• Dominika (10/5): - Giulia was very kind; after check-in, she provided us with useful info, tips, and restaurant recommendations. We stayed in touch throughout our stay, and she constantly checked in to see how we were doing or if we needed anything. We had breakfast at the bakery next door (a hot drink and a croissant of our choice), which was the perfect way to start the day. The apartment’s location was great—both bus and metro stops were just a few minutes' walk away, and the Colosseum was reachable in 20 minutes on foot. Because of this, some traffic noise did filter in, but it didn't really bother our rest. The inner courtyard of the property is also very atmospheric. The (shared) kitchen is well-equipped and serves three guest rooms in total. Our room was clean, stylish, and had a very comfortable bed. -

• Linda (8/5): Our host Giulia was very helpful& met us to check in &show us around&sent restaurant recommendations - Breakfast was simple with a cappuccino and croissant in the adjacent cafe which was appreciated as gave us a good start before we went exploring. Would have been great to have a small fridge in the kitchen area and the hairdryer was a travelling one so not very powerful so I would have preferred a better hairdryer.

• Mónika Anett (8/5): Összességében jó volt a szállás, nem volt zajos, mert az udvarra nézett az ablakunk, így tudtunk pihenni a sok gyaloglás - Elég nagy volt a szoba 3 főnek. A zuhanyzó nagyon igényes volt, jó meleg vízzel. Az ágy nagyon kényelmes volt, ritka az ilyen. Nekem egy kicsit hideg volt, bár volt kazán, amivel fűtöttek, de csak este és hajnalban kapcsolt be. A légkondival rásegítettünk, de az meg elég hangosan működött.

Già all’arrivo mi fa storie sul check in, sebbene avessi palesato più volte di avere una bimba di 1 anni e che diluviava quindi sarei arrivato 10 minuti dopo. Ha preteso di prendere tassa di soggiorno nella stanza aprendo con chiavi sue, non preoccupandosi della privacy ecc… nonostante avessi detto di no, pretendeva di aspettarla alle 17:00 chiedendomi di non lasciare la stanza. Il giorno del check out ha chiamato una infinità di volte in quanto erano le 10:16 ed il check out era per le 10:00. SCONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE di prenotare

• Christiane (10/5): Delightful - This was a real gem in Rome. We have been many times but this is now our favourite. Located in San Giovanni which is a little bit Southeast of the historical centre but still only15 minutes walk to the Colosseum. There is a Metro Station 2 minutes from the accommodation and for a short break you get to everything quickly including the airport via Termini 3 stops away. This is Rome pure in a Roman neighbourhood with everything you need on your doorstep. We stayed in January and hardly any tourists ourselves excluded. We had breakfast in a Pasteria next to the accommodation simple but lovely Italian style . The accommodation is located on a huge Piazza with many shops eateries etc and very busy but once again real Rome. Our room was spotlessly clean and freshly decorated with all the amenities you would expect for this category and a communal kitchen in the hall if you so wish. Most important the bed was excellent in size and comfort We slept well. Julia met us with check in which was also a smooth operation and could not have been more helpful.She provided tips and recommendations and was always a text away if needed All in all...Great We hope to come back. Perfect. There is a bit of noise from the Piazza on occasions but come on. Your are staying in a world city...

La colazione, offerta nel bar convenzionato, è ottima. I proprietari sono disponibili, gentili e professionali.

• Frank (10/5): Tolle 5 Tage im Mai in Rom - Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Apartement. Die Gastgeber habe sich hervorragend um uns gekümmert. Das Apartement war sehr sauber und es war alle da was man für einen Rom Aufentahlt benötigt. Die Anbindung in die Stadt war klasse, U Bahn Station in direkter Nähe, Supermarkt und Restaurants ebenfalls. Guilia hat uns mit vielen Tips verorgt. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen und wir werden bei unserem nächsten Rom Besuch wiederkommen. Vielen Dank nochmal an die netten Gastgeber. Frank und Marlon :) Nichts

• Elena (10/5): Perfect - L’emplacement est parfait, à 20-30 minutes à pieds du Colisée. Vous pouvez chez des commerces et des cafés dans la rue. Le petit déjeuner est servi dans le café en bas de l’immeuble. Parfait pour commencer la journée. Sinon vous avez une cuisine commune dans l’appartement. Les propriétaires sont très sympa et vous donnent pleins d’infos touristiques et pratiques. On reviendra sûrement chez Giulia et Jacopo lors de notre prochain voyage à Rome! Rien. Tout était parfait.

Jacopo e sua moglie sono stati gentili, attenti e disponibili senza essere invadenti. La camera era pulitissima ed il letto molto comodo. La colazione può essere consumata proprio sotto casa in uno dei bar-pasticceria migliori di Roma. Ci sono a disposizione cialde per il caffe' ma farei trovare in camera qualche bottiglietta d'acqua di "benvenuto". E' un gesto sempre ben apprezzato.

