• Steve (10/5): If you want a pleasant experience in Florence, this is the place! Highly recommend & when in Florence I will stay he - The property is outstanding! The location is close to everything and is on the quiet side of the river. The room was very quiet and the bed was very comfortable! The shower is a tad small, but it is something I expect in Europe.

• Mary Jo (10/5): - The location was amazing, the room was amazing, and the host, Carolina, was amazing! Her attention to every detail really stood out. She served us a custom egg breakfast both mornings we were there and was incredibly pleasant throughout our stay. The location was perfect — we could easily explore Florence on foot. She also had homemade snacks available for guests in the small kitchen area, and even homemade limoncello 👍 One thing we especially appreciated was that she prepared a daily sheet with activities and events happening around Florence and the surrounding area, simply because she genuinely enjoys giving her guests a little extra attention and making their stay special. Totalnie polecamy to miejsce przy pobycie we Florencji! - Lokalizacja oraz pięknie, stylowo urządzone apartamenty oraz gościnność i uprzejmość Julii, która przygotowywała codziennie przepyszne śniadania za co bardzo dziękujemy! Wszystko było 10/10 (natomiast dla osób z dużym bagażem minusem może być brak windy)

Carolina väntade ändå 3 timmar så att vi kunde komma in på vårt rum - helt utan kostnad för att hon tyckte synd om oss När vi hade bröllopsdag så fixade hon en flaska bubbel - inget som ingick, men en mycket uppskattad gest. Att vårt privata badrum låg en bit bort från rummet gick bra, men det var lite besvärande När man ville till och från samtidigt som andra röde sig i korridorerna

L’emplacement est idéal : tout se fait facilement à pied. Le petit déjeuner était copieux, avec une mention spéciale pour la délicieuse confiture. L’accueil a été particulièrement agréable : toujours souriante et très attentionnée. La chambre était faite chaque jour, comme dans un grand hôtel. Un grand merci à Carolina. Frukost på rummet, systrarna var oerhört välkomnande och trevliga, fick massa bra tips på restauranger och annat, läget är perfekt då det är nära till allt; sevärdheter såsom restauranger Vårat rum hade inte toalett/dusch på rummet utan i korridoren, det fungerade väldigt bra iallafall. (De andra rummen har toalett)
• Allison (10/5): Fantastic rooms and wonderful staff. - The rooms are HUGE by European standards. The location is great. You have a fantastic view of the river. The owner bends over backwards for her clients- she’s so sweet and always ready with a suggestion or to help. Breakfasts were amazing. This was hands down my favorite place I stayed in Italy. Nothing that was a dealbreaker, but the toilet has an unnerving tendency to flush itself whenever you sit down. I like to think it’s haunted. And the shower is tiny, but that seems par for the course here.

The room itself was so comfortable and beautiful, it brought me joy to come back to it during my stay in Florence. The breakfasts were delicious and the location is amazing as well. • Yvonne (10/5): We had an amazing break made more special by the owners - We loved everything about the property the owners were amazing and very welcoming .We did have a room with a private bathroom down the hall which I wasn’t sure about but after reading other reviews who said it wasn’t a problem and don’t be put off we booked and it wasn’t a problem it is private so no sharing bathroom .Very close to everything all within walking distance we even got a train from pisa airport and it was all very easy .Would highly recommend and would definitely go back again . Nothing it was all lovely and very clean .

Nothing was too much trouble and you can clearly see and feel that they go above and beyond to make your stay special. The place was beautiful, location was perfect and the breakfast was delicious. It was like a home from home but way better! Would 100% recommend and I very much hope to stay again someday ❤️ My room was stunning and super comfy and quiet - apart from breakfast time when the making of the lovely breakfasts woke me up a bit. I am not an early bird - however, it wouldn't affect my choice to stay there - it was a great way to get up and enjoy the beautiful city and a yummy breakfast.

Todo es increíble, a nosotros no nos molesto el que no tuvieran elevador!

• Anna (10/5): 10/10 stay - My room was huge and decorated with amazing antique furniture. The B&B is clean and kitchen is constantly stocked with fresh cakes/biscuits and cereals. Giulia provided me with some really useful guides for local restaurants as well as markets/events happening on that weekend. She also made tasty breakfast to be enjoyed in my room. The location is directly next to the river Arno and within ~20 minutes walk from most attractions. My experience here is 10/10 and I would highly recommend staying here!!
• Clarice (8/5): Cute homey stay away from the center of town - Large and clean room. The staff is friendly and breakfast was excellent. The location is off the beaten path (maybe some people like that!) but it was a bit a walk from the center of town. There are no elevators and you have to go up quite a bit of stairs (not a problem for us but I can see it being a problem for those with mobility issues or heavy luggage. Check out is earlier than normal.

