Avevo scelto la struttura in base alle foto, fuorvianti, pubblicate sul sito probabilmente si riferivano ad altri servizi. Ho cercato di spiegare il mio problema ma non avevano a disposizione nulla di alternativo. Una piccola incomprensione sul riordino della stanza .

• Vugar A (8/5): A convenient, comfortable stay with great value for the price. - Great location—right at the metro exit and very central, with everything you need nearby. Check-in was quick and easy; the reception desk is located in the café, with the rooms situated behind it. We stayed in a room for four people, which was quite spacious and equipped with basic amenities. The beds were reasonably comfortable. Breakfast was included and consisted of a drink and one choice of sweet. Overall, we were satisfied, and for the price, it was the best option. We would stay again. It would be better if some basic kitchen amenities were provided in the room, such as cups or a wine opener.

Da piazza Dante si va direttamente per via Toledo e i quartieri Spagnoli per poi arrivare a Piazza del Plebiscito e la Galleria Umberto e ci si collega anche facilmente a SpaccaNapoli! Il nostro alloggio si affacciava direttamente sulla Piazza e si vede che è stato ristrutturato di recente! Staff gentilissimo! lo ringrazio per l'accoglienza Nulla

• Katja (8/5): Für einen Abstecher nach Neapel in zentraler Lage mit einem herzlichen und einem hilfsbereiten Team zu empfehlen. - Direkt am Piazza Dante gelegen. Großes Zimmer mit Blick auf den Platz, Bahn und Bus in direkter Nähe. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Trotz Schallschutzfenster hört man das Treiben auf dem Platz bis tief in die Nacht.

• BAŞAK (9/5): - The restraunt downstairs is cute and the staff there were very friendly and at each shift there's at least one person with good command of English. They were all very helpful. Our room upstairs of the restaurant was very comfortable and secure with a total of 4 set of keys to get into. The building is old but there were ongoing renovations when we stayed there. The room was recently refurbished, very clean and comfy. Neither the sound from the Piazza nor the renovations upstairs did not disturb us a bit. There was an extra sink as well as a stove in the room but we didn't feel a need to use either as we were staying a single night. But it might be good to know for other travelers The location right on the Piazza Dante is perfect. There is a metro station (Dante) at the piazza so transportation is a breeze. You are also at a walking distance from Via Toledo, Old City and most places you'd like to experience. I would highly recommend a stay here especially if you're staying just one night while passing through Napoli to fully and comfortably experience the city. I would definitely stay here again. I would prefer extra pillows in the room, but it was not a big bother so we didn't feel the need to ask for them.

Стаята е на много комуникативно място в близост до Centro Storico, Via Toledo, Quartieri Spagnoli и други популярни забележителности. Стаята е голяма и просторна. Банята има нужда от лек козметичен ремонт, като се започне със смяна душа.

• IULIIA (8/5): Lively Location and Great Service - We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the room; it was large (designed for four people, though there were only two of us), making it very convenient for families or groups. We appreciated the comfort of the beds and the fact that everything was clean. The staff was wonderful—friendly and attentive, and they deserve high praise. Breakfast, served in the downstairs cafe, consisted of tea/coffee and a pastry. While it was tasty, the portion was quite small. However, we enjoyed the cafe itself and had delicious lunches there as well. The hotel’s location right on a lively square is both a major advantage and a drawback. Pro: If you are visiting to go out and enjoy the nightlife, the location is excellent, with bars and activity right nearby. Con: It is extremely noisy, making sleep very difficult. We were aware of the central location when booking, so this was not entirely unexpected, but future guests should be prepared for the noise level. The main issues were in the bathroom: The bathroom is old. The shower cabin did not close properly. There was an unpleasant sewer/drain smell (smelled of sewage) present in the bathroom.

Рецепшен расположен в кафе на первом этаже .Встретили, проводили в номер ! Утром в 6:30 нам подали идеальный итальянский завтрак- кофе и горячий , только что испеченный корнетто на выбор! В номере было чисто, но как-то неуютно, установлен новый кондиционер, потеки на стене от старого … возможно , для Неаполя это норма! Сантехника устарела.. До 1:00 ночи шум с улицы, несмотря на понедельник! Для одной ночи, думаю нормально!

Très bonne literie. Au niveau de la chambre pas de possibilité de rechauffer de la nourriture(absence d'un four à micro-ondes)ou de cuisiner(pas de matériels) Prévoir au moins des couverts et des verres lorsque l'on ramène un plat de l'extérieur.

• Luis Carlos (10/5): Experiencia TOP - La ubicación es increíble. Tienes el centro histórico y el barrio Quartieri Spagnoli muy cerca, que son dos zonas imprescindibles y preciosas de la ciudad. La habitación era bastante grande y las camas cómodas, con vistas top a la Piazza Dante. Por último, el personal fue muy amable y simpático. .

• Igor (8/5): Good stay for many for short time! - Great location, all clean and friendly staff. The rooms are located inside an old building that is undergoing renovation on the first floor. The underground station is one minute away and many sightseeings, cafes and restaurants, etc. Terrible mattresses, so soft you melt like a marshmallow on a fire

• Geffen (8/5): - The location was amazing, and the balcony overlooking Piazza Dante was beautiful. Complementary breakfast was very nice and the staff were lovely to us. It's a pretty basic room - no frills, no feathers. But sometimes that's just what you need.
