• Campos (1/5): Assustador - Nada Tudo, enganação, recepção esquisita, não é no mesmo prédio, quartos sujos, sem apoio. Tivemos que sair mais cedo por não aguentar o lugar. Facilmente acabou com minha experiência em Roma.
• Scarfó (3/5): Too expensive for the service they give - The location was good The room isn't like the photos. The lady who rents out the flats also lives there, which wouldn't be a problem, but there was a smell of food in the room. What's more, we were having a nap and someone tried to open the door whilst we were in there, without knocking first. Finally, you could hear everything, including someone making a cup of coffee at 4 in the morning. The accommodation isn't bad if they charged less
• vincent (1/5): - L emplacement proche de la gare Photo non conforme la chambre était mal entretenu un oreiller jaune et la salle de bain je sais pas comment la décrit,le seul point positif c'est l emplacement, Touriste français mal reçu a cause de la langue et de prend de haut car tu comprend pas. L'endroit est mal isolé pour les dormeurs il ne faut pas être gêné du bruit car on entend tous. ça vaut pas son prix.

• Evelyn Lorie (5/5): - Lo fácil que es movilizarce en la ubicación El lugar no es como las fotos y la señora no habla inglés y si habla cosas muy puntuales, incluso cuando estábamos en el cuarto con mi pareja descansando la señora abrió la puerta y nos hizo levantar asustados y nos pidió disculpas.

• Jean (6/5): Très déçu d’avoir payé aussi cher - Pas aimé grand chose, les photos ne représentent en rien la réalité. Hotel propre mais vétuste. Classé 3 étoiles, nous a fait payer 6€ par jour de taxe de séjour, une honte. Cet établissement ne vaut pas mieux que 1 voir 2 étoiles maximum.

• David (5/5): - la posizione e lo staff le foto non corrispondono e quindi le spettative sono piu alte, ma quando arrivi alla struttura la realtà è diversa. la porta del bagno è semi trasparente e non ti da libertà, la maniglia interna della porta è inesistente. il soffione doccia era mezzo rotto., la luce del bagno si accende con la fotocellula, quindi quando si usa il bagno di notte, si svegliano tutti a causa della porta semi trasparente

• Georges (1/5): Allez ailleurs et surtout pas dans ce quartier - Rien L’état lamentable du site. Aucune des photos de présentation ne correspondent à l’établissement. Les photos présentes ont été faites lors de la création. C’est un très vieil appartement avec quatre chambres. Les bouteilles d’eau minérale sont des bouteilles vides, remplies avec de l’eau du robinet. Je le déconseille fortement.

• Gottardelli (3/5): Peccato - In una posizione molto comoda per gli spostamenti. Ci hanno cambiato la biancheria dopo due giorni di soggiorno e svuotato i cestini ogni giorno. La camera e il bagno non erano molto puliti, l’host gentile ma è stato molto difficile comunicare, il condominio è vecchissimo, siamo rimasti persino bloccati in ascensore il primo giorno, la nostra stanza si trovava al 5 piano e abbiamo dovuto farci le scale per 4 giorni. La posizione era perfetta per gli spostamenti di giorno, di notte purtroppo non è tra i quartieri migliori dove passeggiare.

• sarath (9/5): - L'emplacement du logement était super, à 1 minute de la gare et de tous les transports (bus, métro) et à 20 minutes du Colisée. L'appartement donnait sur une cour donc on n'entendait pas les bruits de la rue, c'est agréable après une longue journée de marche. L'insonorisation et parfois les odeurs dues aux restaurants aux alentours.

Location was not as advertised (though only around the corner, you have to meet the host at I assume her place then she takes you around the corner to the actual location), rooms were pretty ratty, beds were very hard, its cheap but perhaps not so cheerful. More like a cheap hostel vibe than hotel.

Il check-in ce lo ha fatto fare la mattina alle 6 senza costi aggiuntivi, inoltre ci ha lasciato tenere i bagagli durante la giornata anche dopo il check out senza alcun costo

• Ricardo (7/5): - Excelente localização, a poucos metros de Termini ( a base de transportes ) , apesar de ter condições humildes tem tudo o que é essencial para uma boa estadia sem grandes luxos. Durante 4 noites a troca de toalhas foi diária e para qualquer falha que houvesse disponibilizavam todo o tipo de produtos. Cama ( colchão e almofada duros) Por vezes certos cheiros Sonorização, algum barulho exterior. Antigo, podiam modernizar o espaço.
• Federica (9/5): Per chi si accontenta è perfetto . - struttura vicina a tutto, sia a piedi che con i mezzi. Per chi si sa accontentare è tutto perfetto . Lo staff gentilissimo non parla italiano ma si fa capire ed è molto gentile e ci ha fatto lasciare anche i bagagli dopo il check out . Siamo arrivati nella struttura e poi ci hanno portato alle spalle da un’altra parte sempre gestito da loro dove c’erano altre stanze . Tutto ottimo e camera accogliente. l’acqua nella cucina a disposizione con bottigliette aperte .

• parisasadat (1/5): Terrible place with terrible staff - The staff did not speak a word of english, the place smelled really bad. on the website, it said parking available nearby 15 euros per day, when I asked they had no idea where parking was and told me to go find it myself and I ended up having to pay more for it. The main reason I booked this place was because of the parking price.

• Korka (7/5): Basic, but nice stay. - The place is near Termini station, which us a great location, close to shuttle busses, trains and public transport. The host was nice. Even though the room was very basic, there was tea and coffee in the kitchen, which was a nice touch. The trash was taken out daily. The towels and the bedding was also clean. There was a bit of mold in the bathroom. The area doesn't seem all that safe, but we didn't have any problems, it was quiet during the night. The picture on Booking doesn't really match the property, as I was walked to another apartment.
• María (1/5): Mala experiencia, inseguridad. - La ubicación estaba bien. Al lado de la estación. Por dónde empiezo. En primer lugar, la señora, es verdad que nos esperó que llegáramos por la noche, nos reunimos con ella en la ubicación de lemei house, la que pone en booking, y después de subir nos vuelve hacer bajar, dar la vuelta a la manzana y nos lleva a otro edificio!! ubicación que no pone en la descripción al reservar la habitación, que mínimo que quedar con la persona directamente donde es, y ni hablar de que la foto de la habitación no tiene nada que ver con lo que te encuentras después. Había suciedad. Si hubiera quedado allí directamente con la señora vale, pero no me parece normal que me haga subir a la ubicación que está puesta y después me lleve a otro sitio.
• Carmen (7/5): Fue buena y tranquila. - La cercanía a La termini, cama cómoda, hay plancha y lavarropas ; cocina en común con microondas , heladera, pava eléctrica, té y café. Hay shampoo y jabón de ducha y TV. Nada mal, buena relación precio calidad. Solo dan toallones , no dan toalla chica.
• Gonzalo (8/5): Agradable. - La ubicación del alojamiento está excelente, lo único malo es que pasan demasiados autos y siempre se escucha ruidos fuertes, incluso a las 4-5AM. El cuarto estaba bien, grande y cómodo. Lo único malo era la ducha, demasiado pequeña teníamos poco espacio para movernos y tenía un poco de hongos.
