Pas de lumière dans la hotte. Plaques chauffantes TRES lentes. Pas d'eau chaude dans la cuisine qu'elle que soit la position du robinet. Welcome book tout en italien. Rien en anglais. Quelques prises électriques non fonctionnelles. Four non opérationnel. Congélateur sale. Pas de ventilation dans la salle de douche principale. Déco chambre entrée très ringarde. Matériaux de récupération. Hall d'entrée de l'immeuble très sale avec des poubelles partout. Éclairage appartement faible et mal placé. La note actuelle de 9.8 est totalement factice. 6 correspond à la réalité.

Casa perfetta per una comitiva numerosa e fantastico avere due bagni entrambi con doccia. Mario, che gestisce la struttura, è stato gentile e più che disponibile ad accoglierci prima dell'orario del check in per consentire di lasciare i bagagli e ci ha fornito, preventivamente, indicazioni per raggiungere casa più vicino possibile con l'auto.

Wszystko nam się podobało ,lokalizacja na 10, komfort na 10, jak w domu . Jedyny mankament to brak windy , mieszkanie na 2 piętrze ,ale chodzenie po schodach jeszcze nikomu nie zaszkodziło.

• Luis (10/5): Aniversário de Casamento - A casa está situada no centro da cidade. Embora seja um prédio antigo, a casa foi toda remodelada e está nova por dentro. Tem todas as comodidades necessárias pra uma estadia caso queira cozinhar. O Mário nos deu todas as informações para o chek-in e ainda nos deixou uns miminhos como café, chá e compotas. Toda a casa é muito limpa. Está perto de tudo, inclusive do metro. Nota 100. Nada a apontar.

Anche casa cupiello 😊❤️ - Siamo stati a Napoli 4 giorni con la mia famiglia.. casa enorme con tutti i confort possibili ed immaginabili. Pulizia, letti e cuscini meravigliosi.. 2 bagni percui noi che siamo famiglia numerosa erano il top. In pienissimo centro avevamo tutto a nostra disposizione, abbiamo girato sia a piedi, bus e metro presi a pochi metri dall abitazione. Se ripasseremo da Napoli sicuramente andremo a colpo sicuro. • Zahori (9/5): Nápoles centro - Está bastante céntrico, hay muchas tiendas y restaurantes cerca y muchos puntos de intereses al que puedes llegar caminado!! La cocina está bastante equipada! Me gustó mucho! Pareciera que las sábanas están un poco empolvadas, yo soy muy susceptible al polvo 🥲, me la pasé estornudando 🥲, pero supongo que esta en el ambiente!

• Tina (10/5): Μεγάλο διαμέρισμα σε κεντρική τοποθεσία. - Το διαμέρισμα μας βόλεψε πολύ, είναι σε πολύ κεντρική τοποθεσία, σε πεζόδρομο, είναι πολύ ευρύχωρο με δυο κρεββατοκάμαρες και δυο μπάνια, είχε δηλαδή αυτά που ζητούσαμε. Ο οικοδεσπότης πολύ φιλικός και εξυπηρετικός μας έδωσε απ΄την αρχή σαφείς και σωστές οδηγίες. Τα κρεβάτια είναι άνετα, το ίδιο και τα μαξιλάρια, αυτό που θα επιθυμούσαμε θα ήταν λίγο καλύτερη ποιότητα στα σεντόνια. Η κουζίνα φάνηκε καλά εξοπλισμένη, αν και δεν τη χρησιμοποιήσαμε για μαγειρική. Το ψυγείο είναι κανονικά μεγάλο, γιατί είχαμε δει ότι σε πολλά καταλύματα υπήρχε μικρό ψυγειάκι που δεν είναι καθόλου βολικό, καθώς δε χωράει ούτε τα βασικά. Η είσοδος και η σκάλα που οδηγεί στο διαμέρισμα δεν είναι καθαρή, υπάρχουν μάλιστα κάδοι σκουπιδιών γεμάτοι σκουπίδια εντός της εισόδου. Επίσης, δεν υπάρχει ασανσέρ καθώς το κτίριο είναι παλιό και το διαμέρισμα είναι αρκετά ψηλά, οπότε ίσως δυσκολέψει πιο ηλικιωμένους ταξιδιώτες ή άτομα με κινητικά προβλήματα. Και τα δυο μπάνια ειναι πολύ βολικά καθώς είναι μεγάλα και άνετα, αλλά υπήρχε μια δυσκολία στη ρύθμιση της θερμοκρασίας του νερού και στο δεύτερο μπάνιο δεν ήταν καθόλου βολική η ντουζιέρα καθώς το τηλέφωνο οροφής δε λειτουργεί σωστά και πετάει τα νερά. Τέλος, ενώ το διαμέρισμα είναι σε τέλεια κεντρική τοποθεσία αν θελήσετε μετρό η στάση δεν είναι δίπλα, χρειάζεται να περπατήσετε 10-15 λεπτά. Όμως, το διαμέρισμα σε γενικές γραμμές ήταν αυτό που θέλαμε και εκτιμήσαμε την άνεση που μας παρείχε και την κεντρική του τοποθεσία, γθα αυτό και η άριστη βαθμολογία.

Estaba muy limpio, equipado con toallas, secador y lo necesario para pasar unos días en la ciudad. La ubicación es excelente, en pleno centro de Nápoles. No hay ascensor, hay que subir bastantes escaleras por lo que tenerlo en cuenta si viajan con personas mayores.

Mario as a host was wonderful and helpful. Ideal for a family of 4.For anyone travelling here the Toledo metro station is best, even if it's a slightly longer walk. Cooking takes a lot of time because of the induction stove type.

On the last day when we were supposed to leave the apartment in the morning, our granddaughter got sick. He left us at the apartment until departure for the airport by 6 p.m.
• Madhulika (7/5): Good - The location was great at about 10-minhte walk from the closest metro station. The apartment was perfect for 4 adults. Check-in was easy. AC in the bedrooms worked great. The host was extremely clear with the check-in instructions and quite responsive on WhatsApp. He was also kind enough to enable an early check-in for us. The hot water in the shower ran out very quickly. The signal reception is kind of poor in the apartment and since the wifi didn't work at all, it caused a mild inconvenience.

It was very convient( we were 7 people) since there are many rooms and 2 bathrooms and worth the price. The A/C was working perfectly. The 2 out of 4 beds were not big enough , making sleep for 2 people inconvenient. My room didn't have wardrobe or a drawer to put my personal staff Furthermore, The bedwoods were making a lot of noise as we moved on the bed The water was not stable, it keept changing from very cold to very hot , which I don't know if it was problem of the water system or the appartemnt's At the beginning, we had a problem with WiFi connection

• Marjana (10/5): Exceptional - it was very nice. we liked that the showers seemed renovated, we also liked the abundance of mirrors. we adored the couch in the kitchen, it became our meeting room. we also liked the individual bedrooms. the air conditioning was a life saver. we also enjoyed the view from the french balconies on one of the liveliest streets in naples. we appreciated the lack of keys; because there were five of us, we weren't constricted to one or two keys, or even to individual keys for the building and the apartment. the kitchen was nicely stacked, and the sight of bottled water upon our arrival was very welcoming. also aditional toilet paper>>
