• Enrico (10/5): - In molte recensioni ho letto che fosse questo B&B un po' come sentirsi a casa. Confermo. La proprietaria è gentilissima, premurosa e molto dettagliata nelle spiegazioni. La camera era pulitissima e ben arredata, ben riscaldata e letto comodo. Stupendo lo spazio esterno e area comune ben attrezzata.

The room and bathroom are tidy and clean, the living area is great with all the amenities you need either you want to cook by yourself or enjoy ordered food. Geraldine is a super host, she tells you all the details needed (including planned strikes of buses, insider tips on what to visit) so that your stay is perfect! I will definitely come back.

• Oleksii (10/5): - Кімната знаходиться дуже близько до метро, близько 50-100 метрів, але ніяк не заважає, навпаки є перевагою. Власниця все детально розтоптала як добратися, а також пояснила як і де найкраще здійснювати пересадки і їхати, тому це зберегло мої гроші і час. Квартира дуже затишна і чиста, ліжко зручне аж не хотілось зранку прокидатись. З центру міста потрібно зробити мінімум одну пересадку щоб доїхати. Хто звик добре снідати то вам буде трішки незручно, так як на сніданок це йогурти, кава, чай і печеньки.

• Tarae (9/5): Lovely spot with easy access to Rome. Great for calmer stays away from the city chaos... - Cute, comfortable place with an awesome garden! I personally didn´t realize it wasn´t on the train line from the airport so getting here was not as I anticipated when I booked. I took the bus then the local train. You can also take the regional airport train to the local train. Taxi was 50 Euros, bus/local train 1.50 (or 10 euro if you don´t get ticket before boarding) and the 2 train option was about 10 Euro too. Taxi is obviously the fastest...the other 2 options take 1 hour to 1.5 hours if you miss the bus... Getting into Rome or the beaches was direct and fast with the local train Metromar.

Camera pulita, comoda, grande e servita di ogni comfort. Bagno perfetto per pulizia ed accessori. Appena fuori dal centro ma vicinissimo alla fermata della metromare con la quale si raggiunge facilmente qualsiasi punto di Roma con corse regolari!

The place is peaceful, even the air is much better than in the citycenter:) You can get into Rome quickly by train/metro. The station is just 2 minutes on foot from the accommodation. If you want to have a good rest, this is the perfect place to stay! -

• Sarah (10/5): Quiet oasis in the outskirts of Rome - Geraldine was an exceptional host, so thoughtful and proactive about transportation info. Her home is a quiet oasis from the chaos of Rome, so well worth the travel time to get there. And the food at both places she recommended was the best I ate in Rome! will definitely stay there again the next time. For me it was fine, but navigating the metro for about an hour twice a day may not be for everyone, especially in 38C during high tourist season.

• Ylja (9/5): Lovely - Lovely host who wants to help you with everything and has lots of tips for the Rome area! Room is great, we had our own bathroom which was accessable though the living room. In Vitinia there is also an excellent local restaurant (Roberto de Persio) where we ate all night. It was nice to get away from the busy city and finish the evening here! Ofcourse public transport from Vitinia to Rome City was great as the public transportation is like 5 min from the Bnb. Nothing much really... Maybe a little more breakfast options for bread but otherwise there was nothing we needed more than we already had!

• Denis (10/5): Spacious, cosy and comfy stay inbetween Fiumicino and Rome city - We were warmly welcomed by the host, Geraldine, who showed us around and gave useful tips. She also made a coffee ready in moka for morning. Breakfast was delicious. Access to the garden was a bonus in this quiet neighborhood reachable by Metromare (public service train) from the city in about 15 mins. Beautiful and clean bathroom with shower gels and towels. Bidet wasn’t missing.
• Gina (10/5): Exceptional - The location is a 1 min walk from the metro. The host provided a continental breakfast 😋 The host went above and beyond to assist me with my transportation options. I honestly would not have made it to the cruise port on time without her assistance.
• Anar (9/5): A great place for a quiet sleep and exploring life of a local family - The location is literally meters away from the railway station, but very quiet and green, the apartment is surrounded by cool garden with places to sit and enjoy sun. Renting a room with a family (which I did not know when booking) turned out to be a very pleasant experience. The landlady was super welcoming and helpful in giving advice what to see, where to go, and finding best solutions for public transport, even days after I left them. Observing local family life with a small well-behaving kid was culturally great, too. Breakfast was nice and varied, a contrast to standard Italian coffee with sweets. The neighbourhood is super-safe compared to central Rome, so evening walks to local bar and pizzeria are highly recommended. There is nothing that I did not like. Just a precaution for cat-allergic people - there are cats but not all the time.

I really appreciated that she followed up with how my traveling is going and reminder of train cut off times for the night. Well done Geraldine!
• Nicola (10/5): Peaceful stay with an amazing host - Amazing AMAZING host!!!!! The host went above and beyond to make my stay amazing even as far as planning an Italian itinerary for me !!!! It's a little room in a neighborhood of home overlooking a little garden with fresh apricots and near a very good local restaurant! If you want a quiet stay outside the center of Rome this is for you I loved it! I would love to visit again, her son Ludovico is adorable too !! :)

We enjoyed getting out of the hustle and bustle of Rome after spending our first night in Trastevere and the last three with her. It was a perfect balance. She was an excellent resource for where to dine at a local restaurant nearby. Best meal and dining experience of our time in Rome! Geraldine is brilliant and was so helpful when it came to helping us navigate the metro system.
