• Ioana (7/5): Fair accommodation in Naples - Arriving to the hotel was an experience in itself. For me the neighborhood was "wild" and might be scary for solo travelers during night time. On the contrary the room was quiet and situated in a nice building. For the elevator each time you have to pay 10 cents :( Even if I mentioned in my booking that we were coming in 3, we have only received towels for 2 persons. In addition the extra bed was broken and couldn't be used by my daughter, so we need to sleep in 3 in one bed. The bathroom door could not be closed. In addition the breakfast is limited to 1 croissant and 1 capucino.

• Roberta (7/5): Lovely hosts, clean room but a bit far from it all... - The check-in was very smooth and the host was very kind to give us an early check in. However he had already given us the possibility of leaving our luggage at the B&B so we can tour a bit immediately. The room was tiny but very clean. The host was very responsive and helpful all throughout The location was pretty central but in the more densely populated part of Naples. The old city is about 30 minutes on foot if you know the short cuts. It's around 20 minutes on foot to the train station. Getting a taxi is next to impossible with the crazy traffic so you really need to know your way around on foot. The bed wasn't particularly comfortable and the pillows were tiny and hard... So sleeping wasn't very comfortable either.

• Nada (6/5): The owners don’t realise the importance of personal service. - In a very busy but friendly street. Bathroom door couldn’t be closed - kept opening fully. Inconvenience of having to find coins for the lift. No staff ever on hand to assist with anything - all had to be done by phone. Inadequate breakfast (and off premises so very inconvenient). None of above were mentioned in description of premises - which would have made us look elsewhere. However we enjoyed the Naples experience - absolutely wonderful city.

• Kirsten (9/5): Superb - Nice location, 15 minute walk from the train station. Lots of groceries and food options around. Room itself is nice and quiet. The proprietor was very friendly and accommodating, let me check in mich earlier than required 💕 The property itself is great, but I found the whole self check-in process with the web app too fussy, I could imagine this might be more problematic for non tech savvy people or if you don’t have a reliable internet connection on the go.

Tiny feedback – The electronic entry system where we had to sign up via an app just to enter the property was frustrating. Maybe if you have an Italian phone it's great and smart. But if you're travelling from abroad, I used ££££ of data to get the app, then had to call the host when I couldn't use the app because of bad data connection. The hosts were amazing and kind and patient, but it feels a bit thoughtless to have this entry system that requires visitors to use internet which is SO expensive when you're abroad.

• Sebahattin (8/5): Very good - Hosts were friendly and helpful.The building was in the middle of local community and we experienced daily life of the Neapolitans. Although It is a well-designed and detailed room, some parts of the facility were not satisfying; the fridge worked noisily and the toilet door was ineffective.
• Louis (4/5): Disappointing - Despite the presence of a small reception desk in the hallway, there is, in reality, neither reception nor staff (as already indicated by other reviewers). Hospitality consists of a daily WhatsApp text message to check on you. I think it would be appropriate for Bookings-com to classify apartments turned into BnB into a separate category (or, for their owners to clearly indicate what the setting actually is).

The room is made with taste and is comfortable for couple of nights. There is coffeemaker, water cooker in the room and a mini fridge. Access is very easy and fully digital to all areas.

The room was very comfortable, I even received a souvenir from them, nice detail. The breakfast was in front of a coffee bar and it was good. It's not that i didn't like, but my first impression of the neighborhood was very different from the rest of Italy, it's a bit lonely at night, but I never saw or experienced anything dangerous.

We reserved a parking space 2 weeks ago while the parking lot was closed when we got there, and B&B staff was unreachable to solve our problems. We were forced to find another place to park which wasted us around 1 hour and walk additional 30min to apartment. The shower door is broken can’t be closed, the hot water was unavailable when second person took shower. The breakfast was some factory made snacks already put on desk when we checked in. You need to prepare 10 cents or carry your luggage to the 3rd floor…
