• Urs (2/5): Verstörend, die Verdächtigungen und Anschuldigungen der Vermieterin hat uns den Aufenthalt versautse - schöne Terrasse mit Blick über Neapel Die Eigentümerin versuchte mich schon vor der Anreise dazu zu bewegen, die Anmeldung zu stornieren, wohl um die Kommission oder Steuern zu sparen, später behauptete sie, ich hätte meine 10-jährige Tochter nicht angemeldet. Als wir schliesslich in der Wohnung waren, glaubte sie ich sei nicht der Vater meiner Tochter und fragte das Kind in meiner Abwesenheit (...), ob ich wirklich der Vater sei.., obwohl sie ja unsere Pässe gesehen hatte. Sie sagte, sie müsse meine Tochter schützen (vor was..?), Vätern mit Töchtern würde ich die Unterkunft nicht empfehlen, wir waren froh als wir draussen waren. Sehr problematisch ist der Zugang über den Lift, es gibt keine Treppe, die in den 4. Stock führt, was wäre, wenn ein Brand ausbricht? Ich weiss nicht, ob die Terrasse vielleicht über eine Feuerleiter verfügt oder ob es eine andere Fluchtmöglichkeit gäbe...

Vi glemte se på innsjekkingstidene før vi booket, men vertinnen var så vennlig å ønsket oss velkommen tross at vi ankom sent på kvelden. Rommet var over all forventning. Gode senger, rent og flott bad - ikke minst fantastisk å våkne til frokost på den nydelige terrassen.

• Mariia (6/5): Clean room in the city centre - Location is centric, you will stay in the heart of Naples, the room was very clean and the bed was comfortable, an aircon was working. The terrace was very cozy and nice, lots of plants, lovely city and even sea views. It was a bit loud outside, but still wasn’t any problem to fall asleep. Breakfast was very normal, there is no option to choose, any option, you have only small cheese toast, yoghurt and bakery, for drinks host will offer you water, juice or coffee. There was no lactose-free options, so, basically my partner wasn’t able to have breakfast because toast contained cheese, milk-base yogurt and so on. I think this part can be improved, otherwise, where is the point to include such kind of breakfasts if some of guests can’t enjoy it. If you will rent the car, there is no space to park it around the property. Take in count, you will need to pay for night (there are not so much free parking slots around) and everyone on the private parkings will tell you different prices, from 20€ to 50€ per night, so this can also be an inconvenience if you’ll choose this stay.

The beautiful balcony and Italian rooms made the stay feel like a movie. The most important part was the wonderful host who tried her best to make the stay as pleasing as possible. Her insider tips cost a fortune and you can forget about tripadvisor, but next to that she is there for any help and request. The breakfast is amazing as well.

Convenient to train station, but far enough away from the bad area. And there were 2 cold beers in the fridge (2 Euro each) which were SO refreshing after lugging our bags across town. Liked all. Except I didn't read the fine print that we had to pay cash in Euros. Fortunately we scraped enough money together. My fault, but when it said “ pay at the property” I assumed it meant credit card.

Cira was a lovely host and breakfast was very good served in a gorgeous roof top garden. The location was good, handy to the Cathedral, restaurants and streets to explore. Don’t be put off by the entrance. It was tricky to start but Cira was very attentive answering all messages and was able to let us in without any trouble.

We strongly recommend take your breakfast at the terrace to read, observe or just relax. A glass of wine fits also perfect there at night. Cira is just lovely, kind and heartwarming Napoletana… and if you were lucky like us you’ll also have Oliver around to make your stay even more happy! 🐶 That’s THE place to be if you want to enjoy the core of Napole and learn about it with a lovely host!

We took our breakfast on the terrace overlooking the vibrant street below. The food was good quality and we enjoyed traditional Neopolitan cakes. The outdoor terrace was lovely and we only wished we could have stayed longer. We had to leave early for the airport and she organised a taxi for us and even though we missed breakfast she offered us juice and water in our room instead.

The property provides a great Napoli experience. It is accessed by a small elevator to the 4th floor of a very 'Italian' apartment block. The property is spacious providing a good sized room with great air conditioning, and a private bathroom. The terrace garden (free to use at your leisure) is beautiful and we spent some time just enjoying playing cards admiring the view of the busy streets! Little Oliver the dog was also a joy to have around very mild mannered and always looking for a belly scratch! The owner also made us a lovely breakfast each morning, and gave us many tips and suggestions for exploring the city and restaurants. 10/10! It was all good!

