Nada a reseñar. La ubicación lejana del centro te hace disfrutar de un barrio muy tranquilo y hay buenas opciones de transporte público, que además el alojamiento facilita.
- Susanne (10/5): - Ein Geheimtipp! Genau richtig um sich vom Trubel der Stadt zu erholen. Man wohnt ruhig und wie in einem Park. Ludovico hat alles, um einem den Start ins Großstadt-Ge intümmel zu erleichtern ( Fahrkarten, Stadtplan, Tipps...) und den Abend dann entspannt mit einem Gläschen Wein auf der Terrasse ausklingen zu lassen. Zum Bus sind es 5 Gehminuten, zur Metro ca 20. Kleines und dafür um so teineres Guesthouse mit nur 5 Zimmern. Dadurch recht familiär und gemütlich. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

- Concetta (10/5): like at my home - Assolutamente tutto perfetto ,Ludovico è un host nel senso profondo dele termine ,disponibile gentile accogliente. Poche volte ho trovato stanze con un livello di pulizia del genere, mi sono sentita a casa. Non c’è nulla lasciato al caso dallo splendido giardino a l’ambiente interno e la perla vera è la disponibilità di Ludovico che ti dà tutte informazioni da dove mangiare a se quel giorno sono aperti i supermercati o i musei…cosa chiedere di più! 😉 La distanza dalla metropolitana, ma proprio per essere pignoli😅 ,con gli autobus si raggiunge facilmente, purtroppo per noi siamo capitati nel ponte del primo maggio e tra festività e affollamento di turisti spesso abbiamo fatto a piedi.

- Pedro (10/5): - Wunderbares Zimmer, perfekt sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet Tolles Badezimmer mit Dusche Herrlicher Garten mit verschiedenen Plätzchen zum Sitzen Ganz sympathischer, sehr versierter Gastgeber, der viele gute Infos parat hat. Spricht perfektes Englisch. Gute Lage: 20 Min zur Metro, in 4 Stationen ist man im Vatikan. Die Metro-Tickets kann man beim Gastgeber kaufen. Es war richtig schön und wenn wir Rom wieder besuchen, kommen wir ins Casale nel Parco :-)

Tutto è seguito scrupolosamente dall’ottimo Ludovico che con gentilezza e professionalità gestisce nel migliore dei modi una struttura molto ben organizzata e in cui tutto è organizzato con attenzione massima verso ogni richiesta proveniente dalla clientela. Una valutazione a 5 stelle che in realtà potrebbe ambire alla sesta scelta, se solo esistesse. É necessario un’auto per spostarsi oppure c’è

Es liegt etwas außerhalb, mit dem Bus und der Metro ist das Zentrum aber schnell und unkompliziert zu erreichen. Kostenlose Parkplätze sind vorhanden. Ludovico erklärt alles super! Die Zimmer sind wunderschön. Room Nr. 5 mit Balkon ist besonders zu empfehlen. 😉 Ludovico ist super hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Es hat einfach alles gepasst. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen, wenn wir Rom besuchen. Vielen Dank!

- Arsal (10/5): Excellent & comfortable stay! - It was a beautiful property, very private. The host Ludovico is an awesome guy and was really helpful and went out of the way for us. It was raining heavily in Rome and he dropped us to the metro station which we appreciated. The facilities were very nice , clean room with air conditioning and very comfortable bed. Would definitely stay here when I’m in Rome next.

Immersi nel parco a pochi passi dall' Aurelia, ho riposato benissimo, parcheggio interno e spazi comuni curati nel dettaglio. Una delle migliori soluzioni alloggiative che ho mai prenotato. Una estancia perfecta, la casa súper Bonita con zonas comunes geniales la habitación que nos dieron con todos los detalles posibles, el anfitrión excepcional pendiente en todo momento de ti para ayudarte en cualquier cosa y facilitarte tus dias por roma, billetes de metro y bus que te los facilitan ellos ya que la casa esta fuera del centro en una zona maravillosa para descansar y con la parada des autobus a 5 minutos andando y la del metro a 15 minutos y si vas en coche te ofrecen un parking privado gratuito dentro de la finca, sin duda si volvemos por Roma repetiremos!!!

We loved it - a large room with a lovely balcony, a modern bathroom, everything perfect and clean! There's shared kitchen with coffee machine and drinks. Ludovico even got us beach towels and drove us to the airport. Thank you so much for everything, we'd love to come back!
- Moki (10/5): Peaceful rooms in the bustling city of Rome - The location was right next to the big road and easy access by car, but the guest house had a big garden, so it was like a room in a secret garden with peaceful bird sounds. There were 2 automatic gates(with remote control) to enter the area, and the parking had a roof. The room was spacious and facilities were new. The guest house owner speaks Japanese and very friendly. Nothing to mention but I wish I had more time to stay!
- Daniel (10/5): The best stay in my life. - The best stay I have ever had ! I've been given a personal care from the start till the end. The owner gave me directions to every place I wanted to go with step by step guidelines. The rooms are super big with every thing you need and much more ! Super beautiful house with history and super beautiful room, I can't stop talking about the room, my jaw fell to the floor when he showed me the room for the first time. I was also surprised about how clean the rooms are, I have never been in my life in a room that is so clean. Don't let the distance from the city center fool you, you either walk and enjoy Rome from a different angle ( like I did ), or you take a very short bus that comes very frequently. The guesthouse even provide a bus ticket on the spot !! ( Instead of buying it from a dedicated machine, you can just leave that payment at the guesthouse and there you go! ) Either way you choose, you picked the right choice choosing this guesthouse to stay in, I felt like home and wanted to stay more. From now on this is my Go To place whenever I'm in Rome, any other hotel/hostel/guesthouse is not an option. 10/10 on every small detail. 100/10 Owner. 1000/10 recommend ! I loved every single thing.

Sitting on the terrace in the morning, enjoying a coffee and watching the birds in the park was a great start into our day. Ludovico was very nice and supportive and his parents are sweethearts. He helped us find the right things to be doing and gave some very interesting insights about the city and Italian culture. The mattresses were maybe the best we ever slept on. A small tip for fellow guests, the naturasi which is close by at the via aurelia has a cafe which is an excellent, close by option for having breakfast. As clearly stated in the description of the location, getting from the location into the city center required a 15-20 min walk along a street with heavy traffic or waiting on a (sometimes unpredictable) bus. This was the only inconvenience, we suffered during our stay. We adjusted to it quickly.

- Kevin (10/5): A hidden Gem in the city of Rome. - The manager, Ludovico was an excellent host from the moment I arrived until departure. property was fantastic, well situated with a beautiful relaxing garden area that was quiet and away from the traffic areas and city noise. The room was very spacious, bed super comfortable and the bathroom and shower setup was excellent. The surroundings made it very easy to relax and enjoy my stay in Rome. Public transport was close by and both it and the Taxi services allowed easy access to the inner city and sites of Rome. The only two issues and both very minor. First, to have breakfast you need to buy and keep in your room or go out to a local restaurant. The TV was a little small for the size of the room. Again, very minor issues that are easily compensated for.
