• Adair (10/5): This is where you want to stay in Rome! - Wow! Our host Andrea was exceptionally generous, with his time and information of where to go in the area. The property was very clean and great for our 3 night stay. I liked how close we were to the Termini, made it very easy to enter and exit the city. Andrea gave us a snack box upon leaving for our train ride that was totally unexpected and sincerely appreciated!

So convenient across the street from the metro bus and train station. Couldn’t believe it was so quiet there even in the city.
• Anne (10/5): Perfect apartment for the weary traveller! - The proximity to Roma Terminus was an important option for us while connecting from other destinations and then having easy access to the airport train. This apartment was a five minute walk away and provided a warm and welcoming space. Andrea was an exceptional host, meeting us at our arrival to give us instructions and insights to local favourites for enjoying a meal or other delicious treats. The fridge had been stocked with wonderful snacks and even a small bottle of bubbly! The bed was very comfortable, the apartment clean and the breakfast provided was great. We would definitely choose this apartment again, should we need such convenience.

• Violetta (10/5): Great place for a reasonable budget - An incredibly cozy hotel with excellent transport links to all the sights. The polite and attentive owner who greeted us explained everything in detail about the rules of stay, the delicious places to eat in Rome, and the hotel's amenities. We had a rate with breakfast included, and the separate kitchen had everything we needed to stay full in the morning and explore the beauty of Rome. We were delighted!!! We were lucky to have stumbled upon such a place when choosing a place, and thank you for your hospitality. And if you find this review too positive and unrealistic, please keep in mind that I am not a native speaker of the language in which the review is written, and we really did live in comfort. They also gave us a box with breakfast for the road, so nice! The photos don't make it look as cozy as it actually is. I wouldn't say that's a negative, but just keep that in mind when booking.

• Guy (10/5): Nous reviendrons sans hésitation. - À l'aéroport, il suffit de prendre le Leonardo express pour arriver en 30 mn à la gare de Termini. L'établissement est à 3 mn à pieds et nous avons pu avoir la chambre tout de suite, ce qui est appréciable après un long voyage. Le B&B est très bien situé pour les visites et en face d'un marché plats cuisinés, mais ce n'était pas bruyant. L'appartement est aussi bien sécurisé et équipé avec entre autre une bonne literie. Par ailleurs, l'hôte est très disponible, très bien organisé et d'une grande générosité. Tout est très bien pensé pour ses clients incluant des encas dans le frigidaires. Tout était très bien mais s'il y avait quelque chose à dire, peut-être un oreiller supplémentaire
• Michael (10/5): It’s all on Andrea; he really knows the hotel business and understands the meaning of service. We were spoiled. And love - Most importantly was the owner; Andrea. He really takes the extra step to ensure your stay is excellent. He will meet and beat your expectations. And to a degree rarely seen in other hotels we stayed in Rome. The Location to the train station was a short walk - excellent. Very clean room and kitchen area; everything very nice. The fridge was stocked up (all complimentary- wine, water, juice, cheese, meats and more!). And thanks for turning us on to Perugina (Italian chocolates- the best!). The breakfast was superb- the loveliest coffee and so many choices - deelish! And a great assortment of food. Too much to name but all delicious and plentiful. Nothing to say here.

The location is incredibly convenient—it's less than a minute from the train station, which makes transportation to and from the airport extremely easy. The building also felt very safe, both in terms of entry and overall environment. Breakfast was delicious and well-prepared. A special thank you to Andrea, who was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. He went above and beyond to meet all our requests with genuine warmth. He truly made our experience even more special. The room was spacious enough, clean, and nicely designed—modern while still keeping a touch of Roman character. Housekeeping was excellent; the room was cleaned daily and everything was well maintained. Overall, it was a spotless and very comfortable stay. Very hospitable, helpful and friendly. Lovely juices, pastires, cereals, fruit and yogurt provided for breakfast. He even purchased plainer pastries for us when we mentioned this. Nothing. Everything was perfect.

The location is ideal and peaceful + perfectly placed for exploring the area, with everything we needed easily accessible. The room was very well maintained. it was clear that a lot of care and attention is given to cleanliness and comfort. Everything felt fresh, tidy, and thoughtfully arranged, which made our stay even more relaxing. What truly made the experience special, though, was Andrea. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel genuinely welcome and at home. His kindness and attentiveness really stood out, and he was always happy to help with recommendations or anything we needed. All in all, Optimus B&B offers a cozy, clean, and welcoming atmosphere. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return! highly recommended!

Very good breakfast (pastries, cereal, fruit, toast, boiled eggs and other things). included in the room price. So was a surprise welcome gift in a mini fridge of prosecco, ham, cheese, yogurt, peanuts etc. We will definitely visit again and tell all of our friends to do the same.

Totodata, este foarte usor sa iei metroul sau autobuzul pentru a ajunge in centru( iar plimbarea cu autobuzul este foarte placuta, deoarece poti observa orasul). Noi am avut zborul de retur la 5 dimineata, asa ca a fost foarte usor sa gasim transport noaptea si sa dormim 1 ora in plus. Gazda este foarte amabila, ne-a pus la dispozitie informatii legate de transportul local, restaurante,supermarket,siguranta in oras etc. Micul dejun a fost potrivit si am avut in camera un minifrigider aprovizionat cu strictul necesar. Cu o zi inainte am fost contactati pe whatsapp pentru a confirma sejurul si am primit informatii in legatura cu mijloacele de transpor pe care le putem folosi pentru transferul aeroport-cazare. Camera spatioasa, curata, luminoasa. Am avut TV in camera cu conexiune la Netflix. Aceasta cazare a completat perfect sejurul la Roma si totul a parut usor.

