The location was right in the heart of the city, close to everything and the balcony was extremely quiet and relaxing when you wanted a break :) everything was extremely clean and we had a great stay!

• Heather (9/5): Comfortable, perfect location, awesome amenities, lovely staff! - The staff were very helpful when we had to contact the Zurich airport to track down a lost item. They went above and beyond to try and help us. The beds are incredibly comfy. We loved that the mini fridge was stocked with all kinds of extra goodies for us to enjoy, included in the cost of the apartment. The only down side was the photos showed a roof deck to be enjoyed--but it turned out that was connected to the other apartment on the property. However, we still had incredible views from our window, and this does not affect our opinion of where we stayed. We loved it!

• Ruth (9/5): Zentral gelegen und doch etwas weg vom grossen Rummel. - Freundlicher Empfang und immer wieder wurde nachgefragt, ob wir einen weiteren Wunsch hätten. Diese Unterkunft hatte keine Frühstücksmöglichkeit, jedoch einen gefüllten Kühlschrank (alles ausser Alkohol war inbegriffen und wurde immer wieder aufgefüllt). Es gab auch eine Kaffeemaschine und Tee. Receptionistin gab uns einen guten Tipp für feinen Kaffee usw. Das Zimmer war geschmackvoll eingerichtet, unser Zimmer wird nicht abgebildet, eher kleiner, praktisch, mit einem kleinen Balkon. -

The location couldn't be better, the apartment itself is beautiful, perfectly clean, the communication with Donatella and Carolina was great too (both delightful and very kind). We were offered complementary wine upon arrival,later sweets for Easter. Every detail is thought through. Definitely going to stay here again every time I'm in Florence!

Good value for the price Small room and very small bathroom, it was ok for one person but it would have been hard for a couple. No dresser to store clothes, for a whole week stay it could have been bigger or slightly more comfortable but overall was fine and good value for the price
• Meredith (10/5): Best hotel in Firenze - This was the best stocked room we stayed in, where every need was thought of from the body washes to the snacks and drinks in the mini fridge. The location was very central—6 minutes from the Uffizi, but without any noise. The heat and AC actually worked and the room was very spacious. It was the staff though that went out of their way to be accommodating and kind.

We took it once with the luggage and sent the luggage down by itself at the end of the stay. We would not use it for our stay. There are many levels of stairs to reach the suite so you must be fit and like stairs. There are lights that can be turned on for the stairs

Il y a un Carrefour Market en face . Extrèmement bien placé au centre, près de tous les sites. De plus en rentrant le 31 nous avons trouvé une bonne bouteille et une corbeille de chocolat ... NOUS AVONS BEAUCOUP APPRECIE CETTE ATTENTION . GRAZIE MILLE.

L’hôtel est super bien placé, une vue magnifique sur le duomo, le personnel a été adorable ce qui a rendu notre séjour incroyable. Dalle finestre si vede la cupola del Brunelleschi. La camera è grande con un piccolo cucinino in un altro stanzino, l'antibagno e il bagno. Ambiente sano e pulito, lenzuola e tovaglie cambiate giornalmente. Davvero eccezionale. Consigliatissimo.

An unforgettable experience! The only thing that can be improved, in my opinion, is the toiletries provided, which were of poor quality and lacked basics, such as hair conditioner.

It is freshly remodeled and beautifully decorated. The owners/managers were exceptionally responsive and friendly and provided top-notch experience. Beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of room. Daily cleaning service and some snacks and water were included. Overall, we loved our stay.

Appartement vraiment très très propre et très bien équipé, il y a tout ce qu'il faut, et la résidence est calme ce qui est super pour se reposer. Si vraiment il faut dire quelque chose ça serait juste de prévoir un petit coin dans la salle de bain pour poser les grandes trousses de toilette… mais c'est vraiment pour dire quelque chose

A hotelt egy régi palotában alakították ki, ebből eredően a fürdőszoba láthatóan utólag lett telepítve - modern és kényelmes. A szállás elhelyezkedése tökéletes az óváros felfedezéséhez. a minibárból tetszőleges és ingyenes a fogyasztás, mivel egyébként nincs reggeli. A belvárosi elhelyezkedéséből adódóan a parkolási lehetőségek korlátozottak és még a hotel által nyújtott 10 eurós kedvezménnyel is csak 36 EUR per nap áron elérhetőek. Ezt a plusz költséget kalkulálják be az autóval érkezők.

Pokój mógłby być większy, część pokoju zajmują schody prowadzące na górny taras, jest to urokliwe ale mało praktyczne. Łazienka bardzo mała, ale to chyba włoski standard. Górny taras jest malutki, w sumie jest wnęką w dachu.

• Emiliano (10/5): Magical experience - The place is absolutely beautiful and really well located in the heart of Florence. The apartment was really comfortable, well-equipped and well-maintained. The best part, however, was our host Marvi. She was really helpful during our stay and most enchanting. Me and my wife will definitely stay here again if we ever go back to Firenze.
