankfully there's an old-style lift! The bed was very comfy, we had a coffee machine in the room and a limoncello when we arrived :-) Communication with our host Eliana was excellent throughout. The room has a small balcony with a view of Vesuvius. The location is along a major road - being on the fifth floor moves you a bit up from the noise, but it's not a quiet area. There's a Metro station just outside, the main train station is 15 minutes walk away and the hydrofoils to Capri and Ischia are within short reach. The historic centre is 5 minutes walk. Breakfast in the café around the corner was Italian style and good. It is not a quiet area along a busy road, and Neapolitan drivers communicate via their horns.
• Andreea (10/5): Very central, 10 minutes walk from legendary L'antica Pizzeria da Michele (world's best pizza) - Literally everything. A few of the most historical restaurants just round the corner. Friendly family business always happy to help without being too invasive. Well connected to public transport and only 15 minutes drive from the airport. I've got literally no complaints about this place, probably if you don't like italian breakfast you might have limited alternatives, but the italian breakfast service is top quality with traditional daily baked pastries.
