• Wolfgang (8/5): Unbeatable price and fantastic kitchen - Very nice landlord. Supermarket just around the corner. Very clean room. The kitchen is the real highlight very nice equipped with coffee all kind of tea everything you need for a nice breakfast after shopping at the supermarket. Very nice neighborhood very quiet place to sleep. good bed. A bit far away from the city the bus station is nearby but it takes up to 50 minutes to reach the center. Accommodation is on the hillside so walking up it's kind of sport. Wlan it's not very fast.

• АМБАРЦУМЯН (10/5): - Отличное расположение, тихий, спокойный район, рядом магазины и кафе, остановка автобуса. Апартаменты чистые, уютные, все необходимое есть, на общей кухне есть вся посуда, кофе, сахар, чудесный дворик, где можно утром выпить кофе
• motivirus (9/5): Muy comodo apartamento con calidas anfitrionas! - El departamento es cómodo y tiene todo lo que uno necesita en su estancia en Roma. Camas cómodas, buena ducha y suma un espacio compartido con cocina donde puedes hacerte el desayuno en caso de que necesites. Las anfitrionas son super amables y siempre contestaron nuestras dudas con velocidad y calidez, adaptándose a nuestros tiempos! Lo único a tener en cuenta es que la ubicación es bastante alejada de los lugares más importantes de Roma, y está en un lugar en altura con lo que se suben/bajan muchas escaleras para llegar. No creo que sea algo malo, solo algo a considerar en tu viaje ya que lleva al menos 30 minutos llegar al centro. Hay algunos buses, pero hay que organizarse con tiempo ya que no son de lo más puntuales.

Not much sound isolation in the room, you can hear everything that is happening in the kitchen. Access to apartment from the bus station is not perfect- it’s on the hill and difficult to walk with the luggage

• Ugnė (8/5): Simple room for a short stay - It is a simple guest house where you can spend the night. The room was a bit outdated, but 90s/2000s style is trending again! Important! Even though the neigborhood is beautiful and quiey, but the public transport is very poor: one bus which does not come and go too often, or be ready to climb up and down the hill to the tram stop. Trastevere is not too far, you can reach it on foot, but it's not a short walk! Commuting would take at least an hour, so be ready for that, or better rent a bike/car. The guest house was beautiful some time ago, but now it needs some work to be attractive again. My room was very dark, and the lights in it were poor, so it was not too cozy to stay in.
• Aleksandra (7/5): good apts for this price - the location is good for Rome - it takes 35 min by bus, and 40-45 by foot to get to the city center. if you will go from Ippolito Nievo it will be a way up onthe hill, it's a bit tiring. 75 bus goes to the closest bus stop Poerio/Marino, better take it. I had a room in a 2 rooms apartments (shared kitchen and terrace), with pivate bathroom. the room was clean. lot's of hangers in wardrobe :) table with 2 chairs. kitchen is fool of equipment for cooking and making tea/coffee. the bathroom is small, especially shower cabin - even though I'm 159cm skinny girl :D there's no wall heater and quite wet, so hard to wash and dry clothes.

• Neli (5/5): You receive what you pay for - Nice quiet neighbourhood, but very far from everything. Marianna was very nice and she made herself available for us even though she is super busy with the restaurant. Very humid, lack of natural light. The kitchen can be updated and cleaned

• Taoping (8/5): A nice cozy flat located in a quiet and safe residential area. - The flat is not located near those tourist traps, but in a very quiet and clean residential area ( very safe as well as inexpensive , respectively ) . 15 mins walk to the Trastevere district, which is filled with great restaurants and markets. Then another 15 mins walk across the river and you'll get to see all those well-known places. The room is clean and the flat is well-equipped. Nothing to complain about.

• Scott (10/5): Great value for money, clean and modern, friendly service. - Marianna is very kind and helpful. The accomodation is very clean and modern. Great value for money. The location is not in the city centre, but still only a 45 minute walk to the main tourist attractions like Trevi Fountain and Colosseum. There’s also heaps of e-scooters and e-bikes around which you can just jump on and ride using Lime or Uber apps, which will get you there in half the time. So the location is actually pretty good considering it’s much cheaper than similar accomodation closer to the city centre.

• Serkan (7/5): Comfortable Stay - The owner is so polite and helpful, the area is local & quite the connection to the city with transportation is not perfect. you need to generally walk to the station around 10 min maybe more. plus it is at top and you need to climb up when you back at home. however we always took a cap and cap is cheap in Rome. 10-15 Euro from center to hotel

And specially our host Marianna made us feel at home all the time with her advice, help, having always a smile to us and offering her kindness and friendly service despiste of how busy she was. Don't miss this place in a quiet, surrounded by locals, but very well connected area! Also try and enjoy the delicious food at the restaurant they have next to the B&B. We'll be back and recommend it absolutely!
