• Koue (9/5): Très bon sejour - À proximité de tout c’était top, On a pratiquement tout fait à pieds et proche du métro Odeurs dans la salle de bain mais rien de méchant Dommage qu’on ne puisse pas laisser nos valises après le Check-out. Il faut prévoir un radical storage. C’est dommage.

• Judith (10/5): - Perfectly situated in a quiet back alley, a safe and very nice area of Napels. Shpping area and ding nearby, spanish quarters, hearbor easy to walk. Both Federica and Laury have been very helpful and each and every restaurant recommandation was a hit.

• Amy (10/5): wonderful! - I loved the hosts and the room and living area were adorable and QUIET and comfortable. The ONLY thing I did find suboptimal was how difficult it was to find the location of the little street, particularly at night and being so tired. Our flight was first cancelled, then rebooked, then delayed, then rebooked and we got in late. The taxi did not drop us off directly in front of the B&B, instead at the base of a piazza connected to another much larger piazza and we didn't really know the surroundings and spent ~45' so tired and walking in circles trying to find our little street with the room. We ended up getting help from a bike delivery guy - we took a picture of the map on his phone to help us ... but even after that it was uncertain and stressful being alone without certainty that we would find the place. I think it would be optimal for folks to tell the taxi driver to please drop off on the correct street (other cars did drive down that little alley although it was tricky). This was the only issue otherwise it was the perfect location and just wonderful comfort and hosts.

• Aleksandra (10/5): - Ich hatte einen hervorragenden Aufenthalt im Starnone Bed&Book in Neapel. Die Unterkunft war gemütlich, sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet, ideal zum Entspannen nach einem Tag in der Stadt. Die Gastgeber waren unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und gaben tolle Tipps zu Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Lage ist perfekt, um Neapel zu Fuß zu erkunden, und dennoch ruhig zum Schlafen. Ich komme sehr gern wieder – absolut empfehlenswert!

• Nicolas (10/5): Un lieu typique, très agréable et très bien situé. - Au cœur de Naples, proches de nombreux sites, dans une ruelle pavée et calme, nos deux chambres étaient silencieuses, grandes et très confortables, avec vues sur la ville. Les deux hôtes sont aux petits soins, avec des bons conseils et un petit-déjeuner excellent ! La salle commune remplie de livres et la terrasse sans vis-à-vis sont très agréables. Le tout à deux pas du centre monumental, du front de mer et de nombreux sites. Rien.

• Gerald (10/5): Un séjour formidable à tout point de vue. - l'accueil est parfait nos 2 hôtes étaient adorables, prévenantes et souriantes. Le petit déjeuner est trés complet avec des pâtisseries locales excellentes , la chambre est spacieuse, silencieuse , la salle de bain trés bien également . Tout est parfaitement propre.(La terrasse extérieure est un vrai plus pour déjeuner ou se detendre) L'emplacement est très bien, à 2 pas du quartier espagnol , a 2 mn du métro , 10-15 mn du port de départ des bateaux pour les iles, vraiment bien. Attention tout de même il y a pas mal de marches pour accéder à l'appartement (un ascenseur permet d'éviter les 3 premiers étages mais il en reste 2 à faire pieds. Pas grand chose, peut etre le frigo dans la chambre mériterait d'être mieux dissimuler et une poubelle serait utile dans la chambre , mais bon rien de grave.
• Marianne (10/5): 4 Tage Staedtetrip zu zweit - Das B&B Starnone ist sehr zentral am und ruhig gelegen. Von hier aus kann die Stadt perfekt zu Fuß erkundet werden. Der Empfang war unkompliziert und herzlich. Sehr bequemes Bett und schönes Zimmer mit Blick auf das Castello Samt Elmo. Tolles Frühstück auf der Terrasse:) wir kommen gerne wieder Nichts

• Ketty (10/5): True Italian hospitality and kindness - We had 4 nights stay at wonderful Starnone. Starnone Bed & Book is a little authentic pearl. The location is perfect when exploring Naples in walking distance to many of the sights and shopping. It is right next to Piazza Del Plebiscito - and 5 min walk from Via Toledo. The room we had was well sized with bathroom. The breakfast is great - and we took it at the spacious and cosy terrace on the “top of Naples” Best of all though, is that you are met with true Italian hospitality and kindness. Note also the “book” in the name. There is a reason for this … it simply is a mini library. Our warmest recommendation.

