Guest Reviews
- Ivana (9/5): Tra camera e appartamento...
Precio/calidad terrible. Instalaciones comunes mediocres. Tenia lavadora ) necesitabamos) que no funcionaba. En fin una experiemcia deplorable.... TODO FUE ESPANTOSO
- Zakaria (10/5): An unforgettable stay in Napoli with perfect comfort and wonderful hospitality—highly recommended! - Everything was absolutely perfect! The house was incredibly clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The location is excellent, making it very easy to explore the beauty of Napoli. The atmosphere felt like a true home away from home, and the hospitality was outstanding Honestly, there was nothing to dislike. Our 4-night stay was flawless, and we only wish we could have stayed longer!
- Katerina (1/5): - NO WINDOWS

- Thea (7/5): Voor alleen slaapadres prima.
Colazione... Minimal Il bagno
I gradini un po' alti
L 'ingresso
- Teresa (1/5): Terribile - Tutto
- Alexander (9/5): -
- Myriam (1/5): - Signore cortese.
Gestore molto cordiale, gentile, disponibile e sollecito.
9) Rapporto qualità dell'offerta/prezzo decisamente deludente
- Beatrice Regalbuto (9/5): - Tutto Niente

- Elene (7/5): Good - It was clean and cozy
Host was super nice My bed's leg was broken and it was uncomfortable
When I was moving it was making too much noise and was bothering us
- Vincenzo (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sofia (7/5): Good - nice breakfast, good location. humidity, poor wifi,
- Chiara (1/5): Health hazard - Nothing. This was a nightmare, the worst place I have booked in 15 years on Booking. I have never given such a bad review but the truth is this property should not just be on Booking, nor for rent. The room is inhabitable and a health hazard. As many commented, the room is humid, dark and there is only a little window at ground level (that cannot even be fully opened). I still booked it because I trusted the owner's responses that it was possible to solve the problem with air conditioning/dehumifier. It is not true, it just is not enough. The fact the owner responds that this is part of the "charm" of living in a Neapolitan "basso" is also ridiculous and btw this is not even a basso but it is on the 1st floor instead. I believe the positive reviews were by ppl who got other rooms cause the one we got was just inhabitable.
The pic with the white pic is the bedside table (!), underneath it there are also fungi. No window in the bathroom either (but a WOODEN floor also rotting in some spots). My partner could not sleep the first night because of the SMELL. We resorted to sleep with the room door open!
We asked Booking to move us into another place and the owner offered to do a "special cleaning" or a "sanitation". We refused as there is nothing you could do in one day. Eventually the only thing we got was the owner refunding us HALF of the price, after just one night. So we would have lost nights already paid for, and of course prices for other accommodations were up to the sky since it was on the same day. As we could not afford to lose the money we paid AND spend more we decided to stay 2 more nights and leave. The owner insisted we had to cancel via Booking so he could rent it out again (what about the "sanitation"?). We asked for sheets as ours were wet due to humidity and he said he'd do it as a favor!
You must climb many steps both to arrive at the property and to leave. Cars cannot get there as the alley is too narrow so keep this in mind if you cannot walk.
- Luke (10/5): Excellent stay, fantastic room in a convenient location. - Excellent location for accessing the area in less than 5 minutes. Staff leaving drinks and snacks each day was a lovely touch. The room itself was very spacious and comfortable. Thanks for an excellent stay!
- Genoveva (8/5): Nice, but with no natural light - It is located in the city center.
All rooms have their own bathrooms, which was very nice, considering we rented the entire apartment.
The apartment has everything you could need - washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker. We also received free coffee pods. It doesn't have large windows, so it's impossible to have fresh air inside. Also, the small and narrow windows present in only 2 of the rooms were facing the garage or something like that.
Some walls were wet and it seemed to be an old issue.
2 of the rooms are located on the second floor inside the apartment, with narrow stairs, so it is not suited for families with small children.
- Gilda (10/5): Really nice spot - We really liked our stay at Rega Holiday House :)) we were there for 5 nights and found it a really comfortable and lovely spot to stay with great facilities. The shared kitchen was really wonderful and the hosts really kindly provided little goodies for us every day which was great for a quick breakfast before exploring the city! The location is wonderful and close to a really great part of the city. You’ll certainly get a workout in walking up the steps but we truly believe it’s worth it. Nothing
- Hanying (1/5): No staff present - No breakfast just snacks. Whole Guest house in basement,No fresh air
- Max (8/5): Very good - The House is very central in a picturesque area of the city where you can understand and the soul of it. Rich of history, beautiful architecture all around you with small treasures everytime you decide to take a walk. Shops are around, connections are just great.
The room where we stayed was the economic one, cleaned spacious bathroom, not much natural light inside cause the small window don't let in much from outside but that's not a problem specifically in summer where you wanna find rest from the heat. A kitchen is available to use, coffee machine, boiler. Everything was there. We always found some food in the fridge from the owners to us.
The owner and a lady were there, both kind and very polite persons.
I can only recommend it. Was all great.
