- Athanasios (10/5): Pleasant stay, in a safe and clean environment. - The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The location is great, near every major site and very safe! Also the owner is very friendly and happy to help! Definitely recommended.

- Eleonora (10/5): Ottima posizione e location accogliente e pulita - Ottima posizione comoda per raggiungere tutto a piedi. Ambiente accogliente e completamente ristrutturato

- Dan (9/5): Great location makes everything convenient - Centrally located in the middle of the city - great location Hard to find the first time.
- Ana (10/5): Exceptional - All the best
- Jordan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Nwe (9/5): Superb -
- Sara (9/5): Stella Diana puts you at the heart of Naples - The hosts/owners were so lovely and accommodating. The location is brilliant for everything that Naples has to offer. Naples is a crazy city, but one that needs to be seen, it has so much to offer. Staying at Stella Diana made my visit fantastic.
- Namchoke (10/5): Exceptional - It's situated in the middle of the busy old town, yet on a quiet small street good for sleeping. The owner is communicative, and the room cosy and big enough for one person.
- Magdalena (7/5): Welcoming host, clean room in a great location - The host greeted me despite late hour which was very kind. She also helped with arranging for an airport transfer as it can be problematic when landing after 10pm. Room was compact but comfortable, with good shower pressure. Beautiful old building. It turned out the room is part of a flat with two more rooms, individually lockable. This room however was the only one with sliding doors and a provisional latch which didn't feel secure enough.
- Mahvish (10/5): Exceptional -
- Andrea (4/5): Disappointing - Good location Very little rooms, the street is noisy and you hear everything while sleeping.
Personally, I did not like the breakfast that war outside the property and with just one coffee and one croissant.
- Kanika (10/5): Exceptional - The staff are really friendly and helpful. The property is placed right in the city Center although a bit difficult to find. Otherwise, everything was good. Since it’s downtown, it’s quite noisy at night. It should be kept in mind for light sleepers.
- Daniel (7/5): Good - Breakfast place was very good & right around the corner
People seemed very kind No elevator
Had to fix the toilet just as we were checking in
Shower was very tight to use
Difficult to get suitcases to (bumpy crowded road)
- Cristina (7/5): Good - The location in the city center. There was no current. I sat in the dark. We had no hot water and no air conditioning. The electricity came back in the morning.
- Neve (8/5): Comfortable room in historic Naples - Comfortable room in the historic centre of Naples. The check in process went smoothly — I don't think that the front door buzzer was working because we could not get hold of our host initially, but I called the phone number provided and got a response right away! The room was comfortable with air conditioning, and there was a communal fridge available as needed. Because the building is right off of a busy and historical street, there are so many options for restaurants and cafes to visit, and many interesting historical sights and museums to explore within walking distance. There is also a metro station 8 minutes away. We were able to leave our bags past our check out time, which allowed us to explore more of the city before our evening train. Because this accommodation is in the centre of Naples, it would become quite noisy at night. This did not bother us too much, especially when we closed the blinds, but definitely something to keep in mind.
- Charmaine (9/5): Superb -
- Fernanda (9/5): Comfortable - Room is big, clean and the property calm and quiet. Near to the center. The shower wasn’t good. It was clogged and took a long time to heat up.
The breakfast is outside, in a cafe at the same street, but they don’t have a menu for Stella Diana and many thinks you need to pay.
- Sofia (7/5): Good - Nice clean room. Perfect location. Silent and good to sleep although some noise can be heard from the street. The staff was friendly but communication in English does not work very well. They also recommended me a taxi driver from airport to the hotel. He was friendly but not the cheapest in town. I did not use his services again and saved some money. Room door had a lock but not very safe, I think. I was lucky that the other guests were decent and silent. Breakfast was available at the nearby cafe and they had great coffee but only pastries to eat.
- Jessica (8/5): Great stay in the heart of Naples - The location is great! The bedrooms are clean and comfortable and the people are helpful and very nice.
- Pearl (8/5): Located in the Historic centre so very convenient - Location
- Popa (7/5): Good -
- Noel (8/5): Great value for money and great location for walking around the city. - Nice clean apartment on the eastern end of the Spaccanapoli. Secure and cleaned daily, it was perfect for exploring the centre of the city. Very lively, it is right in the middle hundreds of pizzerias, trattorias and bars and it attracts thousands of people daily. Quiet by night but the city starts to be heard around 8AM so not for sleeping in. But then again, there is always something to see or do.
- Tdubey (7/5): Good - Very helpful owner. She recommended a taxi service that was very reasonably priced and punctual.
The facilities were basic, but sufficient. It's deep inside the pedestrian streets within the old town of Naples, and can be quite difficult to find.
- Anna (9/5): Superb -
- Škvarić (7/5): Good -
- Sona (9/5): I loved Napoli and my room. It was a perfect choice. - I loved the location in Historical Centre ! It was super easy to get to all the attractions, there were many nice shops and bars, and cafes nearby. The host was super helpful and very eager to assist with any need I may have. I did not like the fact that I did not have water in my room. The host said that it is fine to drink water from the trap, and they do so, but I did not like the taste and bought water everyday. Also we had a small incident that my medicine disappeared from my room. I believe the cleaner did not notice the small plastic bag and wiped away from the table. Still the host was also very angry on this and suggested me to buy my medicine. That was nice.
- Peter (3/5): I would recommend this place for those who don’t care about the expense, comfort and with minimal baggage. - The owner provided clear instructions on how to get to the address because the last 80 metres or so is only accessible by predestrian on foot
The facility was tidy and the shower had plenty of hot water and pressure. What I did not find was a sunny place. The property is surrounded by high rise and the room was dim and dingy.
The acoustics were incredible. You could clearly hear the sounds of people on the streets and within the apartment building. Also the plumbing of adjacent apartments. I discovered it is also on the flight path from Naples Airport.
The stingy breakfast was hosted at a nearby cafe. Under a similar arrangement with a hotel in Rome I also got a juice.
The inner sprung bed had a thin top and was uncomfortable.
You are sharing the property with others and the common space lacked any furnishings like a table and chairs or a couch
- Clemens (6/5): Pleasant -
- Berta (7/5): Good - It's right in the centre of Naples, the location is outstanding. The owner helped us with transportation from the airport to the accommodation. Due to the bad line in the area, the check in took a bit longer than expected. Other than that everything great
- Jeff (7/5): Good -
- Gabor (9/5): Superb - the apartment is located in the middle of the historic city center, 8 mins from walk from the nearest metro station. there is a shared kitchen and 3 rooms with it's own bathrooms. the owner is very kind. it is perfect for a few nights stay in Naples. the blankets are for summer but in November it is cold at nights and the AC heating is not best, a warmer duvet would be very useful. also if there are other people in the other rooms, it can be a bit noisy as the walls are very thin.
- Zeynep (10/5): Exceptional -
- Hugo (10/5): Exceptional - Awesome location in the historic centre of Naples. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful
