• Joanna (8/5): - Bardzo przyjemny i kontaktowy właściciel. Przychodził codziennie i zostawiał nam dobre bułeczki i ciasteczka. Szybko odpisywał, mogliśmy też zostawić bagaż po wymeldowaniu się. Lokalizacja jest ok - blisko stacji i centrum. Okolica jest nieciekawa (podejrzane osoby). Czuć było, że budynek ma już swoje lata.
• Liubou (8/5): Просторная квартира с хорошим расположением - Квартира большая, мы снимали обе комнаты, в каждой есть свой санузел, кухня общая. Комнаты просторные, потолки высокие. Расположение возле вокзала очень удачное, можно и в Сорренто, и в Помпей быстро уехать с начальной станции (Porta Nolana) + рядом всегда были патрули полиции. Хозяин приносил вечером завтрак: яйца, тосты, масло, йогурты, десерт. На кухне можно было свободно готовить, посуды достаточно, холодильник маленький имеется. Кофе и чай в наличии. Сам хозяин добродушный, отзывчивый, вежливый, всегда быстро отвечал в whatsapp. Встретил нас поздно в день приезда. Полотенца и постельное бельё меняли 1 раз за 7 ночей. Нет микроволновки. В раковинах был забит слив. Обогрев (батареи и полотенцесушитель) включается удалённо, надо было просить хозяина включить каждый раз. Кондиционеры не работали. В последний день не было завтрака. В комнате, окна которой выходят на близкую к вокзалу улицу, ночью было шумно, особенно в ночь с субботы на воскресенье.

• Isabel (7/5): Bien para una o dos noches como mucho - El apartamento esta muy cerca de la estación de trenes y a 10 minutos caminando del centro, pero la zona de noche es algo peligrosa, no lo recomendaría a una chica que viaje sola. Las almohadas estaban super desgastadas, necesitan un cambio urgente al igual que el colchón. El desayuno nos pareció bastante escaso ya que lo teníamos que compartir con la otra habitación, y el último día ni siquiera lo repusieron quedandonos prácticamente sin desayuno cuando supuestamente estaba incluido. Igualmente estuvimos 6 noches y no nos cambiaron las toallas, pero si que venían a recoger la habitación...

About a 3-5 minute walk to Piazza Garibaldi and the Metro , the centre is within walking distance if you don’t fancy public transport. Il est très bien situé ( moins de 10 min à pied de la gare Napoli Centrale et métro) et beaucoup de monuments du centre historique sont accessibles à pied. Guilio est un hôte réactif et le petit déjeuner qu'il propose est vraiment de qualité. Très belle location !

• Corina (9/5): Good overall and recommended - Great location, close to the train station and in walking distance to the centre. Good breakfast choices, although we didn't use much. We would have preferred a fruit or two in the morning, rather than the eggs which we didn't even attempt to cook. The shower wasn't draining properly so by the end of the shower the water was at the ankles. Hopefully they sort it out for the next occupants.

• Dorianne (8/5): good - The place was good and clean. The owner was communicative and gentle. He came every day to refill the fridge and food stuff and always brought sweets with him for us. Although the first impression of the neighbourhood is scary there is nothing to worry . The only thing that I didn't like was the lift . As I was travelling with a baby I was travelling with a stroller. To enter the lift there are between 20-30 steps , and the lift is small, so you need to close the stroller to enter the lift and you can not fit 2 persons with the stroller. That was a big hassle for me and my baby.

• Nika (10/5): Exceptional - Great host, clean and cosy apartment, fresh sweets in the morning, close to Piazza Garibaldi for Pompeii and Ercolano. Maybe the neighnoirhood isn't the prettiest but it's convenient.
• Patricia (4/5): DISAPPOINTING - WOULD NOT RECOMMEND - Apartment was clean and bright. Nasty first impression. Dumpster right in front of the building entrance. Didn't see the house number, had to ask in the barbershop next door. Open the entrance door and first floor lobby looked like a slum. Stairs not clean; walls not clean. Up 30+ steps to reach ancient elevator. Took it to the 4th floor where apartment is located. As you enter, you are in the modern, clean kitchen which is to be shared with other bedroom user(s). To me, this was a bit too cozy to share a kitchen with strangers--in this case 4 men. After entering the fairly spacious bedroom, we found black mold around some poorly installed, but new, windows. Owner should get the windows fixed so rain/humidity does not get in around the windows. We left after one night (after paying for 4 nights) due to mold and no smoke alarms or fire extinguisher in the apartment.

Kitchen is shared with another room and thanks to this fact we met very nice people from Spain. Guilio was very kind and helpful. He refill every day everything for breakfast and allowed us leave our baggage there till our departure. We can highly recommend this accomodation. Street is noisy, dirty and looks little bit scary but I think it Is not dangerous even for women.

He left you things in the refrigerator you could prepare breakfast with. The room was big and comfortable. I did not like the location because it did not feel safe. It was close to the central train station which was convenient and there was a lot of light in the street, but we were careful.

• Stanka (9/5): Superb - Clean, comfortable and close to city centre. Windows facing away from the streets so you don't hear any noise from the street, which is great. Giulio is very kind and superb host, he even offered us to call or text him if we need anything. So I can highly recommend this place for your Naples visit. It is a super slow walk to main train station and about 15 min walk to historic centre, so location couldn't be better. He even provides you basic breakfast and 2 times in a week he brought us paistry for our breakfast, which was a really pleasant surprise. You don't hear noise from the street but prepair yourself to hear everything people in the other room are doing. I was mostly awake around 6.30 because other guest were making coffee in the kitchen. And they weren't speaking loud, but I could hear everything they did. So if you have quieter or sleepier "neighbours" it is great.

I was well received by the host, everything was very clean and organized, there was no lack of food and everything for a good breakfast. I recommend everyone to stay at this place, everything you need is just a few meters away. There was nothing I didn't like. Everything was perfect.
