I knowingly selected a room that had inner courtyard view and they reached out to make sure I understood that so that there was no confusion. I appreciated their extra effort. • Doriane (7/5): - L emplacement de l hôtel était parfait vraiment on ne peut pas mieux faire ,seul petit bémol pas de petit déjeuner proposé et une seule fenêtre dans notre chambre qui donne dans une cour d immeuble je n'ai pas fait attention lors de la réservation, mais l'ensemble etait très correct et les propriétaires très à l'écoute et disponible .

• Preston (9/5): Ponte Veccio stay - Centrally located. Well appointed with a small kitchen. I so wish everything wasn't so scented. While spotlessly and newly cleaned i could barely breathe once inside with heavily perfumed cleaning products and sheets.

Cela nous correspondait pas du tout à l'annonce, ni les photos ni le descriptif, comme une sensation de nous prendre pour des imbéciles

Room was a tad smaller than I thought it would be. Shower room was very small (cornered off in the room by plasterboarding) and reminded me of going camping. Plastic shower tray, compact sink and noisy toilet pump. That said, overall it was good and, as I've said, location was great. View out the window = fab!

Son gün bagajı bırakırken 1-2 saatliğine ücret almadan sağolsunlar yardımcı oldular. Odanın havasız olmasını, bazı odalarda pencere bile yok hatta. Ayrıca yatak da pek konforlu değil. Biz bahar ayında tercih ettik ama yaz veya kış aylarında klima yeterli olur mu düşündürdü.

There was a distinct smell in the entry that bothered my sense of smell. We couldn’t get the overhead fan to work. But other than that it was a pleasant stay

Wifi iyi çalışıyordu. İnternete bağlı televizyon vardı. Check in 19:00 dan sonra ücretli olması bizi biraz telaşlandırdı ve odamızdaki pencerenin apartman boşluğuna bakmasından pek memnun olmadık.

• Ralf (8/5): Ein sehr schönes Wochenende in Florenz. Wir würden das Hotel wieder buchen. - Zentrale Lage, direkt an der Ponte Vecchio. Bequemes Bett. Man kann sehr gut direkt neben dem Hotel frühstücken. Spät noch recht laut von der Straße, Sonntags aber ruhiger. Sehr früh Morgens musste man lautstark diskutierende Jugendliche die sich direkt vor dem Hotel aufhielten vertreiben. Sehr kleines Bad.

I can relate the building are very old and I enjoy that but the lack of a decent bathroom is unacceptable. water and pressure was nice but very small shower, a caffe machine in the room would be a nice start. a decent bathroom is a must. a level bed would be also great. also 3 corridors to bedroom after the rooms door.!! half of the room is corridors.(hallways)!!! it is an a-MAZE-ing room.

Habitacion cómoda y calentita con calefacción , baño pequeño pero muy bien 😊 balcón super acogedor con vistas al puente Vecchio y a la pasarela de los Medicci, en general Florencia muy bonita y la habitación súper recomendable.

The building had a smell of pipes and sewerage. The room was light during the night due to sheer curtains and the noise from the street was constant and made for poor sleepless nights.
