Tuż onoknrestauravj znajduje się przystanek autobusowy lini 46 którą można się dostać w najważniejsze części miasta. Ivanka wspaniała gospodyni. Śniadania dobre, nie brakuje niczego. • Antonio (10/5): An unforgettable stay in the heart of Rome with exceptional hospitality, comfort, and warmth! - The place was absolutely amazing and honestly exceeded all our expectations. It had everything we needed and even more to make our stay in Rome comfortable, relaxing, and memorable. The B&B is located in a quiet residential building just a stone’s throw away from Basilica di San Pietro and the Vatican, which made it the perfect base for exploring the city. Despite our flight and train both being delayed, the check in process was incredibly smooth and stress free, which we really appreciated after a long journey. The room itself was excellent. Everything was spotless, well organised, and thoughtfully prepared for guests. We found complimentary water on arrival as well as beers and they refilled the fridge with two more waters after cleaning up (rooms are cleaned up daily). You could really tell that Ivanka puts a lot of care and passion into making the rooms feel welcoming and cosy. One of the absolute highlights of our stay was the breakfast. Waking up in the morning and chatting with Ivanka while enjoying breakfast became one of our favourite parts of the trip. She personally prepares everything and creates such a warm and friendly atmosphere that it genuinely feels like home. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of options including savoury food, pastries, yogurt, cereals, coffee, tea, and much more. Everything was fresh and delicious. I’m personally a very light sleeper, and I was pleasantly surprised by how peaceful and quiet the area was. Even though Rome can often feel chaotic and busy, the street where the B&B is located was calm and relaxing, allowing us to rest perfectly every night. Thank you so much, Ivanka, for your kindness and hospitality. You made our stay truly special and we cannot wait to come back again in the future! Nothing!

• Maike (9/5): Die Unterkunft und die Gastgeberin hat zu einem angenehmen Rom-Aufenthalt beigetragen. - Ivanka war eine sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite Gastgeberin und der Standort erlaubte, die ganze Stadt zu Fuß zu erkunden. Busse sowie Regionalzüge / Metro sind gut erreichbar, falls die Füße eine Pause brauchen. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Ivanka hat sich jeden Tag ein neues Detail einfallen lassen. Das WLAN hat im Zimmer gut funktioniert, das ist nicht in allen Unterkünften der Fall.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. - Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, reichhaltiges Frühstück, eher ruhige Lage, kleiner Balkon, Kühlschrank im Zimmer, doppelflügelige Balkontür mit Blick auf Palmen und Pinien auf Strasse gegenüber. Alles was man braucht.

It's a 2-4 minute walk to a train station or a bus stop, and a 10-minute walk to entry points at the Vatican. The breakfast was very nice. The owner sits each morning and provides breakfast personally. She is very pleasant to converse with. You also can walk to a Carrefour Market in 10 minutes. Our room was perfect for two travelers, and it was a great deal. I highly recommend this place.

• Nadine (5/5): - In der Wohnung sind 3 zu mietende Zimmer, jeweils mit eigenem Bad und gemeinsam eine kleine Küche in der morgens das Frühstück serviert wird. Ivanka ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit, sie hat jederzeit sofort geantwortet. Zum Vatikan kann man zu Fuß gehen und der Bahnhof ist direkt nebenan. Es gibt in der Nähe einen Parkplatz für 25 Euro pro Tag, im ersten Moment wirkt es etwas fragwürdig, es ist in einer Werkstatt, man gibt den Schlüssel ab und dann wird rumrangiert. Es hat aber alles gut geklappt und wir können es empfehlen. Das Zimmer ist leider sehr sehr hellhörig, so extrem haben wir es noch nie erlebt. Man hört was die Nachbarn sprechen und wenn man Glück hat wie wir, hat man Nachbarn die nachts spät duschen und morgens vor 6 schon wieder. Es hört sich an als ob sie bei einem im Zimmer duschen. Da der Bahnhof direkt daneben ist hört man auch die Züge.Leider haben wir kam geschlafen. Es gibt Parkplätze auf der Straße wenn man Glück hat aber wir fanden die Gegend nicht so sicher und haben das Auto lieber in die kostenpflichtige Garage in der Nähe abgestellt.
• Anita (10/5): Comfortable Rooms near the Vatican - The rooms were spacious, the beds comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was great. Also, Ivanka is an amazing host and made us feel at home. Since it's a small B&B, we had a lot of privacy and it was very quiet. It's close to the Vatican, so visiting St. Peter's Basilica was very easy for us. Additionally, there is a train station nearby that makes it easy to connect to the metro and get around the city.

