• vienna_1972 (10/5): - Tolle Lage neben dem Dom, sehr sympathische Gastgeber! Der Self-Check-in war früher möglich. Alles war sauber und wie in den Berichten beschrieben. Es gibt ein Willkommensgetränke, sowie sind Kaffee, Tee, Wasser und andere Getränke jederzeit verfügbar. Wir können dieses B&B für einen Besuch in Neapel nur empfehlen.

• Francisca (8/5): Nice place, just not a B&B - Great location, nice room. It’s no really a B&B. There’s not staff, they just let the keys in a box like an Airbnb. There’s not breakfast in the place, just a ticket to go to a coffee shop dowstairs, with pretty poor breakfast.

Amablemente, nos cambio a la 20, con una terraza con vistas fantásticas. Fue muy amable y nl nos cobro nada de suplemento. Pero la que nos asignaron era un agujero, asique cuidado cuando hagais la reserva

Felt like a local coming & going through courtyard & gates & 2 person elevator. Josephine great on WhatsApp. I was tardy catching up on messages but when we got there she'd sent instructions & photos on WhatsApp & we got into the appt & room fine. Liked room & communal hallway had kettle & mugs etc for tea & coffee. Shower door was awkward & floor got a bit wet. But we figured it out so things were a good bit better. Not near a Metro stop or obvious bus route. 30min walk downhill to Napoli Centrale station.

Breakfast could include toasts as well not only sweets. Do not take the option for balcony or breakfast in this hotel.
• joel (10/5): - Habitacion grande y limpia, la ubicacion perfecta, al lado del duomo de napoles y en una zona que esta llena vida y segura. Napoles es maravilloso. Creo que se podria aislar un poco mas la puerta de la entrada a la habitacion para que no entre ruido de afuera. Esto no fue un problema, ya que todo el mundo fue muy respetuoso y no tuvimos problemas con el ruido, solo un tip por si quisieran mejorar eso.

• GOFARRA (9/5): Una estada excel.lent - Excel.lent ubicació al costat del Duomo de Nàpols. Tot i ser molt cèntric, l'insonorització era molt bona i a les nits no teníem quasi soroll. Al ser molt cèntric podies acostar-te a la majoria de llocs de Nàpols caminant. L'habitació era ample i el lavabo molt correcte. A més a més, la propietària estava pendent de que no et faltès de res. Agraïr també els detalls: aigua, cafés, galetes, etc,... No puc valorar res en negatiu

• Francesca (10/5): Weekend rilassante a Napoli - Il b&b è un un bellissimo palazzo storico a fianco del duomo. La posizione è eccezionale per visitare il centro di Napoli a piedi. Tutto arredato con cura, ambienti rilassanti e ben insonorizzati, la nostra camera era molto spaziosa

Perfectly situated in the heart of the historical centre of Naples and therefore close to many churches, art galleries, restaurants, etc. Neapolitan life is at the doorstep!

• Saha0909 (9/5): Sehr schönes B&B in zentraler Lage - Die Lage war topp, die Einrichtung auch. Es hat alles prima geklappt. Das Frühstück.. es gab nur süßes, was mir persönlich in der Früh garnicht bekommt. Also mussten wir am Vorabend einkaufen und haben den Kaffee auf's Zimmer geholt und dort gefrühstückt. Aber es stand auch so in d er Beschreibung und wenn das in Italien so üblich ist, kann man sich darauf einstellen.

Service peut aimable et la mise enplace tardive qui ne permet pas de démarrer tôt le matin. Prendre un petit déjeuner sur le trottoir par temps frais n est pas agréable. Le petit déjeuner se compose d un café ou thé avec un croissant et un jus de fruits...

• jean-louis (8/5): Un B&B confortable, bien situé qui gagnerait à trouver une meilleure solution pour le petit-déjeuner - La localisation dans le centre historique avec la possibilité d'utiliser le métro sans trop d'efforts. La chambre est spacieuse, bien insonorisée (critère important à Naples), dotée d'un petit coffre individuel. Un effort particulier est fait en matière de documentation touristique avec des références pour une restauration de proximité et de qualité. Le petit déjeuner. La solution est courante à Naples d'utiliser un établissement de la rue comme supplétif pour compléter l'offre B&B. La qualité de cette solution dépend donc du prestataire sélectionné, la plupart du temps, à proximité du B&B. L'horaire est (ouverture vers 7h45) est incompatible avec des activités qui nécessitent de partir tôt. De plus un petit déjeuner dans la rue expose le consommateur aux conditions météorologiques, à la fraîcheur matinale et à un confort spartiate.

• Christina (10/5): - Die Lage - mitten in der Altstadt, ein paar Schritte vom Dom entfernt - war ganz wunderbar. Von dem kleinen Balkon aus konnte man - die Straße hinunter - ganz hinten sogar das Meer sehen. Das Zimmer war sehr nett eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Nichts!
• Anna (6/5): - Mitten im Zentrum, alles gut fußläufig erreichbar, Die Unterkunft war sauber und es gibt genug Platz. Es ist viel zu laut die Straße, wir hatten 5 Kaffepads für 5 Tage und 2 Personen? Als geputzt wurde, wurde der Kaffee auch nicht nachgefüllt. Die Kaffeemaschine hat auch nicht richtig funktioniert. Und der Schlüssel den wir hatten für die Eingangs Tür hat geklemmt, also war das immer ein spielen am Schloss bis die Tür auf ging.

