• Satya Bala Ravi (10/5): Great location and host. Not a typical hotel - The location of the room and the friendly host Dolly are The best parts of the room. The room is close to the ferry station to Capri and is also walkable to metro/bus stops to reach other places. The room was spacious and had plenty of room for 3 people and our luggage. The beds are well maintained and bathroom is clean. Dolly-the property owner is very friendly and helpful The breakfast place is a few hundred metres away and it is limited breakfast. The check-in process requires some coordination because it is not a typical hotel. Getting luggage into the hotel can be a bit difficult.

• Ali (6/5): ⭐️⭐️⭐️ (3/5) – Great Location, Lovely Host, but Some Drawbacks by - The location of this B&B in Napoli is truly fantastic — very central and close to everything. You can easily reach the main streets, metro stations, banks, shops, and other amenities within a short walk, which makes exploring the city very convenient. The owner, Dolly, was very kind and attentive. She genuinely cares about her guests and makes sure they have what they need for a comfortable stay. Overall, we enjoyed our stay thanks to the excellent location and Dolly’s hospitality, but the noise, room size, and breakfast arrangement might be something to consider if you prefer a quieter or more modern setup. Our room, was quite small and located right by the front entrance. This meant we often heard loud door slams throughout the day and night, as the front door is heavy and needs to be closed firmly. The room itself felt a bit dated and could use some refreshing. Additionally, because the property is on a busy street, there’s quite a bit of traffic noise, so we often had to keep the windows closed and rely on the air conditioning. Breakfast was a bit of a mixed experience. The pastries and coffee were delicious, but they’re served at a café about a 10-minute walk from the property, which can be inconvenient first thing in the morning.

• Brown (6/5): The room and location were fine but hard to communicate with Dolly due to language barrier. - Dolly was a very sweet person and the room was large, clean, and quiet. The location was great. Communication. Dolly did not speak one word of English--she uses an translator through WhatsApp, which I had to download. I arrived at night and there is no staff on site. She insisted I take Alibus to Porto di Massi and she would meet me. The bus dropped me in an empty parking lot and she wasn't there. WhatsApp wasn't working well. A long 30-minute fiasco with multiple kind people helping before I found her. If you are English-speaking, I advise you meet her at the address--take a taxi or use GoogleMaps from bus stop and prepare to use WhatsApp.

It was a very short distance from the port that we could walk there. Dolly provided the map and all information that we were looking for. Moreover, she booked us a taxi to the airport and we got the municipal rate ( € 22). nothing

If you take a ferry, it’s a walkable distance but with luggage would be still a little difficult. It looks not so nice from the outside.

Tours and places of interest are Al within walking distance. Could be a bit noisy at times because of its central location. Things quieted down nicely at night.

Host friendly and helpful, in spite of our lack of language comprehension going both ways (Being in Italy, that is more on me for not brushing up on my language skills!). Decent coffee and pastry in the morning, especially on the last day. Decent air conditioning too.

• Karla (10/5): Exceptional - Everything's! Dolly she is absolutly amazing and take care of the visits. She has everything arrange for your stay. In Naples you walk a lot, the location its perfect, you can walk to the Port, downtown etc. I would recommend yo stay. None. Everything's perfect :)

Much more spacious than a normal BnB or hotel room, as it can sleep 3 and even 2 couples (with compromises in comform) The building is not in optimal condition, but this is part of visiting Napoli. Also could have been cheaper, but again these are the prices in the city

• Raquel (10/5): 100% would stay again! - Dolly was an exceptional host. I left Naples and forgot my jacket at the B&B. I contacted Dolly and she was so helpful and understanding. She mailed my jacket to my next location using her own money. She didn't even think twice about it. I of course paid her back but I can never truly express how grateful I am. The jacket was a gift from my mother. I would have gone all the way back to Naples to get it. Dolly's generosity saved me from losing days on my trip. Thank you Dolly!!! Oh and also room was great, large and clean. Fantastic location. This isn't a complaint, just FYI for fellow travelers who are used to a big breakfast. Italian breakfast is much lighter. Coffee and croissant or a pastry. So maybe pack a few protein bars or a little extra money if you want a bigger breakfast.

• Kseniia (9/5): Superb - Location is great. Two stops from the airport by Alibus (5EUR). Breakfast (croissant with coffee/tea) in a cafe around the corner. The mattress was soft but was comfortable to sleep. The host was really nice and let us leave our luggage before check in. I would recommend this place to stay. There was no kettle to make a tea which I really missed.

We wrote and called previous days about the hour of arrival but nobody answered us. When the day came and we were in front of the building nobody opened us, then we called again and at least the owner answered us and told us to wait her so she came after 10-15 minutes

The owner of the hotel is so nice, gave us a map of the city, explained to us where to travel, where to eat and where to shop. The hotel is a few minutes' walk from the old city and Toledo Street, where there is mainly shopping. Everything was great for us

• Lee (10/5): Wonderful Neapolitan hospitality! - Just had two stays at this place. Excellent location, close to Centro Storico and port. Metro very close. Spotlessly clean room, with the towels and bed linen smelling lovely. Good air con. Nice breakfast at a cafe close by. But the best thing for me was the lady who runs this place. So so kind and helpful. She will go out of her way to make sure your stay is a good one. And she’s good fun too! Wonderful Neapolitan hospitality! nothing

Loved the "mini kitchen" that I found inside the cabinets of the room. There were some serious plumbing issues in the bathroom during my stay. Because it was weekend a temp fix was done until I left. This was a bummer, but I still think the hotel was nice, clean, and comfortable.
