• Ingrid (10/5): Alles top top top! - Sehr nette und kommunikative Quartiergeber, alles sehr neu, modern, sauber und wunderschön. Sehr schöne und gemütliche Gemeinschaftsküche. Sehr gutes erweitertes Früstück. Alles sehr liebevoll und sehr privat. Bekamen nach Auschecken sogar noch Schlüssel für das Haus, um unsere Koffer zu holen. Top Lage in sehr gutem Viertel - ums Eck von Metro Dante mit bekannter Einkaufsstraße und tollen und günstigen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs- Verhältnis!

Walkable to the important art spots, the Archaeology Museum (don't miss it!), the waterfront, and lively Dante Square. Nice room, great bathroom. Breakfast was very simple, brioche and croissants, salami and sometimes cheese. It was good but a bit "spartan". Would have asked for the Queen room with a courtyard view if I'd been paying attention, but no big deal.

• Leana (8/5): - The room was very nice, everything was in excellent condition, and it was very clean. The location is also great, with everything within easy walking distance. The hosts always responded very quickly whenever we had any questions or issues, and they also provided helpful recommendations on things to do. We were accommodated in new rooms one floor above, and for breakfast we had to go to a nearby café, where only a croissant, a coffee, and an orange juice were provided. This was quite disappointing, as it had not been described this way and other guests were able to have breakfast in the apartment. Furthermore, the WiFi did not work during our stay.

We were very happy with our stay here: it was comfortable, clean, and very quiet - we could not hear any of the motorcycles that always rattle along the small streets. The host was very friendly and responsive, he even offered us to leave our luggage in the reception area after our check-out. Everything was perfect.

Das Personal ist sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit Wir konnten zudem unser Gepäck vor dem Check in und am Abreisetag deponieren. Das Bett war mega bequem und die Lage der Unterkunft sehr zentral Absolut empfehlenswert! Leider war unser Zimmer sehr hellhörig. Wäre zu verkraften, aber eine der beiden Zimmernachbarn war eine extrem laute Person und hat uns leider ein paar Stunden Schlaf gekostet.

Situación muy buena, en el casco antiguo. En resumen recomendable 100%. La comunicación con el establecimiento del desayuno debería estar mejor estructurado (quizás dar unos tickets para entregar). El último día nos impidieron seleccionar bollería que habíamos tomado los días previos. Daba la impresión de que la comunicación no era fluida entre el anfitrión y la cafetería.

• Michael (9/5): Stadtwohnung in guter touristischer Lage - Sehr gut gelegen, die ganze Stadt fußläufig erreichbar. Bad funktionell sehr gut und hochwertig ausgestattet. Zimmer war gut ausgestattet. Frühstücksraum hat nur sehr kleine Tische und ist ziemlich beengt, es waren mal 6 Leute gleichzeitig da, das ist dann schon recht voll. Die gesamte Wohnung wirkt etwas hellhörig.

• Roberto (9/5): Comodidad y buena ubicación - Buena ubicación al lado de Piazza Dante. Instalaciones nuevas, limpias y cómodas. La cama es grande y el baño completo. No se oyen ruidos al estar en una calle tranquila y ser un establecimiento pequeño. Personal amable y dispuesto. Tiene encanto y buenos materiales. El desayuno es en una cafetería cercana que esta bueno pese a que solo es café y croissant. Quedamos satisfechos Ninguna queja, simplemente comentar que el ascensor del edificio es antiguo y se cierra a mano, y da la sensación que alguno de los huéspedes del hotel no se da cuenta dejándolo abierto y entonces no funciona por lo que toca subir a pie, seguro que los vecinos estarán hartos de encontrarselo asi a menudo. Deberían de poner algun cartel para despistados. Por otro lado comentar que olvidaban dejar la tarjeta para canjear en la cafetería para desayunar y había que pedirla, pero seguro que fue despiste de esos dias, la pedías y te la daban.

La struttura era molto raccolta ma dotata di tutto il necessario. Abbiamo molto apprezzato anche la presenza di servizio colazione e la gentilezza dello staff. Ottimo anche il rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Las habitaciones estaban de estreno y la decoración muy exquisita. Además por la ubicación podías hacer todo caminando. Una mención especial al trato de Bruno que estaba disponible para todo lo que solicitabas. El desayuno es poco variado pero es dólo por poner algún pero….. lo compensan con trató exquisito

I servizi perfetti dove ogni cosa funzione, le nostre stanze interne verso in cortile ma anche la posizione della struttura è in zona silenziosa, sei vicino alla metro Dante, via Toledo a 4 passi, insomma ovunque volete andare siete in un ottima posizione. Bruno, Enzo I titolare molto disponibili e cortesi ma un 10 va dato a Marika, dolcissima che dalla prima volta ricorda cosa ti piace a colazione. Insomma una bellissima esperienza oltre al fatto che come prenoti ti mandano i link per posti ottimi da visitare.

The owner Enzo is so kind and helpful - just like an old friend !!! As for the breakfast you can eat continental breakfast at the property of get a voucher to eat in coffee shop nearby - we tried them both and they were just great. Nothing.
• letterio (10/5): Consigliatissimo! - Struttura bellissima, di recentissima ristrutturazione, in posizione ottimale per la visita alla città, sia del centro storico ed i quartieri Spagnoli raggiungibili a piedi, sia per il resto della città per la vicinanza della stazione metro Dante.
• Jaroslav (10/5): Výborný pobyt - Personál je úžasný. Enzo nám okamžite po objednaní hotela poslal na Whatsapp inforrmácie a tipy na reštaurácie a turistické atrakcie v Neapole. Po prílete nás Bruno čakal, urobil hneď kávu, ukázal izbu a pomohol nám kúpou lístkov na Vezuv. Ráno nám urobil skvelé raňajky(praženica, šunka, syr, croissant, káva, džús). Tak isto i Mária ďaľšie dni. Izbu sme mali upratanú každý deň. Hluk z ulice vôbec nepočuť, okná výborne izolujú, závesy neprepúšťajú svetlo. Teplá voda v kúpelni a Wifi na izbe bez problémov. Lokalita výborná. Na námestie Dante a do metra sú to 2 minúty. Štvrť je bezpečná. Keďže sme mali večerný let, tak do odchodu na letisko sme si mohli ponechať batožinu na hoteli. Strávili sme tu 5 nocí a pri ďaľšej návšteve Neapola sa sem určite vrátime. Nič.

I prezzi e gli sconti non veritieri applicati da Booking: 747 € per 3 notti tre ospiti (249 a notte ?! ), poi scontati a 388 ( ?! ). Il terzo letto era una brandina piazzata in una camera piccola e abbiamo dovuto chiedere un materassino in più per poter dormire. La colazione era imbarazzante (tutti prodotti preconfezionati , compresi il pane e le brioches). E, secondo Booking un alloggio di questo tipo dovrebbe valere 249 € x notte ???.

O estacionamento não fica na propriedade e foi cobrado 40 euros por dia. Não era isso que estava descrito no aplicativo do Booking. Me senti lesada mas paguei,

• Martin (10/5): - Enzo již krátce po rezervaci poslal řadu prospěšných informací. Vždy byl k dispozici s odpovědí na jakýkoli dotaz. Ubytování má skvělou polohu pro poznávání města i jeho okolí. Měli jsme velmi příjemný pobyt.