• Rhea (1/5): Rude host - Nothing The property host is extremely rude. We unfortunately missed the check in time due to a delayed flight (we requested 21:00-22:00 on booking.com and this was accepted - we arrived at the property at 22:30) and were denied access. We were in communication with the host to say we had landed and we’re on our way, but she refused us, telling us to find somewhere else. It was late at night in a foreign country and she had no compassion whatsoever. We managed to find somewhere to stay for the night and paid €130 (coming out of our holiday spends). I messaged the host to tell her we had found a hotel for tonight and asked what time we could come to check into our room in the morning? She replied the following morning saying our whole reservation had been CANCELLED. She did this with NO communication and WITHOUT our consent. When I said we needed to check in as we had nowhere else to stay, she did not reply and would not answer the phone. Again we had to search for somewhere to stay for 2 more nights. My partner was running the half-marathon the following day and prices in Rome were really expensive. I think she decided to cancel our room and charge a new guest a higher rate due to the demand in the city. We ended up booking somewhere else on booking.com for over £400. The host said we would be refunded for the 2 nights we didn’t stay, even though we were refused accommodation on night 1 (we did not No Show). The host was very uncooperative about the refund, just as she had been for the whole booking. I would NOT recommend anyone booking here unless you want your holiday ruined.
• Daniela (5/5): Pulito ma migliorabile - I proprietari sono gentili. Le camere e gli ambienti comuni sono puliti. Le camere sono al primo piano ed è molto rumoroso. I letti e in particolare i cuscini sono molto scomodi e duri. Dovrebbero dare un’alternativa. Non ci sono coperte in più in caso di freddo (probabilmente le danno su richiesta ma sarebbe giusto averle già a disposizione). La colazione si fa presso la pasticceria accanto con un buono che dà accesso a solo un cornetto e cappuccio. Se si sostituisce il cornetto con due piccoli pasticcini alla frutta bisogna già pagarne uno extra. Non c’è un luogo sicuro dove lasciare i bagagli al check out se si deve partire alla sera (la domenica la portineria è chiusa) obbligando a portarseli in giro. Poca elasticità nella richiesta di estensione del check out di un ora.

Our room had a lovely balcony overlooking the park. There could have been more toilet rolls and coffee pods. The fridge did not work in our room.
• Ina (7/5): Gut für 4 Tage - Sehr bequemes Bett. Bistro im Haus gleich nebenan. War ok für uns, typisch italienisch mit wählbarem Kaffee und Croissant. Zentrale Lage, entsprechend belebt. Metro und Busse gut ausgelastet, manche Buslinien aber unzuverlässig. Alle nötigen Läden in der Nähe. Super Restaurant Tips von Giulia, da will man nicht selbst kochen. Spärliche Küchenausstattung für eine gemeinsame Nutzung mit 2 weiteren Apartments und nur 3 Sitzplätze in der Küche. In unserem Zimmer befand sich 1 Stuhl für 2 Personen, zu wenig Kleiderhaken im Zimmer und Bad.

• Enache (8/5): For us it was a really good value for money - We booked the room with a view of the inner courtyard as we like nature, green.... and it was very good and quiet for us, as we expected. Metro and bus stations nearby. The shared kitchen was not clearly mentioned (but the kitchen was fully equipped and clean). The Italian-style breakfast served at the nearby coffee shop is fine for one, two, or even three days — but it's not ideal for longer stays, especially for non-Italians or families with children. We stayed for 4 days, and at that point the towels really needed to be changed.

• Mirek Madyda (10/5): W Rzymie spędziliśmy z żoną cztery jesienne, wspaniałe i niezapomniane dni - Super apartament, komfortowy i bardzo czysty. Miłym dodatkiem jest mały balkon z widokiem na wewnętrzny dziedziniec porośnięty bananową dżunglą! Idealny do relaksu po intensywnym zwiedzaniu i wypicia kawy lub wina. Fantastyczna lokalizacja, blisko stacja metra, sklepy, restauracje. W ciągu kilkunastu minut można dotrzeć do największych atrakcji Rzymu. Świetny kontakt z właścicielami. Szczególne podziękowania dla Giulii, która jest pomocna w każdej sprawie. Gorąco polecam ten apartament.
• Claudio (9/5): Ottimo - Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia e ci siamo trovati benissimo! Gli ambienti sono nuovi, puliti e molto accoglienti. La struttura è davvero molto carina e si trova in una posizione comodissima, a pochi passi dalla metro. I proprietari sono stati gentilissimi e sempre disponibili per ogni esigenza. Rapporto qualità/prezzo eccellente — consigliatissimo!

Férfiaknak azért szükséges egy kis kiegészítés. 😊 Fűtés még nem volt, de mivel csak aludni jártunk a szállásra, így nem okozott gondot. Aki a melegebbet szereti, annak hideg.

• Rebecca (10/5): - Das Deluxe-Zimmer war toll! Ruhiger Balkon zum wunderschönen Innenhof, sehr geräumiges Zimmer mit eigenem Kühlschrank und Klimaanlage. Das Frühstück gibt es in der Bäckerei im Nachbarhaus (1 Kaffee und Crosisant pro Person). Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war nett und problemlos. Die Lage ist super - direkt an der Metrostation Re di Roma und mehreren Bushaltestellen gelegen. Zu Fuß sind es ca. 30 Minuten bis zum Colosseum! Mehrere leckere Restaurants und Imbisse in der Nähe! Das Bad/die Dusche hätte etwas sauberer sein können.