• Kamil (10/5): Cozy stay in an Italian family atmosphere flat. - The location was amazing. Right in the middle of all of the tourist attractions. I was able to get everywhere by foot. For breakfast, every day there were fresh pastries and accompaniments. The room was very big and the beds were comfortable. It was also super clean! The owners also waited for me until 1am to check me in plus gave a tourist map and gave me tips for what to see!
• Enda (10/5): Exceptional - We received a lovely welcome from Federica and Laura. The space is very clean and bright and in a great location close to the main shopping street and the port. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast (with fresh pastries) was delicious. We would highly recommend a stay in this lovely relaxed B&B and hope to return the next time we're in Naples. Nothing - everything was great.

• Hayley (10/5): A beautiful place to stay in a wonderful location! - Gorgeous accommodation in an absolutely fantastic location! My hosts were so wonderful, i felt very much at home. Especially with their beautiful breakfasts! There are a few stairs to navigate even though there is a lift for your baggage - but bear in mind, you will have to carry bags up at least one flight.

Need to climb few stairs to get into this very nice period building tucked away at the end of the Spanish quarter. The hostess was amazing - friendly snd helpful! • Ioulia (10/5): Highly recommend - Fabulous hosts! Federica and Laura are wonderful hosts, attending to every detail and accommodating every need. They served a light and delicious breakfast, we particularly enjoyed the fresh local pastries and juices. The property is so cozy and sweetly decorated, and is kept in immaculate condition, including the roof terrace! It’s also very well located and on a quiet street. We couldn’t recommend Starnone enough - the most lovely stay!
• Evgeniia (10/5): I was lucky with this place :-) - The place is really cool! The location is close to the port, what was super convenient for me. That was quiet enough in the evening, without noise/music from the street or neighbours. The staff is polite, friendly, unobtrusive, careful. Despite the fact that the trip was working, I fell in love with Italy and the hotel and its staff clearly contributed to my impression. The basis of the breakfast was a lot of pastries (including local). That was not bad, however your figure and willpower will be tested :-D (Of course that was not the only food)
• Benjamin (9/5): Modern, spotless, and comfortable - Federica and Laura were great hosts. The place is extremely well done, and I'd be totally fine living there full-time it was so nice. The location is an easy 15-minute walk from the super tourist areas, and I enjoyed being on a quieter street out of the way. As other reviews mention, there are a lot of stairs (elevator for when you arrive with your luggage). I got used to climbing them after a few days, but it is different than most places I've stayed.
• Manuel (10/5): Great B&B close to the Spanish Quarter - The staff is exceptional. We arrived late and they stayed awake just to check us in at no extra cost. Breakfast is enhanced by fresh pastries. Location is great and a short walk from the start of the Spanish Quarter. A/C is a bit underpowered and takes quite some time to cool the room to sleeping temperature.
• Linda (10/5): Amazing! - Gorgeous apartment, clean, cool, comfy. Perfect location and amazing hosts! And even if you usually don’t care about breakfast, definitely don’t skip it here, really good. If you have trouble walking, this accommodation might not be for you. But that’s true for most of Napels, it’s pretty steep!

• Sally (10/5): Hidden gem in quiet neighborhood, close to everything in Naples - Starnone Bed&Book is a true gem! The hostesses, sisters Frederica and Laura, go above and beyond to make their guests feel welcome and comfortable. The location is excellent on a very quiet street, but with just a short walk to the Piazza del Plebiscito and the Royal Palace, The B&B is on the top floor of a residential building. There is a lovely private outdoor terrace where breakfast is served (weather permitting), and it's also a great pace to relax during the day. The neighborhood feels very safe at night, with lots of bars and restaurants nearby. It's more of a local residential area, not a touristy area - nothing like the crazy crowds in the Centro Storico. Everything was great - no complaints! But be aware, the lift does not go all the way to the top floor. There is one flight of stairs to climb, but the hostesses helped with my bags.

The hosts are very friendly and the room was big and very clean. I liked everything apart from the extra stairs (after the elevator) but only cause I was tired from walking everywhere.
