- Hannah (7/5): Family trip - The host was very helpful and accommodating, the room was fine for us for a few days. The kitchen was well stocked for breakfast, great for children with big appetites! We were told 1 week before the date that we had to pay an additional £250 because the booking had not picked up the children's ages.

- Silvana (9/5): Ci siamo trovati molto bene, struttura pulita e accogliente. Buona anche la colazione, con possibilità di una vasta scel - Struttura pulita e accogliente
- Kim (10/5): Wonderful place, wonderful host! - Very clean and comfortable. It felt safe and was close to a large super market, a couple great restaurants and bus stops. We also loved the kitchen area with snacks and drinks available. And Marco, the host, was super responsive and very helpful. Oh and the A/C worked great which was a real plus for us since it was unusually hot!! It was a little far from the heart of the city but I actually liked being in more of a suburb where it wasn’t so touristy.
- Manno (9/5): Superb -
- Viktorija (9/5): Super nice, clean and beautiful shared apartment! Recommend 100%. - Honestly, I am bit sad, that we didn't started our trip from there. Neighbourhood is super safe and cozy, right downstairs there is amazing cafetteria for ice cream or easy food. Host was amazing, and gave full indroduction about the city, what we should be avare off, and so on. Kitchen was fully equipped with food for breakfast and juice, tea, coffee and so on. Room had it-s own seperate bathroom, conditioning system. Everything was stylish and super clean, cozy. Host contacted couple times due the trip to hear how we are doing. Apartment are quite far from city centre (over 30 minutes to drive), and in the middle of the season, by +30 outside in non conditionated public transport it can be a quite issue.
Seems that neighbourhood (or) had an old conditioning system outside part on the wall somewhere near. Had do sleep with soundproof equipment all trip. But it shouldnt bother if guest sleeps hard.
- Cassio (10/5): Perfect for both leisure and business travelers in Rome. - The host and staff are very friendly, helpful, and attentive. The room is spacious, the bathroom is excellent, and the beds and pillows are very comfortable.
For those traveling with children, there are plenty of toys and a crib available, which is a great help for parents.
The space includes a fully equipped shared kitchen, and a special touch was the lactose-free milk in the fridge — which helped a lot since my children are lactose intolerant.
The location is great: away from the hustle and bustle of the city center, but still close (about 15 minutes by taxi). There are several bus stops nearby that go to the center, as well as excellent restaurants, cafés, a supermarket, and pharmacies just a short walk from the accommodation.
The Wi-Fi is also excellent — stable and fast.
Without a doubt, we will stay here again when we return to Rome.
- Gary (9/5): Superb -
- Luana (10/5): Exceptional - The bed was comfortable, the breakfast was good, and so was the location. The only thing I didn't like was when I was taking a shower, the water was raining out.
- Angela (10/5): It was an amazing stay to start our Europe trip - It. Was very nice . The owner was very kind to wait for us when our flight got delayed. And gave us all the information about the city that we requested .
- Mariel (10/5): Everything was perfect, Very clean, not too far from the center, had an amazing gelato store almost next to the building - Very clean, not too far from the center, had an amazing gelato store almost next to the building and they have a kitchen Everything was perfect
- Peter (9/5): Superb - perfect location for Via Appia and easy connection for bus. Marco pointed us to a local Roman trattoria. Eating there was wonderfull
- Lusine (10/5): Exceptional - Our stay at Apia Garden was excellent. The cleanliness of the property was impressive - everything was spotless and well-maintained. What truly stood out was the staff's helpfulness. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Whether we needed directions, recommendations, or assistance with any requests, the team was always ready to help with a smile. The combination of a pristine environment and exceptional service made our time in Rome even more memorable. I highly recommend Apia Garden for anyone visiting Rome.
- Nune (9/5): Superb -
- Shane (9/5): Great stay and great host! - Marco was a great host, easy access to city via bus, room had everything we needed and the breakfast was a lovely touch!
- Jaketa (10/5): Great stay with helpful and responsive host - Very clean and well kept. Easy access to bus and train. Very tiny elevator for only 2 people at a time.
- Andrei (9/5): Great ! - The host, the room, the building itself, everything is as it should be. It's a kind of residential area, as in blocks of flats but it's quite organized and well maintained. The host helped us with a parking spot on the street, which is free of charge but still you need to be able to find a place. The room was well organized and clean, the bathroom also. On the small balcony you can find a rack to dry some clothes if needed. TV and A/C working properly.
The access to the city "center" can easily be done by busses with multiple stations in the area.
A supermarket close by (7 min of walking) and a automatic gas station also in the area.
The kitchen area is a shared room (shared kitchen) but it's got all the tools needed - including breakfast (fridge), coffee, tea, pans and a washing machine. Depending on your roomies (there was a big apartment which is now divided in 1 entry with hallway, 3 independent rooms with key, and 1 shared kitchen area) you might get some "powerful smells" from the kitchen ... and also sharing same pan and same gas stow at the same hour in the morning could become difficult ... but not impossible :)
- Olivera (10/5): Exceptional - Clean, comfortable, modern room/ bathroom. Well organized kitchen. Nice, quiet neighborhood with best gelateria in Rome. Friendly stuff and owner Marco.
- Shervin (9/5): Superb -
- Ingrid (10/5): Exceptional - Marco met us at the property and showed us the facilities. The place is on a residential neighborhood and a bit tricky to find. Once we found the building we went up to the 4th floor. Once we arrived it was better than expected. The place has been updated and was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was great and he had lots of snacks and breakfast items that were provided. The place was somewhat central to most tourists places. We took buses everywhere and they were safe and reliable. The great thing was that all buses accepted Apple Pay so you don’t need to get a separate bus ticket or token. Overall it was a great price and value.
- Ballesteros (5/5): Lovely - The bed is very comfy The smell of bedsheet is not properly dry on the sun
- Agnese (8/5): Very good - Brekfast was very tasty Bed sheet wasn't clean
- Komal (10/5): Exceptional - The room is very good spacious. Marco and Marianna are very good in communication and the arrangements. I really enjoyed my stay in his apartment. If eggs were included in breakfast it would be great. But the arrangements you made for breakfast was also good
- Gary (9/5): A pleasant stay, with good value for money. Recommended. - Marco was a great host. He always responded to messages immediately. The location is within walking distance of the Appian Way. We especially appreciated finding bandages in the apartment after some scraped knees. Just to be aware, it is about 45-60 minutes by public transportation to the centre of Rome. Breakfast was mostly pre-packaged bread-type things.
- Alexandra (10/5): I really loved it. I am sure I will go back :) - We really love this place. It was clean and well equipped. The bed is very comfortable It is a quite far from the city centre and the bus transportation is not the best in the city
- Urszula (10/5): Exceptional -
- Andrei (10/5): Exceptional - Location
- Michal (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect breakfast. Perfect host. Perfect location. The owner reserved for us parking place for free 100 m from apartment. It is close to 3 catacombs - 15-20 minutes on foot. We recommend to all and hope that we will come back. Thank you very much.
- Norbert (8/5): quiet house but a little far from the historical center - the house is located in a quiet neighborhood about 6 km from the city center, the owner is kind and gave us a lot of information before arrival, extremely poor breakfast, especially for those who don't eat meat, the room was not cleaned in any of the 6 days, the shower gel was missing in the bathroom, the bus/metro journey to the center takes approximately 50 minutes.
- Theresa (8/5): Good location - We had a pleasant experience at Appiah Garden. The room was comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent— a quick bite before venturing out into the city. The location was convenient, providing a quiet escape from the bustling main city. We discovered some great restaurants nearby, particularly enjoying the pizzeria and ice cream shop just a few minutes away. Even though it was a convenient spot, it was somewhat distant from the city. After strolling around Rome all day, the journey back to the place feels lengthy, and you simply want to jump into bed.
- Ewa (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was fine. Very well-equipped apartment, delicious breakfast and friendly service. TOP!
- Lina (9/5): Superb - The host is very kind and helpful, good connection to the center.
- Dalmik (8/5): Very good - We didn't take full advantage of the well-equipped shared kitchen during our visit, as it's not very convenient to cook when you know there are other people nearby in the rented rooms. Smells can be annoying and unpleasant, so you need to be tolerant and avoid such situations. Our room was nice and comfortable with a large bathroom. And the balcony lacked coziness, intimacy to make you want to look there in the morning or spend the evening at dusk. It would be nice if all the rooms had their own small bar fridges where they could store their personal purchases as this would help avoid misunderstandings at breakfast.
- Rawstorne (9/5): Perfect - Was soo well decorated and clean, made good recommendations and breakfast was great!
- Singh (10/5): Rome........mai rehna hai to Appia Appia kehna hai - Everything was exceptional, if you are visiting Rome and want a place to chill out and suit all your requirements then this is the place .... Just go for it.. There is no point to dislike.... simply loved it
- Jose (10/5): A great appia garden experience. - Marco and Marianna were so great and accommodating. A little far from the historical center
- Stevan (10/5): Exceptional - The food at the place was very good and convinient.
