• Aimee (1/5): - Stay somewhere else. No breakfast is provided! The owner told us to use a nearby ATM to get cash out for the tax. He would not accept payment by card (so paid 5 euro in fees to get the cash out!!). The walls and fan are covered in a thick layer of dust. The fan is very old and very loud, we could not sleep with it on. We both left with sore and dry throats and eyes because of the dust. The street is loud. The neighbour had their tv on loudly all day and night. The pillows were very hard (not usually something that affects me but it was bad and I could not get comfortable). No body soap provided. Floors are sticky. Only got 1x toilet roll for 2x guests and 2x nights - we used the whole thing and had to use our own tissues. Would not stay again.

• Costa (3/5): It was, without a doubt, the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The photos on Booking give a completely different impressi - A localização O chuveiro era péssimo, muito desconfortável de usar, e o isolamento acústico praticamente inexistente. Parecia que as paredes eram de papel: dava para ouvir absolutamente tudo o tempo todo — malas, pessoas a conversar, a cantar de madrugada, barulho vindo da rua e dos quartos vizinhos. Foi impossível descansar direito.

• Alberto (9/5): - Very close to the bus/train station. It connects easily to airport. Lot of restaurants around. Room has lot of space and storage. They didn't add enough towels. It doesn't have luggage storage. Bed cover too old.

Plesc w lazience, niemily zapach zarowno w korytarzu, pokoju, lazience. Brak awizowanego sniadania, szafa zaladowana jakimis starymi kocami, koldrami, az strach bylo cokolwiek dotykac. Oprocz lokalizacji wszystko na minus, wlacznie z wlascicielem.

Banheiro, especificamente o box, tão pequeno que quase não dava para tomar banho, podia ao menos ter um tapete. B&B só o nome; cama sim, sem café, sem cozinha ou qualquer comodidade para café.

• Олена (7/5): - Розташування відмінне, до всіх памʼяток ходили пішки. Не сподобалось відсутність чайнику, бувала в багатьох готелях абсолютно кругом був чайник, як на мене, це прям база не погано було б міні холодильник. І яскравіше верхнє світло не завадить.

C'era un solo asciugamani grande e con quello dovevi asciugarti dopo la doccia e asciugarti nel lavaggio delle mani e viso. La stanza un po' vecchia Diciamo che può anche andare ma per quello speso direi proprio di no Ok che siamo a Roma ma almeno gli asciugamani e saponette x lavarsi ci sarebbero dovute essere

• FABIEN (5/5): Rome est magnifique, à voir absolument - L'emplacement proche de la gare et du métro est pratique. Remise simple des clés, il faut juste appeler et la personne arrive dans les 5mins. La rue est plutôt calme. L'insonorisation est très mauvaise. Nous avons eu l'impression de dormir avec nos voisins! Un turn over important avec des horaires d'arrivée et de départ dans la nuit. Des travaux ou déménagements à 06h du matin dans la chambre voisine, le sèche cheveux de la voisine à 04h du matin qui m'a obligé à me lever pour lui demander d'arrêter. Les roulettes des valises sur les joints de carrelage que les gens ne prennent pas la peine de lever en pleine nuit. Clairement, on en a pour son argent. La chambre convient à des personnes pas trop exigeantes dont le budget hotel est limité.

• Anna Teresa (4/5): Non confortevole - Personale genitale, disponibile e cortese. Posizione ottimale per la stazione. Buona sicurezza. Asciugamano macchiato. Odore di chiuso. Cassetto del comodino con fazzoletti sporchi. Dietro il raccoglitore di acqua per lo scarico d’acqua del water c’era la muffa. Doccia molto scomoda e piccola con alcune macchie sulle ante. Dentro all’armadio c’erano coperte stropicciate e un cuscino aggiuntivo però con la federa macchiata.

• Milka (7/5): Typical hotel room, good value for money because of the great situation just beside Roma Termini. - The location was great, in the heart of Rome. Easy access everywhere by train, bus, metro or by walk. I missed the fridge, even small one.

• Bacilio (7/5): - La cercanía al centro, puedes ir andando a varios lugares turísticos, hay variedad de restaurantes, supermarket entre otros. Es verdad que hay que llamar y esperar cuando se llega al hospedaje pero solo fueron 5 minutos, así que muy bien 🤗 La colcha de la cama estaba muy desgastada y había un armario con colchas sucias 😬

Las almohadas parecen de papel. Y el baño la ducha es diminuta, nada cómodo. La habitación por lo general bien, es lo que pides un dormitorio con baño pero se puede mejorar.

