• Laura (10/5): - Lovely room in a lovely and quiet part of Venice. Lovely hosts who were very accommodating. Breakfast was great. The bed was a bit soft for me but very comfortable nonetheless

She was very nice but I got to meet her in person only very briefly on my last day as she and her family seem to make an effort to give us, guests, privacy. Loved everything about my stay.
• Lev (9/5): Superb - The room and bathroom are very stylish, clean and comfortable. I didn’t understand from the listing that it’s a shared house with the owner, and you can hear walking around in the house at night so it affects the romantic mood sometimes.

• Judah (9/5): Great stay in Venice - The space was very clean and the private bathroom was spacious. The location was in a quiet neighbourhood in Venice, away from the maddening crowds but a fairly short walk to the public transit (vaporettos). For a very reasonable fee, a hearty breakfast was delivered outside our door each morning. Our host was great at helping us prepare for our stay in this most unusual of cities. The bed frame was fairly squeaky and freshly squeezed juice would have made a great breakfast even better. Also, the beautiful staircase is somewhat narrow and steep, so best to pack light (the same goes for Venice in general).

• Roberts (7/5): Good - The location-- despite being out of the main area, the owners really do live near the coolest part of Venice which should 100% be explored. We found ourselves in the local area for much of our time. The decor of the room/bathroom is also really nice. The guide to venice left in the room was also really useful and considerate. The room is small so its suitable for a couple/solo with not much luggage-- we were travelling Italy and had 2 big suitcases and it wasn't ideal. But otherwise it would be a nice little base for a night or 2.
• Katsanos (6/5): Pleasant - Very polite and kind hosts. Breakfast was very tasty even if it was small portions. Location was amazing and very convenient being close to almost everything that you would want to see in Venice. The bathroom is not connected to the room and that is not very well communicated. The shower didn't always have hot water.

• Christos (7/5): Good - It is a bit far from everything, and the location feels very isolated during the night. The breakfast was very poor (1 small croisant, coffe and 250ml of juice). It should be noted that the room is actually part of a house and even though there is a private bathroom, you need to step out of the room to visit it (next door). I consider it to be not good value for money.

• Clare (8/5): Charming room, great location. - Charming, comfortable stay in a great location right next to canal. Loved the art. Fabulous bed! Great tea and coffee making as well as gorgeous smelling toiletries. WiFi wasn’t good; apparently apple device problem.