- Kamila (9/5): Superb - Pretty and comfortable room with air conditioning. Well equipped kitchen and breakfast included in the price. Both room and kitchen very clean. Early check in hours being available was a great plus.
- Aline (10/5): Very good - Everything good Nothing
- Anonymous (7/5): Good -
- Carlos (7/5): Good - The owner is very friedly and ready to support. Check-in process was really good. The owner provided useful information about Rome, restaurants and how to commute to down town. Breakfast. Eventhough you have the basicas, coffe, ham, toast, bread... it is very industrial. For me and my wide with low carb diet was not the right breaksfast.
- Ali (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is a wonderful and nice , we were received very kindly by the wonderful young man Daniel, the room was very wonderful and carefully arranged and clean, the facilities are clean and excellent, the room was equipped with an air conditioning unit and a large wardrobe for clothes, the kitchen was carefully arranged and equipped with all necessities, including utensils, kitchen utensils and a coffee maker Delicious Italian, in addition to a washing machine and dryer, the breakfast is wonderful and varied, our host Marco was a very nice and generous person with us (thank you from the heart) We were very pleased and satisfied with our stay, and the apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood and free parking is available near the hotel in addition to the hotel Close to Rome's tourist attractions.
- Cathryn (7/5): Fine, but not soundproof - The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The air conditioning worked well. Marco was very helpful. The room was advertised as sound proof, but that wasn't the case at all. The walls were so thin that if there were other guests in the kitchen we could hear everything they were saying and doing (closing cupboards, turning on the tap etc). This woke us up a few times. The room was also very small with hardly any storage at all.
- Jana (10/5): Perfect place for staying in Rome! - We had a great stay. Perfect location of the apartment & very comfortable equipment. Marco was really helpful. Convenient parking on the street. Coffee and breakfast snacks were really good. Many thanks!
- Alexandra (10/5): I can’t wait to come back to Appia Garden. - The apartment was very clean and cosy. We had air conditioning in the room which was amazing because the outside temperature was above 40. The balcony is a nice addition.
The breakfast was great, we had everything that we needed and Marco, the host, was very quick to answer our questions and messages.
The bus that takes you to the center was very close, you have everything you need nearby. You could hear the other guests through the walls, but I believe that’s something that always happens so it was of no bother to us.
- Tiana (10/5): Exceptional - The room was really clean and cozy! The open living room was super nice with a stocked fridge and other food readily available. Marco was very kind and helpful and Marianna was also sweet! Would stay here again :)
- Nune (8/5): Very good - The hotel was in a very good and safe building, and the staff was very punctual and kind. Special thanks to Marco and the cleaning lady. We were happy with our choice with Appia Garden.
- Dragan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Nur (10/5): Forget hotels and other b&b, this is literally the best in Rome, probably in the world! ✨👍🏻 - The most complete place I’ve ever stay! They provide all sort of food, especially for breakfast. They always topup the fridge with drinks and snacks (which are free). We’re si glad that we came across this property. 100/100 recommend &stay here again if we ever visit Rome again in the future 👍🏻
- Tania (10/5): Exceptional -
- Svetozara (8/5): Good value 👏 - The host and I communicated well to plan the check-in. It was fast and efficient. We had access to a kitchenette stocked up food and coffee for breakfast. Parking was easy! Comfy bed and aircon worked well. No sound from the streets. The only thing I didn't love was the rather poor insulation between the rooms. When other guests are having breakfast or are talking, you hear it very clearly. We are really early birds so we worried we'd wake other up when we turned on the coffee machine. But may be we were overly cautious;)
- Mariachiara (8/5): Very good -
- Elias (7/5): Good - Good communication with the host, nice, clean and very good equipped rooms. Breakfast was a little disappointing.
- Anesh (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sasa (10/5): Exceptional - I have to say, our recent stay at Appia Garden apartment was absolutely fantastic! The apartment exceeded our expectations - it's even more spacious and comfortable than the pictures suggest.
But what really made our stay special was the host, Rossella. She was incredibly accommodating and made us feel right at home. It was so refreshing to deal with someone who genuinely cares about their guests and goes above and beyond to make their stay enjoyable.
Overall, we give our experience at Appia Garden a perfect 10 out of 10. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable, enjoyable stay in the area. Thanks again to Rossella for being such an amazing host!
- Rayhana (9/5): My kids very comfortable especially with the bunkbad, they really like stay in Appia Garden - We like it, simple but complete Nothing, everything is good especially Marco hospitality
- Rebecca (9/5): Superb -
- Klemen (8/5): Very good -
