• James (9/5): - Close to major attractions but secluded enough to feel authentic and not so touristy. Friendly and welcoming host. It's not fancy but it's a nice, affordable place to sleep and see Venice. Breakfast was not really included. The host welcomed us to help ourselves to what was in his kitchen, but it's not like a typical breakfast you think of in larger B&Bs.

• Mathilde (9/5): Lovely stay with very thoughtful host - The hospitality of Alice and Marco. The cleanliness. the fact that Alice when out of her way to organise a surprise for my partner birthday. I loved that our bed was made and bottle of water was refilled everyday :-) We can join our host for breakfast. We really felt at home.

• Lavinia (8/5): Totally special - Alice and Marco are very friendly and take good care of their guests. They were very supportive in guiding us around and even let us keep the luggages at the location in the last day (we had a late flight towards home) so we could enjoy our time there. The room was very cosy, and the location is perfect (max 10 minute of San Marco Square).
• Kiana (8/5): Gorgeous view & fabulous location - The host is a very lovely person, she made us feel very welcome & because of this I'd come back. We were originally confused on how to get into the building but she picked up right away when we called. The beds are made everyday, great location & stunning view! In general very pleased. Due to properties in Venice being older, the shower isn't particularly strong & the bathroom fan doesn't work great so we found due to it being damp it had a bit of a funky smell (not that bothered by it though & you must remember you cannot expect new builds in Venice). Also a note - it is on the top floor so there are a number of stairs to climb up that those with impaired mobility or large suitcases might struggle with.

If it’s a couple, I would recommend offering two separate blankets, so it’s more comfortable.

• Edo (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect location and a nice apartment. The bathroom was clean and the room size was perfect. The only thing I did not like was the 8 mosquitos that waited for us in the room. There was a repeller in the plug, but it did not help, given that the window had been left opened.

Unfortunatly rooms are on the top floor without lift,3rd or 4th floor . We shared toilet which wasn't so convincible

• Sarah (9/5): Superb - Lovely B&B. Nicely decorated and in a central location. I felt very much at home! The staff was very welcoming too. I could store my luggage on the day of my arrival + departure, which was convenient. I'd definitely recommend staying there. The bathroom could do with a new shower curtain. Everything else was perfect!

Also the location is a bit tricky to find but it's near the San marco(15-20min by walking) and other tourist attractions.Overall it was a great experience. 😊 It was cold in night. The room heater was not working. (Maybe for temporary reasons)