- R (9/5): Superb - Nice cosy room. Location near good views and nice to walk around, get a coffee
- Eduardo (10/5): cozy - Great place, near to the main spots. Quite well organized kitchen with breakfast items
- Shanice (10/5): An amazing start to our trip - Perfect location and facilities
- Jakob (9/5): Great owner, great location, will come back! - The owner was super friendly and his cousin, who picked up us from the airport really tried to talk to us and tell us about the city, despite limited English. All the payments were handled without problems and we could reach the owner at all times via WhatsApp. Check in and check out were super easy as well. All in all great experience. (The hydro bathtub was awesome after a long day walking around the city).
- Sydney (10/5): Great option for Napoli - Very comfortable place to stay. It is exactly like the pictures. Easy to find and in a great location. The room was super comfortable, clean, and updated. There is a shared kitchen, which is nice. Highly recommend! Host is very responsive if you have any trouble. There were even snacks there for us 😀
- Luca (8/5): Very good -
- Patrick (9/5): Superb - The area is next to a lot of Spanish area, the Maradona Grafiti etc..
So you reach a lot of must-see places in a few minutes by walking.
Pizza places etc.. Everything is near
I had Room 3, with my own bathroom and it was clean and comfortable.
The flat himself was clean too.
The staff send me everything I needed for a self check-in, and even I was to silly to understand it, somebody came to explain. Noisy Neighbour's
Sunday morning there was no hot water available in the shower.
Thank God, that happened only one morning.
- Katarzyna (7/5): If you want an authentic Napoli experience for a good price with a helpful staff - Rega House is a good choice. - Rega House is a good place for anybody who wants to drop his or hers backpack and go explore the city. This is a place with a great access to the sea (15 min walk), Centro Storico (30 min walk), great italian trattorias and pizza places. Via Rega is a part of authentic Napoli neighborhood which for sure makes stay more magical. Staff is very hospitable —they leave snacks and soft drinks for guests as they are helpful - they arranged a taxi driver for us for a very early flight. The room was quiet (apart from neighborhood sounds which we take as a city experience at its core :-)) and the bed was comfortable for regenerative sleep. Rega house has also fully equipped kitchen if you are into cooking by yourself. Rega House is not meant for indoor relaxation. The room we stayed in was a bit claustrophobic since the very tiny window is placed just above the floor and space lacks of fresh air (you have an AC though which helps). But then again, our goal was to explore the city as much as possible during our four days stay.
- Lili (10/5): Great place great host - Location is a bit away from center but for what we paid for this is great, since l love walking anyway, and this place is like 20 minutes away to center by foot. This place is super cute and comfortable, host is very friendly and helpful, very thoughtful as well. He arranged the taxi for us to travel from and to the central train station with much cheaper price compared to other taxi. We also have a lot of snacks and drinks (water, milk, juice, pop etc.) from the host. He also upgraded us to a jacuzzi luxury room for free. There is also a neat and cute kitchen outside of our room for us to cook and eat, nice coffee machine making great coffee. I can't say how satisfied we were with this place, l would recommend anyone to stay there. None
- Marco (5/5): Passable -
- Dimitra (4/5): the price is ok for the provided facilities. it's okay if you are all-day out and want sth for shower and sleep - clean place and polite staff, new furniture, quite neighborhood small room with no air in the basement of a buinding, a lot of humidity. daily staff provided but shared with other rooms. we needed the hairdryer and it was taken, there wasn't a second one.
- Lily (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kinga (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was perfect! The room and kitchen space were super clean. An owner and a lady who was cleaning the apartment were absolutely sympathetic and helpful. We'd received fresh drinks and snacks everyday which was really nice. Very cozy place! I'd recommend it to everyone! Nothing :)
- Dejan (9/5): Genuine Naples place (for a real travellers) - Good host, fare price, genuine Napoli/Naples neighborhood.
Nice pick if you are traveler. From my POV: not able to single out anything.
Some people were not satisfied, but you know what: maybe those people are tourists, not travelers.
Building (and entire neighborhood) has endured some history and trust me: if you are a traveler (like, for real) you will enjoy that history !
- Raj (9/5): Superb - Good Location, Quite Residential area but close to centre.
- Maria (8/5): Very good -
- Björn (10/5): Exceptional - Super nice host, fully equipped kitchen, close to the center
- Kalina (5/5): Student hostel quality in a budget hotel price. - The location was good, a walking distance grom the main attractions, yet you could taste the real, non-turistic Napoli. There was a welcome package in the kitchen - some drinks and pastries. There was a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, cooking stove. It was clean, the bathroom was very nice. The hotel is stinky (old walls and poor air circulation). In the single room, the window is on the floor level, covered so you can't open it. There is no fresh air or natural light in the room. You can survive with air-conditioning, but it's gloomy. Also, the room is tiny, what you can read from the Booking's description (10 sq. m), but hardly from the photos (they show room as well as common area). I also asked for two beds so I could join them, and I found one bed on top of the another. I couldn't fall asleep unless I put the mattress on the floor.
- James (7/5): Good -
- Shiyun (7/5): Good - host are kind of nice
- Belen (7/5): Nice room and bathroom but very small window and bad wifi. - The room and the bathroom were spacious. Toiletries and towels were provided accordingly. We had a section of the fridge to ourselves and had a couple of snacks/treats. The staff is friendly and helpful. Wifi did not work well and at times did not work at all in the room we were in. The neighborhood is pretty noisy, we didn't get a good night's sleep any of the nights we stayed there. The appartment smelled of humidity. The window in the room was very small and against the floor.