It sits at a quiet side of the city away from the maddening crowd. It had a lift, it was clean, and Ivanka is a super host. She takes care of all her guests and also prepares superb coffee and breakfast. It was also close to the bus stops and train station. Gives tired travellers a place to rest with lots of options for transportation to go around both the Vatican and Rome. Everything is good.
• Sumom (10/5): Sweet Dreams provides an excellent place to lay your head down at such a reasonable rate. - This is the perfect place to stay if you want something convenience and comfort. The room and bathroom had more than enough space. The beds were so comfortable. I stayed with my mom and she felt right at home from the time that we arrived. When we arrived, Ivanka welcomed us with a hot cup of tea and lots of tips to get around and be safe. Each morning she greeted us with a yummy breakfast and cappuccinos to our liking! Ivanka keeps the room clean each day and provides complimentary water bottles too! The location is great as it is in walking distance to St. Peter's and other sites, with lots of restaurants close by. You don't have to go far to enjoy your stay! Nothing!

• kay (10/5): Fantastic friendly and perfect location inside no balcony bedroom - This is a small and friendly bed and breakfast which offers very comfortable, clean and equipped rooms with private en-suite powerful shower rooms. A safe is secured in the wardrobe and there is a small fridge, great to keep milk, water and wine cool. Very comfy beds for a fantastic sleep after sightseeing and in a quieter residential area but still offering a selection of local shops, bars, cafes, restaurants and transport links. Also a nice walk to all the main attractions with the Vatican City just around the corner. Ivana personally welcomes you and gives a great explanation of the area and checks on you everyday to make sure your having a great time and all is well. She provides a great selection of breakfast choices from cereals, cakes and pastries, fruits and continental meats, cheeses and breads. Juice Coffees and teas finish it off perfectly.Use of the kitchen facilities and dining area is allowed and very welcomed for an extra cup of tea and chance to sit and chat with other guests. Positioned on the first floor there is a small entrance staircase of approximately 10 steps then if required an elevator to reach the accommodation. Nothing at all, fitted our needs perfectly

Ivanka provided the breakfasts with a variety of breads, cheese, yogurt, fruits, teas and coffees, the espresso was very good. breakfast conversations were very nice and informative. • Rick (10/5): We had a wonderful time and are grateful to Ivanka for her help and kindness to us during our stay. - The breakfast was excellent! The owner, Ivanka, prepared a wonderful assortment of pastries, fruit, breads, and meats along with juices and coffee each morning. We had early tours almost every day we were there and she helped us to prepare our breakfast to go on those days. Ivanka was very helpful with providing information about the area restaurants, transportation in Rome, and she was especially gracious to us on our last day in Rome when we needed assistance picking up our rental car. Our room was modest in size but had everything we needed and was very clean. We also had a lovely balcony. There are electric metal shades on the window that can be put down at night to darken the room and quiet the noise of the city. Sweet Dreams was very close to the Vatican and there are several very good restaurants nearby. To travel to other sightseeing spots in Rome, public transportation is close and easy to use. We very much enjoyed our time at Sweet Dreams and highly recommend it to others, especially couples. There was nothing that we didn't like. People should be aware the room is up a flight of stairs; however, there is a small elevator at the top of the first short flight.

From the moment I arrived, the kindness and warmth of Ivanka and her son made us feel very welcome. Their hospitality and attentiveness added a personal touch that made the stay even more special. The location couldn’t be better, just a short walk from St. Peter’s Basilica and well-connected by public transportation, making it incredibly easy to explore all that Rome has to offer. Whether I was heading to the Vatican, Trastevere, or the city center, everything was within reach. Each morning began with a delicious breakfast, thoughtfully prepared, and a perfect start to the day. The area around the B&B is also filled with charming bakeries, gelato shops, and very good restaurants, making it ideal for enjoying the local flavors and ambiance. Nothing to add here, everything was excellent. If you're looking for a cozy, well-located place with genuine hospitality in Rome, I highly recommend Sweet Dreams in St. Peter B&B.

