All'arrivo, la camera era completamente fredda, abbiamo dovuto azionare aria calda e poi piano piano si è scaldata. Un consiglio per migliorare potrebbe essere inserire qualche appendino in più. • Margherita (10/5): - Ho soggiornato in questo b&b a Napoli e mi sono trovata benissimo sotto ogni punto di vista. Lo staff è stato sempre gentilissimo, disponibile e accogliente, facendoci sentire a casa fin dal primo momento. Le camere erano molto pulite e curate, con un arredamento davvero particolare: colorate, originali e con uno stile unico che rende il soggiorno ancora più piacevole e diverso dal solito. Si vede l’attenzione ai dettagli. Posizione comoda per visitare la città e atmosfera davvero piacevole. Consigliatissimo, ci tornerei assolutamente!

• Renata (6/5): - - the staff is very friendly, helpful and just one call away in case you need anything - the design of the rooms are very interesting & unique, you have all the facilities needed for a short stay (1-2 nights) - the neighbourhood seems safe & it is nice - there was no warm water, so we had to call and wait for someone to come at 10 p.m. - the room was very cold, so we had to use the AC for getting warm - however, it was not that efficient and we had to cover with 2 blankets (& still be cold) - it’s not very close to city center, you have to walk around 20-30 minutes, because the public transport in napoli is not very frequent - the rooms are not properly isolated, so if you are a light sleeper, you hear everything from the hallways (i kept waking up due to noise by neighbours)

Il s'est même excusé pour son anglais approximatif alors qu'il se débrouillait bien. Insonorisation inexistante... J'aurais presque pu discuter avec les voisins à travers le mur...

• Edgar Andres (3/5): Deben estar más atentos a la limpieza del lugar - La habitación daba sensación que no la limpiaban bien. Efectivamente los muebles y las decoraciones que tenían en la habitación estaban llenos de polvo, polvo que se veía perfectamente... y era polvo que no se limpiaba desde hace varios dias. La cama era super incomoda... El colchón estaba apoyado sobre una base la cual se sentían las barras de metal. La escobilla con la que se limpia el inodoro era vieja sucia y llena de polvo. No me quiero imaginar en qué manera viene hecha la limpieza de este lugar. He visitado varios B&B y nunca había visto esto. Hablé con el propietario y me dijo que este era un ambiente familiar... yo pienso que la limpieza en estos lugares debe ser bien hecha.
• Alessandro (10/5): Eccellente - Ho soggiornato da solo presso LH51 Rooms e non potevo chiedere di meglio. La struttura è curata nei minimi dettagli, pulitissima e arredata con gusto moderno ma accogliente. La posizione è comodissima per muoversi in città, sia a piedi che con i mezzi. Lo staff è stato gentilissimo e sempre disponibile, pronto a dare consigli utili su cosa vedere e dove mangiare come un vero local. Mi sono sentito davvero a casa, con tutte le comodità di un hotel di livello. Un’esperienza impeccabile sotto ogni aspetto — tornerò sicuramente e la consiglio vivamente a chi vuole vivere Napoli in totale relax e comfort.

• Giulia (5/5): Buono per soggiorni brevi e last minute, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. - Struttura in posizione centrale, comoda per raggiungere ogni angolo di Napoli. Camera umida, abbiamo trovato una matassa di capelli nella doccia appena entrati malgrado fossero state fatte da poco le pulizie, i cuscini perdevano imbottitura e non prende bene il segnale ma per fortuna c’è la Wi-Fi.

Ficamos esperando cerca de 30 minutos no pátio porque o hotel não tem recepção, o quarto parecia não ser limpo a um bom tempo, quarto pequeno, a cama é ruim, frigobar foi pedido com antecedência, e colocaram um que não funcionava, depois pedi para trocar o mesmo e não trocaram, ficamos durante 4 dias tendo que comprar água gelada na rua, e nunca vi um hotel sem ferro de passar roupas, péssimo.

El alojamiento estuvo muy bien aunque el último día, el bar donde dan el desayuno estaba cerrado y lo solución fue tardía y pobre, pero tampoco creo que fuera culpa del alojamiento.

E stato tutto perfetto tranne il frigo che non funzionava non raffreddava ma niente con tutto il resto è peccato x la doccia molto piccola x l’impianto a idrometrica se non stai attento esce tutta l‘acqua fuori. ma con la struttura tutto perfetto persona molto gentile e accogliende ritornerei dimuovo volentieri
• Gabriela (10/5): Прекрасен! - Салватор, който ни посрещна, беше изключително мил. Обясни ни всичко подробно и винаги беше отзивчив за помощ. Много мил човек, направи ни много добре впечатление. Стаята беше много чиста и отговаряше на снимките. Сградата беше много защитена и тиха. Локацията е добра, ние се придвижвахме в Неапол навсякъде пеша, централната гара също се намира наблизо и центъра. Наоколо се намират много пицарии, които работят до късно. Препоръчвам! Благодарим за престоя!

• Thomas (7/5): good hotel but a bit far from tourist spots - The bathroom was looking good and was quite big. The bed was confortable. The room was quiet. We were able to check in quite early. Check in is available from 12:00. When we arrived there were a really strong parfume smell in the room. That was so strong that it was really disturbing. After leaving the Im windows open for hours it finally went away. The location was OK but far from most of the tourist spots. Also if I come back to Naples I would rather aim the west part of the city center.

• Beachpleaz88 (10/5): Très bon logement et excellent service - Alessandro est un amour. On s'est compris avec les gestes et il est très dispo en cas de besoin. Les lits sont très confortables, moi et mon amie avons dormi à poings fermés. Il y avait un petit déjeuner inclus mais nous ne l'avons pas pris par manque de temps. J'ai apprécié les dragées et les petites bouteilles d'eau. La climatisation aussi était très bien par cette chaleur. Nous entendons les voisins car c'est un appartement réaménagé en plusieurs chambres d'hôtels mais j'avais mes bouchons d'oreilles. Je crois que le petit frigo fourni dans la chambre ne fonctionnait pas. Il est un peu excentré du centre et de la gare centrale mais ça ne m'a pas dérangé de marcher.