• G (10/5): - Absolutnie cudowny apartament, właściciele (małżeństwo) bardzo pomocni. Lokalizacja z dostępem do metra i komunikacji miejskiej. Zdjęcia w 100% pokrywają się ze stanem faktycznym. Widok z balkonu na podwórko z bananowcami. Spędziliśmy tu cudowny czas i jeżeli zastanawiacie się czy warto, odpowiedź brzmi zdecydowanie tak!

Man ist durch die Metro schnell an den Hauptattraktionen und in der Innenstadt und ist gleichzeitig in einer ruhigen Gegend mit ein paar Cafés, Restaurants und Supermärkten. Die Einführung durch die Inhaber hat uns sehr gut gefallen, da sie sehr sympathisch und persönlich waren und einem ebenfalls auch ein paar Tipps für seinen Aufenthalt in Rom gegeben haben. Die Küche war leider teilweise nicht wirklich sauber und die Ausstattung war nicht ausreichend, weshalb wir uns dagegen entschieden haben vor Ort zu kochen. Das Frühstück war leider nur ein italienisches Frühstück bestehend aus einem Kaffee und einem Croissant, was uns leider nicht satt gemacht hat. Es wurde leider nicht darauf hingewiesen, dass es kein richtiges Frühstück ist.

• Stephen (8/5): A nice place to stay while visiting Rome - Lovely apartment in a great location just steps from the Re Di Roma metro stop. That made it super easy to get around Rome. It is also within 10 minutes walking distance of San Giovanni cathedral and about 20 minutes walking distance from the Colosseum. Giulia is a great host and very flexible with check in. The apartment shares a common kitchen with a couple of other apartments but is otherwise separate. The only downside is the street noise but that's remedied by closing the shutters and the window and using the A/C.
• Hawar (9/5): Superb - We had a very nice stay at Leo’s Colosseum. Everything was clean and comfortable. The metro is right in front of the building, which makes the apartment very convenient. Giulia and her family were always friendly and helpful Nothing.
• Ylber (10/5): Exceptional - Ambient was very clean! The staff were very careful to us. They asked several times if we need something. Plus, the staff made a reservation of transport from Rome to Airport.

• Mb (3/5): Misleading, not worth the cost, SHARED space. You will share the appartment with other random people. - The room was very clean. I enjoyed the balcony and the banana plants It’s very misleading. It is NOT a private apartment, you share the apartment with other people. He basically rents out each room, which have there own dyi shower and lock. The shower was SCARY and down right dangerous. It floods about 3 inches and when I inquired about it, she said it was normal for that shower. The shower had no grab bars or places to put your shampoo and the doors auto shut on you. Because it floods, it makes it super slippery. I’m 34 and fit; I have a hard time using it without support. The windows are super then and it’s a LOUD street. You can not sit in the garden. It is no where near anything, you will have to take the bus/train to visit anywhere. He then comes up on his scoot and ask to take a picture or your password so he can “text it” to the police as well as collect a $50 euro city tax that bookings doesn’t include. It’s not worth the money. I would highly recommend looking else where.
• Michal (8/5): Overall, the accomodation was not bad at all. - The location of the accomodation was great. Within two minutes you are on the nearest metro station. The owners was very kind and helpful. I know that we're already dealt with owners issue about water flow - sink was after repair OK, but the shower. . . Its something that asks for repair. And one advice for another guests, if you're a light sleeper you will enjoy the wild mainstreet - ambulances through your whole night, cars are honkin etc etc. And last thing, TV should a little bit newer - signal is not good.

• Milica (7/5): Ok, but I expected more. - Location, near the metro station. Clean apartment. breakfast was croissant and coffee. nice restaurant. the host asked a lot of questions. the kitchen is shared, that's a minus. there was not enough shower gel or shampoo in the bathroom. there are no towel hooks. There was a problem with check in, the main door for entrance was locked and after you pass through the first building you have the second building and do not have a password or the key for entrance in the apartment. This is complicated. You must to text host and you must wait for the answer and you cant call her because she reject call.
• Masataka (8/5): Fantastico! - ◼︎Location and Owner’s personality Easy to access to sightseeing spots and the apartment it self by subway. We checked-in later hours than check-in time. However, the owner provided self check-in with no extra charge. It should’ve happened and we recommend that user have to check-in on time, but we are really appreciated a kindness the owner has. We did not have a balcony that picture seems to tell you that you will have one. it’s not big deal though :)
• Kristina (9/5): Perfectly located apartment with a fantastic host and all the essentials - Giulia is a wonderful and very attentive host. The location of the apartment is more than perfect. The metro station is just around the corner, and the Colosseum is no more than a 30-minute walk away. The apartment is clean and has everything someone would need on their vacation. The stay was lovely overall, though the water in the shower and sink took a bit longer to drain than expected.