• Gabriela Mabel (6/5): - En general todo muy básico. Muy cerca de Termini, que sin dudas, la ubicación fue lo mejor de todo Llegamos a las 15 hs, no había nadie en el lugar. Nonos enviaron instrucciones para el ingreso, clave, nada. Llamé a un teléfono que tenía en la reserva y al tercer llamado me atiende una persona, le digo mi nombre, que ya estoy en el lugar y me pregunta en qué dirección estoy. Aparece a los minutos, nos da las indicaciones del lugar y se va. El lugar es básico, tiene aire acondicionado y ventilador de techo. No nos dejó el contro xq dijo que ya no hacía calor y el ventilador de techo era temerariocomo se movía🤦🏻‍♀️

• Anastasiya Ritchie (7/5): Enjoyed our stay! - The gentleman that welcomed us in was very pleasant and helpful. The location of the accommodation is very handy to the Termini train station, 30 mins from the airport and the metro is just as close by. Lots of nice restaurants around, Mino has wonderful food and service. The room was clean and tidy, we only slept there so it was enough. The window opened an allowed fresh air and the air conditioner kept us cool at night. It was a little dated, the blankets and bathroom facilities could use a refresh. Not all sockets accommodated the European plugs.

• Eddie (2/5): Despite good location, communication exp. before & during stay were difficult. Hard to recommend. - Location. Proximity to station. No reply from the owner or manager despite often requested. Refused to give back money for double booking on same date despite informing weeks before. The extra room we book was already let to someone else. Therefore they steal money from us. No breakfast were offered while B&B (Bed and breakfast) is mentioned in their services. They require to pay 5 euros per night for air con which we did not use. Communication problem: there's no one to give you info in other languages than Italian, only an old man speaking Italian.

The house is quite run down and you hear a lot of noise. Unfortunately, the Airconditioning costs 10€ extra per day!!! Also you have to pay 6€ per person per day tourist fee. All in all I would really not recommend this place in Rome!

• Aastha (8/5): Very good - Great location with good food options around. Clean room. Host was responsive when our flush did not work and fixed it quickly. Hot water was there. Hair dryer was there. AC was not charged (some comments said we would have to pay for that) Room was stuffy and AC was stuck to 25 ° and won't go higher. I got a headache in the morning due to stuffiness. I would have liked a kettle.

Hidden additional cost for air conditioning 5euro per night which we were informed of upon check in (despite saying on the booking site that it was included in the facilities). We had to ask for a shower mat to be provided and toilet paper when staying for a total of x4 nights. The closet was filled with unfolded used blankets and used food packaging. Unfortunately in addition to all of this, the property manager we liaised with was not very accommodating.

• Mirko (7/5): Nice room in a good location - Location super close to the station and the gentlemen who welcomed me was very nice to chat with during check in. Easy smooth process :) I don’t normally use Air Conditioning so it was not a big deal for me but the extra charge for a/c is not something I’d be happy about.
• Katarzyna (7/5): Good enough for a short stay, perfect location - Central location very convenient, There were towels, clean linen, hairdryer, soap. After arriving we called owner and we didn't wait for him long. We felt safe in the room. There are some details which can be problem like weak drains, but I guess it's because it's old building.

• Emilio (4/5): Not worthy of the euros. I can’t recommend it 👎👎👎🏻👎🏻🙁☹️ - Only the location is near Termini Station plus surrounded by nearby stores. The room smells very old and filthy. The cabinet inside the room has old comforters perhaps previoulsy used by other people left there uncleaned and not arranged. The bathroom has no toiletries, its good that I have my own otherwise we cant take a shower. The shower area has plenty of molds and its everywhere. I think the owner has to look on making the place more attractive overhauling is recommended. For 2 nights of this price 180 euros inclusive of city tax can get you already to a very nice and comfortable hotel in Germany. You will find the place hard locate since there is no signage that states thw name of the BnB.

• Ana (5/5): Passable - Bed was comfortable. Room unfortunately was not clean enough. We had to change the bed clothes. We didn’t have a feeling of comfort in general. Ok to stay few nights for the price but we advise not to have high expectations. Also if you’re traveling in a heated weather the surrounding area is very chaotic due to the station so there’s a lot of noise if you keep your window open during the night, which you’ll have to because of the temperature. Otherwise you have to pay for AC.

• Marta (7/5): Good - Very close to Termini Station where you can catch a bus,train or metro.Lots of shops & places to eat around. The room was very dark as the windows was covered with the wooden doors which you couldn't open.
• Denis (1/5): Bad - I didn't like anything. There was no reception at all had to call and wait outside for someone to come and check us in. Nobody cleaned the room and toilet. Had to use same bedding and towels for 3 nights. Had to buy buy soaps to take shower. No kettle to even make tea. Poor internet service on our last day had trouble to do my online check in. Never had such a bad experience in my life were ever I went.

It was quite hard to find the hotel and check in was difficult as it required phoning the hotel staff to have someone come down and provide us with the keys and access information.