The B&B is conveniently located, and the perfect accommodations for our stay in Rome. Despite being close to the station, the room has insulated windows so it was incredibly quiet. • Basant (10/5): Felt like home! - It's our first time in Rome and we weren't expecting anything but a simple stay for a couple of days, BUT the stay in Optimus B&B was exceeding expectations!!! Andrea was so helpful, friendly and considerate, and made the experience unique and comfy. He actually communicate with us once we arrived in Rome, and helped us with places recommendations, he even packed the breakfast for us to take while we're out. He left us food and drinks in the fridge everyday. He gave us a gift when we arrived and a souvenir when we left. the place was close to most of the monuments you can walk to them, was in front of the train and bus station, it was perfect for a first time as we were navigating the city and it made it so easy. DEFINITELY will stay there again next time in Rome. The room was clean, cozy, has everything, even Netflix, the breakfast was good, fresh patisserie every morning, coffee machine in the room and AC. Totally recommending it to your first time in Rome!

We enjoyed excellent breakfasts and a mini-bar restocked daily with complimentary, delicious food. The room itself was warm, quiet, and featured great lighting. The host, Andrea, is a very pleasant man who speaks good English well. He gave us fantastic recommendations for various highly-rated places to eat in Rome for dinner and even presented us with souvenirs. It was an incredibly pleasant experience!

Less than 1/2 of block from Termini train station and bus to airport. Not a thing it is just perfect

• Hans-Juergen (9/5): - Der Hausherr war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück war ok. Die zentrale Lage am Hauptbahnhof ist ideal für City Touren, für die Weiterreise und Ausflüge zu Fuss. Viele gute Restaurants in der Nähe. Da fällt mir nichts Nennenswertes ein , was mir nicht gefallen hat.
• Molly (10/5): The best B&B - Everything! Andrea is the most wonderful person and really cares about his guests! We had a great stay, from the amazing breakfast to the very clean room, the coffee machine, comfy bed, the list goes on…! We got recommendations for the area, check out is accommodating especially with bags and extra bathroom, lovely apartment block, felt safe and secure. If we come back to Rome we will stay with Andrea again, such a lovely man. He can’t do enough! Thank you very much :)
• Jing (10/5): Angenehmer Aufenthalt! - Sehr freundliche Personal (Denis). Er hat uns viele Tipps für die Reise gegeben. Check in und Check out waren sehr einfach. Das Zimmer war sauber und direkt neben dem Bahnhof. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten können wir problemlos zu Fuß oder mit Metro erreichen. Im Zimmer gibt es eine kostenlose Kaffeemaschine. Denis hat uns am letzten Tag noch eine Überraschungsbox geschenkt. Nochmal vielen Dank Denis!

• laura (9/5): Servizio da hotel 4 stelle - Andrea è gentilissimo e cerca di accontentare ogni richiesta. C’è molta attenzione in ogni dettaglio, addirittura nel fornire snack per il viaggio e la possibilità di farsi una doccia in un bagno apposito anche dopo il check out lasciando le valigie in custodia.

• Elena (10/5): Great place to stay in Rome - We like everything. Andrea is the best host. He really cares for his guests. He took a very good care of us, started with an earlier check in and later checking out. He gave us maps and directions how to reach places and how much time we needed. Even more- he gave us a souvenirs!!! Thank you, Andrea, you made our short stay in Rome much better and successful.
• LilRicki (10/5): Comfortable room and helpful host! - Incredibly kind and accommodating host, excellent bed (my mom couldn't stop talking about how well she slept because of it!), delicious and plentiful breakfast options, tasty snacks and treats included in the room, super convenient location. The area around Roma Termini can be a little intimidating, but we loved being in such close walking distance, and our building had excellent security measures that put us at ease.

• Raffaele (10/5): Amazing host, great location. Would stay again! - Wow! The host was amazing and so friendly - I forgot people like him existed! He greeted us at the front door and helped with our bags up the elevator. He gave us an introduction to Rome and oriented us to the room and amenities. There is free breakfast that he sets up in the kitchen and you can bring it back into your room to eat. He even gave us Rome hat and tote bag when we left for souvenirs. Oh! and he gave us a little take-away box of water and snacks for our travels once we left. Honestly so friendly, nice and accommodating. Would 1000% stay here again! Convenient also a block from Termini Station and accessible via SIT bus when you need to get to the airport! I loved everything!

• Clare (10/5): Great B&B, great location, great hosts. We had an amazing stay - We stayed here for 3 nights and the room was clean and the bed was really comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful every morning and the hosts were exceptional, the mini fridge was filled with drinks, meats and yoghurts etc and we also got a little packed lunch on the day of departure. Location is great, just round the corner from train station and bus station and lovely little cafes and bars. 20 minute walk to the Colosseum. Owner gave us lots of recommendations for restaurants and bars. Would definitely stay here again. Nothing

• Rob (10/5): Exceptionally Perfect - Andrea our host was the most wonderful accommodating man. He was very helpful with any questions, gave fantastic recommendations and generally all-round amazing person who had our best interests at heart! We had an early start (before breakfast) one morning and he gave us some breakfast bits the night before. Breakfast in general was very good! Lots of choice! The room had everything you could need. Lighting was exceptional, shower was big & had different hooks for different height of the shower head. Great TV. Coffee machine & fridge. High table to eat. Secure property. Lift to get up. Location was fantastic. Bus stop on the next street took us to the main sites (Trevi Fountain/Pantheon etc), Termini Station is close by. We will come back to Rome, partly because of the sights we didn't get to see. Partly to stay here again. Thank you again Andrea!
