• Amelia (10/5): Comfort, Convenience, and a Truly Caring Host - We had a wonderful stay at this B&B. The location is very convenient, making it easy to reach different districts of the city and most tourist attractions. The place is spotless, the towels are fresh and fragrant, and the air conditioning works perfectly. Daniele is an excellent host, very well prepared to welcome his guests. He gives great advice on how to make the most of your stay, what to see, and where to eat, and he illustrates everything beautifully with maps. If anyone is concerned about sharing the apartment with the host, there is absolutely no need to worry. Daniele is extremely considerate and attentive, always making sure to give his guests space and ensuring their comfort. Thank you, Daniele, for your time and hospitality – it was truly appreciated!
• Bondi (10/5): - Tutto, dalla posizione molto agevolata dai trasporti pubblici e dalla metropolitana 🚇 a 15 minuti dell'host. il proprietario di una cordialità ed una gentilezza fantastica. Sempre pronto a dare consigli e a trovare una soluzione per tutto. Per non parlare delle colazioni che ti offre! Appoggiandosi ad una pasticceria bar tavola calda super. A due passi dall'appartamento. Fantastico
• Adrian (10/5): Mulțumim, Daniele!🙏 - Vacanța a fost extraordinară și asta și datorită lui Daniele. Daniele ne-a oferit informații detaliate atât despre transportul în comun , principalele și “secundarele “ obiective turistice, hărți complete cu principalele puncte de atracție, de asemenea cu restaurantele locale. Locația este absolut tot ceea ce îți dorești să găsești pentru o vacanță și la un preț foarte bun. Camera este foarte mare, patul confortabil, curățenia de asemenea, baie proprie cu cabina de duș. Accesul la transportul în comun este foarte ușor ( la 3 minute de mers pe jos de locație) de asemenea sunt magazine , restaurante, cafenele și McDonald’s în imediata vecinătate. Recomandăm cu drag atât locația cât si proprietarul!🤝
• Samuel (10/5): Great place to stay! Easy access to Rome and Quiet Neighbourhood. - A beatifully decorated room, clean and well equipped. The attached toilet and shower is amazing. Good wifi and large windows make the place a lovely home to stay. Kitchen is well equipped, with amazing coffee. The host is very friendly and knowledgeable. Excellent guidance on times and places to visit. We made the most of Rome with the hosts guidance.

• Sophia (10/5): - Skvelé ubytovanie, blízko Vatikánu, výborné raňajky v neďalekej kaviarni (čerstvé pečivo a káva)😊. Hostiteľ veľmi milý, podrobne nám vysvetlil ako sa dostať k pamiatkam, dal nám dobré tipy na reštaurácie, poskytol dokonca aj mapy mesta. Ubytovanie bolo vždy čisté. Určite odporúčam🌸

Lokalizacja b - Duży pokój, klimatyzacja, życzliwy właściciel, czysto, cicha lokalizacja Brak brak lodówki i naczyń w pokoju Wprawdzie właściciel użyczył talerze i nóż, ale samo proszenie było krępujące. Kuchnia jest, ale właściciel zaznaczył, że to jego prywatna przestrzeń i prosił, żeby nie korzystać, a jedynie przechować coś w lodówce

• Sulaiman (10/5): Incredible way to experience Rome, Italian breakfast every morning and a short bus journey into town - The property is well located in an easy to access neighborhood well connected by bus and right opposite a great coffee bar. Daniele is an incredible host who will not only look after you but teach you about the sites and sounds of Rome. Cannot fault it honestly.

He provided detailed instructions for accessing the place and tailored a guide for Rome that suited our needs as not first time visitors. The breakfast was a delightful local Italian experience, which we loved, even at 5am on our departure day. Everything was clean and comfortable. Highly recommend this place!

The room is very clean, cosy and comfortable, it is actually part of the host’s home, yet privacy is guaranteed. The neighborhood is maximum quiet, also very nice, supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Transport is convenient, bus and subway stations are close. I would definite recommend this place for accommodation in Rome.

He gave us a lot of useful information regarding transportation and sightseeing in Rome. The room is near bus stations and very close to the Metro station. Overall, we had a very good staying experience in B&B Photos room. However, it needed to be clear that the host is living in the same apartment at the next door room. But we had no problem after all as Danielle was a very discrete and friendly host.

