• Blanca (9/5): - La habitación y el baño eran muy cómodos y estaban muy limpios. La persona que nos atendió fue muy amable en todo momento. Incluso tuvimos un incidente con la ducha y enseguida nos lo resolvió. Lo único malo de esta habitación era que el baño estaba en el pasillo, por donde pasan el resto de personas alojadas. Eso sí, habitualmente, no había mucho tránsito en el pasillo.

• fazlı ertan (9/5): Merkeze yakın temiz ve gübelir - Otelin görevlileri güler yüzlü ve sıcakkanlılardır. temizliği de gayet iyiydi. en çok beğendiğimiz nokta ise merkeze olan yakınlığı her yere rahatlıkla yürüyerek ulaşabilirsiniz. otel bir apartmanın en üst katında. çok dar ve yavaş bir asansörü var. valizlerle çıkarken biraz zorlanabilirsiniz.

• Dakshita (10/5): Staying at Laura's B&B Giorni Dipinti feels like coming home. - This was our second visit to Florence, after 8 whole years, and we could not imagine staying anywhere else by at B&B Giorni Dipinti. Laura is wonderful and most considerate host. She has an artistic eye and the space is filled with art books and eclectic and stunning pieces of art. The common area is stocked with cookies, tea, coffee, a microwave and a refrigerator. The rooms are clean and invitingly comfortable beyond reproach. The B&B is close some great trattorias and cafes, a bus stop. Since Florence is a walking city, everything is accessible within a 5-10 minute walk. I loved everything. No complaints. Some people may find the tiny elevator a point to complain about, but it only adds to the charm of a historic city like Firenze!

La habitación algo pequeña y las almohadas un poco blandas para nuestro gusto (pero es un detalle menor)....Nos encantó estar ahí! Tiene un sin fin de libros!
• Mark (9/5): Good B&B close to the Cathedral. - Friendly welcome. Tea/coffee and cakes provided. Good location. Quiet. Was able drop off bags prior to check in. Highly recommend. Not a problem for us but be aware it is on the third floor with a very small and slow lift.

The AC worked well. The only thing I would say is that she did not give us any check in information, so her and I had a little bit of trouble getting us in. But knowing now, just call her whatsapp number and she will let you in and everything!

The fact that they have umbrellas available for guests is wonderful, really thoughtful. Even though I didn’t book it with breakfast, there were some biscuits available and that was really nice too. The bathroom had a good size and it was clean. The shower area was spacious too. The bed was comfortable and ar conditioning worked perfectly. Let’s say that they have an elevator but I never thought an elevator could be that small. It literally only fits 1 person and maybe you will be able to carry your small luggage. We ended up carrying it all upstairs using the stairs. I know I booked with external private bathroom, but I didn’t like it. This one is my fault, but thought I’d mention it for the next travellers. Still about the bathroom, as it’s private only you have the keys to use it. This is hard to explain but the keyhole is the bathroom was loose. It was like if I had to insert the key and search for the open/close system with the key. I was afraid of getting stuck inside the bathroom a few times.

We slept well and the room was perfect with everything we needed. Laura was a beautiful soul her warmth made us feel assured from the start. • Phillip (8/5): Overall, a good stay - Had communal area with kettle and snacks. It was quiet. Room had a TV as did the communal area. Not far from a laundromat. Communication a bit of a problem since the gentleman who checked us in did not live there and we did not get a response to messages, but later we did speak to a nice woman who lived upstairs and she addressed our concerns (needed another roll of toilet paper). Room itself was very small and our bathroom was down the hall (not shared).
• David (7/5): A very welcoming stay. For the money it was well situated once familiar with the bus network - The owner of the property was extremely pleasant and welcoming . No continental breakfast was provided but there were small cakes and biscuits plus tea and coffee. The Dining room was shared The room was adequate but on the small side. There was a very small lift which travelled very slowly up to the third floor. An ensuite bathroom would have improved our stay.

Communal fridge also available in main area. Hosts are lovely and helpful, we felt very welcomed. 1 person lift available, slow but it worked. Easy walking to sites in Florence or bus stop. Nil concerns.