And the breakfast at the B&B was great! Ivanka, the owner, had a full spread of fruits, cakes, meats, and served delicious coffee every morning. The shower was nice and hot. The room was very clean but modest. We had a small balcony which helped to open up the room.

• Sandra (10/5): Perfect place to stay! - First off, Ivanka communicated with me (via WhatsApp) from the start of my booking and throughout our stay. She greeted guests every morning with a beautiful breakfast and made your personal choice of coffee. Our room was spotless and the bathroom was surprisingly large. This little B & B is located on a side street so we weren't bothered by traffic noise. It is conveniently located to The Vatican City, bus & train stops. A hidden gem for those travelers that like to do things on their own.

Ivanka is so thoughtful she even came earlier in the morning than usual to make us breakfast and say goodbye before our early departure from Rome. Also the location was great. Very close to st peter square and vatican and there is a bus around the corner that takes you to the center of the city of you wish to (we personally walked as it is the best way to see Rome). There are good restaurants and some convenience stores nearby as well which is helpful. If I am back to Rome I will definitely try and go back to Sweat Dreams at St Peter as both location, cleanness of the place and the warm service were great! Quiet neighborhood with a small market and a few restaurants close by. A laundry mat nearby. Ivanka is a lovely hostess, knowledgeable and kind. She offers a great variety of breakfast foods, coffee & tea. Nothing negative to say. It was all good!!

The accommodation is very clean, nicely appointed, and comfortable. It’s also in a great location, perfect for visiting the Vatican, and very easy to get in and out of central Rome. Either a 10-15min walk, or an even quicker bus journey on the 46, will get you across the river and open up all the main options.

She personally made our breakfast each morning which we really loved as everything was home made. She was helpful in providing maps and directions to take to tourist spots. The room itself was spacious and comforable. A short walk to the Vatican with shops and restaurants nearby but on a quiet street. Would stay here again and recommend to others. -

Neighbourhood also safe for tourist and location is very close to St. Peter train station and bus station. I called the property at around 8pm as I urgently needed to book a room from that night due to other property failing to provide room that was paid for. The customer service was wonderful. They stayed on the phone with me to ensure the room is allocated. they were very clear what to expect. The room was clean, safe, in very good location, and the breakfast was lovely.

• Mariia (10/5): Exceptional - I had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful place in Rome with my husband. Our host, Ivanka, was not only lovely but incredibly welcoming. Her warm hospitality added a personal touch to our stay that made us feel right at home. The location of the hotel couldn't have been better. Just a short 10-minute walk from the St. Peter's Basilica, it made our sightseeing and exploration of Rome extremely convenient. The breakfast was amazing as well! The selection was diverse, and we looked forward to it each morning. Overall, our stay at this hotel was a delightful experience, thanks to the wonderful host Ivanka. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rome and looking for a stay.

• Hui (10/5): It is nice place to stay in Rome for a traveler. It sounds like a home. - The breakfast of every morning was great with nice coffee and breads. We like it very much. none.

• Rhonda (10/5): A very pleasant stay in a location that feels very secure and safe, Close to attractions - Very well presented clean apartment. Charming, helpful host, very caring when when when my wife fell ill with migraine providing drinks & snacks, and advice on where to get medical help and medications. Nothing was too much trouble. Attractions are close (Vatican 10-minute walk) train station and shops less than 5. Highly recommended for couples or singles.

• Darlene (5/5): Not what expected - The room was very clean with an updated bathroom. It is only an 8-10 minute walk to St. Peter Square and all the beauty of that. I booked a B&B but was told my breakfast wasn't included (I heard the other guests being served their breakfast!). I was told I did not pay for that. After looking at my bill, I saw nothing pertaining to different prices or on the website. Website clearly states, "Italian breakfast with every room." There are only 3 rooms. The street had piles of uncollected trash, and the garden view was a very overgrown area that belonged to a whole different property. Mainly dissatisfied about the breakfast. Didn't argue because we had a very long, hot, exhausting travel day and just wanted to get to our room and relax in the air conditioning. The room is extremely small for 2 people, pictures make it look much bigger!

• Paul (10/5): Exceptional - Sweet Dreams was an exceptional stay. My wife and I had the best time, it's a great location and an even better host. The food that was provided was amazing as well as recommendations provided for food and what to go and do. Cannot recommend this place enough!

The rooms were clean and comfortable, the breakfast was delicios, with both salted and sweet assortiments and the owner, Ivanka was very kind to us
