Zupełny chaos, nadmiar różnych przedmiotów i produktów w sypialni, łazience i stole śniadaniowym to obrazy rupieciarni. Sympatyczni właściciele koniecznie potrzebują wsparcia ze strony specjalisty hotelarstwa. Mają potencjał do rozwoju!

• Jose Maria (5/5): Un pequeño chasco - La ubicación , estaba limpio y el dueño fue amable Era una habitación pequeña en un piso compartido con la madre del dueño , el baño estaba lleno de artículos de higiene personal que otros huéspedes habían dejado y no había sitio para poner los nuestros además de que solo había un pequeño perchero para poner la ropa. El desayuno era grande , había de todo pero muchas cosas estaban caducadas y no de un día ,además no había cambio de toallas y no te hacían la cama

• Biljana (10/5): Posto da tornare - Appartamento in un quartiere residenziale e tranquillo, a 15 minuti a piedi del Duomo. Casa fornita di più del necessario con un tocco di cura personale per sentirti benvenuto. Colazione abbondante e squisita. Rosanna non solo una ottima padrona di casa, ma anche una eccezionale guida turistica. Ho apprezzato molto l'accoglienza del mio cane.
• Adriana (9/5): - La proprietaria è stata molto accogliente e ci ha fornito di tutto ciò di cui una persona potrebbe avere bisogno. È stata molto disponibile nonostante i nostri orari scomodi. Il bagno era super fornito di qualsiasi necessità, come anche la cucina. Lo spazio della stanza da letto di per sé è difficile da praticare per la poca grandezza, ma questo veramente è quasi irrisorio considerato tutte le comodità.

• Melu Rodriguez (8/5): Hermosa - Toda la familia nos recibió con mucha cordialidad y amorisidad. Realmente estuvieron atentos a todo y no tuvieron inconvenientes en que con mi mamá somos celiacas, nos ayudaron y nos hicieron un desayuno espectacular!! Recomendadisimo todo, y la ubicación es perfecta. Se puede ir caminando a varios lugares como el Duomo y aquellos mas alejados la familia te ayuda a como ir en transporte publico, que es la opción que con mi mamá elejimos! La cama comoda comoda comoda y muy comoda! Fue todo muy bien, no hubo nada que no me agradara. Solo escribo en este apartado porque debo hacerlo para continuar.

Tienen de todo (incluso tienen hasta accesorios que uno puede necesitar de emergencia como tampax, toallas húmedas y varios utensilios de aseo personal), es cómodo, limpio. Federico y su mamá son muy amables, te dan indicaciones de todo y preparan desayunos riquísimos. Están cerca de una parada de tranvía lo que te permite conectar con el transporte público. Todo excelente!!!

• serhat (8/5): Nice welcoming place - Everything was thought of in the room, there was more than plenty of anything you could need; drinks, snacks, personal care objects etc. The breakfast was very nice with so many options, many thanks for that. The location was okay easily reachable with public transport. The room was inside an apartment where is living also the owner, but separated with a door. We stayed very little in the room and we didn’t have any encounters. It was small but okay for a 1 night stay for us. The rooms window looks at a group of buildings and there was too much noise early in the morning. The towels had a bad smell which is related to humidity probably. These are minor negative things but overall we were so much pleased with the hospitality.

The hospitality was top notch!! Federico even showed us some great places to eat around town! No complaints, everything was great!

It’s a Bed & Breakfast so make sure you are aware that you are in someone’s home, they are there, but unassuming. So you also don’t get access to cooking etc. no issue for us, but some people may not understand this is what a bed & breakfast in Italy is. Nothing not to like

• Russell (8/5): Good location for a short stay in Milan - Location to restaurants, Duomo and public transport. Fredrico's recommendation of Messimi restaurant was great. The Meals were so good we went back the next night also. If anything there was too much supplied with little room to eat or put your things in the bathroom. Not wanting to offend though because Fredrico was lovely welcoming us and although we didn't meet his mum, she certainly went to too much trouble and was very quiet when setting it all up. When you put the address into Google maps make sure you put 44-46 as the number for the address. We only put in 46 and as it turns out there is another address the other side of the Duomo. Also to catch the 60 bus walk straight out of the train station through the paved square to where the buses leave from. It takes you almost to the door.

• Vicentiu (10/5): A wonderful stay! - The apartment is very close to the tourist center of the city and you don't necessarily need public transport to get to the Dome area. Although it is centrally located and the access to the building is directly from the boulevard, it sleeps well and is quiet. The hosts are very hospitable and gladly provide any information, both directly and in writing. You feel at home and find everything you need. Rosanna and Federico, thank you for everything.

• Alexandra (10/5): We wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the city and the hospitality of our hosts more! - Our hosts were wonderful, welcoming, very friendly, helpful and communicative. We stayed only for one night, but Federico offered us all the information we needed to see the most important sights of Milan in the short time of our stay. Even though the room and bathroom were not that spacious, we did not mind in the least as we were provided with everything we needed and the air conditioning was a blessing. The fact that we had to be rather early at the airport the following day was not a problem as our breakfast was prepared in advance and included everything we could have wanted to eat. Grazie mille!
