Ambienti puliti, curati e accoglienti, personale sempre disponibile e gentile. Posizione perfetta, servizi impeccabili e atmosfera rilassante. Esperienza davvero superiore alle aspettative. Nulla da segnalare, soggiorno praticamente perfetto. Tutto organizzato nei minimi dettagli.
• Armi (8/5): Location, location... It is literally next to everything!!! - Location is the reason why I like this place. Everything that we want to do is within walking distance. The bed...it is not comfortable and after a long day of walking...it will be nice to have some good rest.

• Elisabeth (8/5): Au cœur de Napoli - Très bon emplacement, chambres rénovées , tout est propre, l’établissement ne dispose que de deux chambres nous avions loué les deux car nous étions en famille . Très agréable ! La literie est de très bonne qualité comme les oreillers La rue est un peu bruyante, mais les fenêtres sont De bonne qualité donc cela ne dérange pas tant que ça , et quand on rentre d’une journée sur Naples on est épuisé ! Donc il faut le savoir mais ce n’est un réel inconvénient et l’emplacement est tellement génial que cela compense . Peut être ajouter une bouilloire pour un petit thé … sinon tout très très bien !

Ottima la posizione, comoda sia per visitare la zona che per i servizi nelle vicinanze. Accoglienza professionale e grande disponibilità da parte dello staff, che ci ha fatto sentire subito a nostro agio. Niente, l’esperienza è stata assolutamente positiva sotto ogni aspetto.

• Guest (8/5): Ottimo - La posizione è davvero ottimale. Il palazzo in cui si trovava era tranquillo. Il self ceck in è stato super semplice, la pulizia ottima, e dopo aver perso il codice per entrare nella porta, ho mandato un messaggio e sono stati super rapidi nel rispondermi. Consiglio vivamente Dire che non mi sia piaciuto qualcosa è di troppo, c’erano solo piccole imperfezioni come ad esempio la porta del balcone che non si apriva benissimo, e il condizionatore che faceva poco rumore , ma tutto questo passa in secondo piano perché la struttura è completamente perfetta

• Carla (9/5): Good location and clean, quiet room - Clean room, close to Grand Cafe Gambrinus and Piazza del Plebiscito, short walk to Chiaia Subway station, very close to Gay Odin Chocolate, Galleria Umberto I, Castel Nuovo; the room was quiet, comfortable, clean, has a good shower. Great and easy communication with the host, who was very kind. The host even helped us making reservations for a taxi early in the morning to the airport. Maybe we are not used to the way things are in Naples (first timers), and I didn’t looked further at other guests’ images, but at first I thought I was in the wrong place, since the entrance’s door facing the street was small and there were garbage bins lined up inside. But for 2 days it was perfect for us.

• Jasmina (8/5): Super posizione - Posizione strategica a due passi da Piazza Plebiscito. Nonostante ciò la zona è tranquilla e gli infissi isolano bene sia la temperatura esterna che i rumori. Stanza pulita, piccola, ma accogliente. Letto comodo. Ovviamente, visto il caldo, abbiamo apprezzato il condizionatore!!! Ritorneremo sicuramente Peccato non aver incontrato il Sig. Giovanni di persona. Sarebbe stato carino. Avremmo apprezzato anche due bottigliette di acqua nel frigo, solo per via del caldo. Non che fosse obbligatorio o incluso. Un semplice cadò.
• Addison (10/5): Comfy well located area to stay in Naples - The room was in the perfect location for us, super close to the Spanish quarter with amazing food options. The bed and pillows were so comfy and the street it was on was beautiful. Even though the area was busy the soundproofing of the room was great. Honestly can’t think of anything we really enjoyed this spot!
• Rafaella (9/5): It was good - The confort, the security and the localization. I didn’t see the hotel manager or any other employe in any moment. I missed to see somebody. It would made me feel safer and could be helpful with questions about the city and the restaurants.
• Shked (9/5): Superb - Great location! the room was clean, well organized, private, great balcony, great view of the street. we Had a great stay! the check in was kind of unsettling, we came from a flight with no internet, and me being an airhead forgot the instructions email, and we were freaked out no one answered the door, so its not like a didnt like, but would have preffered to have someone there or recievce the information via whatapp.

• Georgina (10/5): Perfect! - No words for the way Giovanni the host and his partner Fatima helped us during our stay. unfortunately I was unwell the first day, with the low level of English of the Italian emergency services we were really helpless at the time. They both came immediately and helped us out and explained what the doctors were saying. besides that the facility is great, clean well kept up and a perfect location. Couldn’t recommend anything better! Bless the both of them!!