The terrace was amazing and the host very welcoming. It wasn’t as private as other casas as we had an external bathroom but to be honest, we spent most of our days out so it didn’t affect us at all.

Cira gave us such useful information about Naples, helped with taxi and dinner reservations— she is so very nice! shower space is a little small and a larger than average person may have an issue

Our host was delightful and ensured we had everything we needed and she was very helpful in recommending places to visit and mapping out our route. Breakfast was on the open terrace and we sampled the lovely fresh Italian pastries offered each morning. Near to Metro and Train stops. Met all our needs.

Cira is a very kind and helpful hostess. The location is very convenient, right in the historic center and only 10 - 15 minutes walk from the central train station. An oasis in the beautiful chaos of Napoli. Nothing.

It was a joy to relax in the sunshine and just chill out above the activity on the street. Our host could not have been more charming and more helpful. Whatever we asked for she was able to accommodate. When we asked for a cup of tea she was almost apologetic saying it would be 5 minutes. When it came it was a delightful setup on a tray delivered to us in the garden. Breakfast was a 10 out of 10 with plenty of choices and variety. I was disappointed that we didn't have more time so we could have stayed longer.

Perfect location to visit the city center. Only 25 minutes by bus from airport. Important to know that as the place is in the heart of historic part of the city, it is very lively but can also be sometimes a little bit noisy.

She even booked dinner for us at a great restaurant on our first night. The terrace looking out at Naples and the sea is a lovely part of the hotel. It’s a little difficult to find the entrance on a busy street (Google maps takes you to the wrong side of the building) but otherwise everything was fine.

The beds were the most comfortable in all the hotels in a 3 week trip in Italy. Cira was a gracious hostess and very welcoming. It was a short walk from the Duomo Metro stop. It might be helpful if there were more directions about how to get into the apartment. For those of us unused to city life , we weren’t sure how to call Cira so she could let us into the building, and the elevator that required a key was new to us. Once Cira explained this to us, it was easy. But when you’re tired, and everything is new and in a foreign language, a few more directions for when people first arrive would be good.

She went out of her way to book us the best tours to Amalfi coast, suggested best places to eat, and can't thank her enough for keeping our luggage since we had a very late flight. The B&B is located in the historic area of Naples but we were on the top floor of the building so it was not noisy and we felt very safe. Our room, which was nicely decorated had doors opening to a terrace of flowering foliage and patio tables to sit and relax at. It was absolutely beautiful! Our host served us our breakfast on the patio. It was a very substantial and delicious meal. We only stayed one night but our host made us feel very welcome. I would recommend the B&B and would definitely stay again if we return to Naples.

• Jessica (10/5): 24 hours in naples - The bed was so comfy, we slept really well. Great location & beautiful terrace to eat breakfast on. Lovely to over look the city too. The fridge had some drinks in & a kettle with teas. We weren't there long but a really lovely stay. It was hard to find for our first time in Napoli - I think some instructions could be sent out before arriving this would be really helpful.
• Peter (9/5): Most pleasant thank you! - I thought our host was more than helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure our stay was as nice as possible despite not knowing much English and us knowing almost no Italian. We had to rush off quite early on our last night due to a morning flight, but she was kind enough to leave a tray full of breakfast outside our room for us to pick and choose from before we left. The pastries were really really lovely! Quite a loud bar nearby. It wasn't that bad and it did close more like 11pm or midnight on a Saturday night rather than 3/4am, and my earplugs which I always wear were enough to drown out most of the noise. I actually slept pretty well despite the music!
• Christine (10/5): Our stay was perfect. Would definitely return! - The room was very clean and comfortable. The adjacent terrace was lovely and perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. Our hosts were super accommodating and friendly. They answered all questions promptly and made us feel most welcome. We had a very early departure and they went to the trouble of providing a delicious breakfast at an early hour so we would not leave hungry.
• Katie (10/5): Perfect location, beautiful terrace and lovely host! - Cira is an absolute gem, so welcoming and helpful. Immediately when we arrived she had a map for us which she marked a small walking tour of the best streets and sights for us, and even gave us a ride to the dinner she had booked for us. The terrace is beautiful for breakfast and relaxing, really comfortable bed, room was cleaned each day. the location could not be better, right at the edge of the historic area and only 15 minutes walk to central station. We only wish we had stayed longer. Everything was perfect for us. The shower is very small though, if you are a big person you might find it quite uncomfortable.