• Carmen (10/5): Wonderful stay, 100% recommend - Really excellent. I would 1000% recommend anyone to stay here with Josephine who is just the sweetest and most wonderful host. My room was well designed, spacious, comfortable and so thoughtful - water, biscuits provided. I loved it and look forward to staying again! The location is next to the cathedral where there are a few sketchy looking types- just be careful walking around, as in all of Naples.

Ich werde wiederkommen. - Josephine ist eine sehr aufmerksame Vermieterin, ich konnte sie stets um Rat und Empfehlungen bitten. Ausreichend Frühstück gibt es unten in der Bar, Frühaufsteherinnen finden im Eingangsbereich eine kleine Kaffeemaschine mit Pads. Die Luftfeuchtigkeit ist recht hoch, Handtücher trocknen schwer, öfterer Wechsel wäre gut, hat aber auf Nachfrage geklappt.

• Daniela (9/5): - O hotel estava muito bem localizado, perto da estação de metro e com muitos restaurantes perto. O quarto era bastante espaçoso e a casa de banho apesar de pequena era adequada. A Joséphine foi uma excelente host, sempre disponível para ajudar. Quando cheguei ao aeroporto a Joséphine mandou uma lista das tarifas de táxi e explicou como chegar ao centro da cidade. Para além disso, quando cheguei deu imensas dicas do que visitar em Nápoles e restaurantes para experimentar. Adorei o facto de a Joséphine ter deixado o meu namorado pernoitar comigo sem cobrar qualquer taxa adicional, apenas paguei as toalhas extra e a taxa turística. A Joséphine foi extremamente compreensiva e deixou em efetuar o check out mais tarde porque o meu voo foi só ao final do dia. Por último ouvia barulho dos hóspedes do quarto ao lado e falei com a Joséphine e está falou com os hóspedes e deu-me uns tampões para os ouvidos, tendo a questão sido resolvida pacificamente. O quarto podia ser melhor insonorizado dado que se ouvia um pouco de barulho dos quartos ao lado mas resolvesse com a utilização de uns tampões. O colchão da cama podia ser um pouco mais duro (isso é uma questão de gosto pessoal), mas a cama era confortável e consegui dormir bem. A fachada exterior podia ser melhor cuidada mas penso que isso não será responsabilidade da Joséphine.

• Sally (8/5): A peaceful space in bustling Napoli in a convenient location. - We liked the location very much. The windows provided good soundproofing from the street noise. We were unable to leave the windows open because of the noise and the aircon was quiet and helpful at night. Josephine communicated by What's App and sent us info on restaurants and was generally very helpful. As other folks have said, the breakfast is a basic sweet and coffe at the bar next door. We would have prefered something savory but we were able to order orange juice as well. The balcony was too small to be useable and the street was too noisy to enjoy it.

• Mary (9/5): Lovely comfortable rooms in a wonderful location and a warm welcome from Josephine. - Everything was lovely - Josephine greeted us in person on arrival and recommended a fabulous place to eat close by on the evening we arrived, and helped us with queries we had about travel, recommendations etc. Complimentary water and soft drinks were provided in the fridge in our rooms, and a kettle for tea, coffee maker and an interesting selection of guide books in many languages to borrow/use in the hall. Fantastic location. Breakfast included coffee and delicious pastries in a cafe right beside the property and the Duomo. Everything was great for me!

• Carmen CK (10/5): Alojamiento ideal para visitar Napoli - Nos alojamos mi hermana y yo tres noches y al llegar ya nos dio muy buena impresión por su decoración, limpieza, la cama cómoda, al baño no le faltaba nada, y el detalle de poder tomarte un té o un café y tener bebida fresquita en la nevera. La ubicación es perfecta, a un paso del Duomo y de calles muy animadas, nuestra habitación era exterior, aún así descansamos bien. Destaco también la amabilidad y atención de la propietaria, Josephine, suuuuperagradable la chica. Nos quedaron muchas cosas por ver en Napoli, volveríamos al mismo alojamiento sin duda. Por decir alguna cosa: El desayuno incluido consiste en un café o capuccino y una pieza de bollería... para nosotras más que suficiente, pero quizás a alguien le puede resultar escaso... La cafetería está justo al lado del B&B.

• Alessio (8/5): - Ottima posizione. Stanza rinnovata di recente con bel pavimento originale e pulita. Letto comodo e due cuscini tra scegliere. L’host è molto gentile e disponibile. Colazione buona, al bar proprio sotto la struttura. La porta di ingresso della nostra camera era in vetro opaco, cosa non visibile dalle foto caricate su Booking; i suoni del corridoio erano quindi ben udibili. La luce invece non era un problema perché bloccata da una ulteriore tenda.