La qualité de mets au petit déjeuner ainsi que la quantité à volonté. La cuisine est à disposition avec des produits mis à disposition gratuitement. La disponibilité des dames est top. Merci encore. Un peu excentré et la présence de pas mal d’escaliers pour arriver au 3e étage. Mais tout s’est bien passé malgré tout.

• BURCU (9/5): Fantastic! - First of all, dear Giulia's approach was excellent; she took care of us throughout our entire stay. The accommodation is very clean and very stylish. It's wonderful that it feels like home and is cleaned every day. Our breakfasts were prepared according to our requests and were very enjoyable. Having easy access to the kitchen and having special cakes and other treats readily available creates a homey feeling. The location is fantastic! It's very close to the center, yet you're not stuck in the hustle and bustle of crowded streets. Our whole experience was wonderful! The only issue is that there might be some noise at night due to the toilet's special system.

• Jeremy (8/5): Lovely staff and a nice shared terrace - Comfy and clean beds. Great, big room with a high ceiling, which meant it stayed pretty cool. Lovely staff, so helpful and friendly! This was the highlight Well-stocked kitchen and nice shared terrace, perfect for a morning coffee and some breakfast. Nice fresh croissants. Although we probably knew when we were booking, we didn’t love having a separate (but still private) bathroom. You have to cross the corridor to get there, which isn’t great if you’re a more private person. The room was huge, so the very white aesthetic and hard floors made it feel less cosy.

We had trouble locating the property because from the street, number 3 above the door looks exactly like the number 5. It is also a lot of stairs, especially when hauling suitcases, just be ready for that!

• Emily (10/5): The quintessential B&B in the most sublime city in Italy. - This was everything a B&B should strive to be: excellent, central location; communicative hosts; a warm welcome; beautiful decor; a full, customized breakfast; treats in the kitchen; and more. It was a great reminder to me of the difference between supporting a local business vs. booking an airbnb. We loved our stay and plan to come back. We loved everything. Just wish we could have stayed longer.

• Keti (10/5): Absolute aanrader (maar denk aan de trappen)! - Locatie is top, vlakbij de stad maar niet in de drukte. Alle voorzieningen aanwezig in de B&B. Onze gastvrouw Giulia is een topper! Vriendelijk, altijd behulpzaam en ze maakt een voortreffelijk ontbijt! De badkamer was netjes en de algehele indruk van de accomodatie is gewoon goed. Voor zomer en winter uitstekend geschikt. Voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn is de accomodatie moeilijk te bereiken, omdat je veel trappen moet nemen (er is geen lift!). Wij hadden er geen last van, maar je hoort altijd de geluiden van de stad dus het is nooit helemaal stil.
• Kato (10/5): Exceptional! - We had a wonderful stay at FuordArno B&B. Our room had a very nice view over the river. Everything was exceptionally clean and the atmosphere was extremely welcoming. The host Giulia made us feel at home immediately and has been the most thoughtful host we ever have stayed with. We will definetely come back.⁷
• Vélez Reynoso (10/5): Maravillosa estancia en FuordArno - El servicio fue maravilloso, la atención de Giulia espectacular, el desayuno personalizado delicioso y excelente ubicación. Sin duda, el mejor lugar de Florencia. De regresar, ahí me hospedaría de nuevo.

• Lawrence (9/5): Family operated gem with breakfast and views of the Arno. - Large room with a big bed and a very nice size desk to work on. I did have an external bathroom which I was concerned about but it was not a big deal at all. The bathroom was big and close by. The breakfast was very nice with good coffee and almost anything you would want. There are steps to get up to the rooms but the steps are so worth it because once you are up in the room, big windows looked out onto the Arno and the Uffizi. This is a family run operation with a small kitchen always open to the guests - I could have tea at 2 am and coffee any time of the day. I recommend this lovely place on the other side of the Arno so that you can discover another part of Florence. Did I mention the high ceilings in the rooms? Bellisimo! I didn't like that I had to leave :)