There was very comfortable bed, clean room with our own bathroom, Italian breakfast (coffee and croissant). Cleaning was done every day. The owner is very hospitable and kind person. He also recommended us places to visit.
• Sebastian (10/5): Wonderfull ! - Holistically approach owner to guests were wonderfull ! Communication with owner in english was on high level, he advices what antiques we should see, how to get there, gave as a map to find them. Localization of this accomodation was great, cuple of bus stations and you are on Vaticans walls (916 line). He stayed for us breakfest "vouchers" in close bakery (you can take caffe and croissant). Owner also advices us how in the most comfortable way get to the airport. I full recommend this B&B accomodation to spent time in ROME !

The property was close to public transportation and in a quiet area. The photo given at the end of the stay was a nice personal touch. Nothing negative to mention.
• Mark (10/5): Exceptional - Firstly, we would like to note the hospitality and friendliness of the host Daniele. We literally felt at home. The apartment was clean and our room was. The room has its own bathroom. Cozy bed, pretty soft mattress. it was quiet at night. We could also use the coffee machine and washing machine. The host is a photographer, passionate about history of city and knows the city well. Since we've been to Rome many times we got many recommendations from him on what to visit that is not very touristy. The apartment is decorated with stylish and professional photographs. The apartment is located in a good area, quiet at night. Walking distance to the Vatican is 30 minutes, to the metro is 15 min. Nearby is a bus stop. nothing to complain about

And in the end he give is a photograph that he took from Rome, which was nive touch Only thing that is that it's not written that the host share the appartmen, which was not issue at all, since in our three days stay we just see him briefly only once

• Kevin (9/5): really good moment, i recommend - good localisation, Daniele is really nice guest and give us plenty of good advice who’s made our holiday easier. he’s always ready to help us and give good advice to see the maximum of good places localisation is good 916 bus is your friend to go in the center and come back breakfast not big but really good, we drink a really good cappuccino and eat really nice croissant/ italian patisserie, really good discovery i recommend wall are quite fine, we can hear the neighbours upstairs and in front of us sometimes but around 22:00 everything become quiet so it’s fine

The room has beautiful, modern and stylish design. The owner is super friendly, interesting person and knows a lot about Rome. The location is very comfortable and strategic, the bus stop to Vatican is close to the place, there are passing frequently 3 busses (5 min ride). Not far there is a shuttle bus stop to Airport (FCO) (within 30 min you're at the airport) Thank you Daniele.

• Vlad (10/5): Exceptional - A lovely experience. Daniele, the host, is really passionate about photography and travelling and will tell you about many less known places in Rome and the surrounding areas if you got enough time and energy left after seeing the main objectives.
• Milan (10/5): Exceptional - Daniele was a great host and I can't recommend this accommodation enough! It is a separate bedroom with a private bathroom located in Daniele's apartment. It is in close proximity to Vatican and there are many shops and restaurants in the neighborhood. You get a voucher for a breakfast (coffee/tea and a croissant) in a bar nearby. The shuttle bus to/from Fiumicino airport can be reached in 15 minutes by walking or by a short bus ride. I will certainly come back and I actually look forward to talking to Daniele some more about his passion in film and photography.
• Stano (10/5): Great stay in Roma - We received a lot of good advice about the city from Daniel, who is the owner of the apartment, a great person and a professional photographer (visible on the walls of the entire apartment). He was also helpful in finding a parking space. The accommodation was clean, quiet, tastefully and comfortably furnished. Breakfast was at the nearby Pappagallo bar, which is fantastic. Everything was OK.

• Alenahr (10/5): Exceptional - We really enjoyed being here. It was easy to find the apartment, the owner met us before the check-in time, which was very convenient after the road. The room is very clean and comfortable. Daniele's photographs create an amazing atmosphere. We liked the traditional style breakfasts in the cafe nearby, all the pastries were delicious. We could also use cups and make coffee at home. Most importantly, we received so many recommendations from Daniele on interesting places in Rome! You will never really get to know a city unless a local resident reveals its secrets to you. Thank you Daniele for our wonderful holiday!
