• Wolfiranna (10/5): Small charming apartment to stay when you explore Naples - Vittorianna was a wonderful host. She gave recommendations on the nearby food locations, always was available on Whatsapp, and was able to solve (at least partially) one facility problem. On our check-out day - we saw that the problem with the microwave was on its way to be solved. The room is a part of 2 room apartment separated by the kitchen, which is very nice if you wake up early and want to have a warm savory breakfast. Everything was super clean, fresh, restocked. The location is wonderful - just outside are the lively streets with bars and restaurants. The beds were very comfortable, we had a really good sleep the first 4 nights. If anyone, who doesn't respect the quiet hours, enters the other room - it can be very noisy, as the old window in the kitchen responds to every shut of the door, so the last night of our stay was quite uncomfortable. And secondly, we specifically booked the room because we wanted to use the microwave in the kitchen, but unfortunately, it was broken. Vittorianna was attentive and brought us a pan to use instead. Not the exact way we wanted to have the kitchen, but we managed :)

• Michela (10/5): Nel cuore di Napoli - La struttura è situata in una posizione centralissima, ma allo stesso tempo non affaccia direttamente nel caos tipico del centro. Stanza spaziosa e ben curata, cucina in comune con caffè a disposizione per gli ospiti. L’host è stata gentilissima e super a disposizione, le abbiamo chiesto la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli al check out per ritirarli in serata ed è stata super cordiale nel custodirli personalmente. Tutto perfetto

• Azzurra (3/5): Solo per la posizione - La posizione Host troppo veloce nell accoglienza, struttura non convincente, dalle foto le camere sembrano molto più spaziose, il bagno è risicato, per chi è oltre la taglia 50 non c è spazio di movimento, assente il bidet (non l ho letto da nessuna parte), condivido la lamentela di qualche altro ospite riguardo gli asciugamani, tutti diversi e per niente morbidi. Set di cortesia in bagno minimo.

Mancanza del bidet che nella descrizione del bagno era incluso. Ante del box doccia che si aprivano con difficoltà. Finestra sopra il letto non sufficientemente schermata dalla luce
• Bonini (8/5): Buono per un fine settimana! - Posizione centralissima, ma comunque fuori dalla confusione notturna. La camera è pulita anche se un pochino datata, sopratutto nei servizi. Letto comodo, ma il divano letto per il figlio male male.

• Lucia (10/5): Superb stay and host - My friend and I stayed at this property for 10 days in November 2025. We rented an ensuite bedroom with shared kitchen. We loved the location, the property, the host Vittorianna. The property is as you see it in the photos, lovely colours, cosy, quiet and very clean. Located in the heart of the historic centre, it makes it perfect to visit the town on foot or by train as it is also within walking distance to the nearest metro stations. Vittorianna was very kind, attentive, responsive and helpful suggesting sites to visit, places to eat, she also helped us to arrange a transfer to the airport. Easy self-check in and out, free lift, bed super comfortable, quiet bedroom for restful sleep, impeccable free wi-fi, flat screen TV, coffee maker with pods supplied, electric kettle, free toiletries for initial stay. I highly recommend and can't wait to go back. It is not easy to find this combination of excellent property/good value for money and perfect host in the historic centre simply because of the limited space available. Nothing, it was all perfect for us.

• Wanda (10/5): Stupendo - Io e il mio compagno siamo stati in questo B&B lo scorso weekend e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La struttura è molto pulita e si trova in pieno centro, perfetta per visitare la città a piedi. Vittorianna è stata davvero disponibilissima: ci ha fornito tanti consigli utili su cosa vedere, dove mangiare e come muoverci, rendendo il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Super consigliato!

E soprattutto la gentilezza e la disponibilità di Vittoriana che si è prodigata di suggerimenti, sempre disponibile anche durante le giornate sulle nostre visite Non è fondamentale ma cambierei il piatto doccia che esternamente è rovinato ed è l'unico neo della struttura del bagno. La carta igienica c'era uno solo rotolo nuovo ma erano stati lasciati anche quelli usati precedentemente.

Prima plek voor een stedentrip naar deze stad. Wat beter zou kunnen, is de geluidsisolatie: het appartement heeft geen isolerend dubbel glas. Wanneer er van buiten geluid komt, is dat goed te horen. Maar gelukkig is de ligging rustig. De waterkoker in de keuken kregen wij niet aan de praat.

• Viktorija (9/5): Superb - I loved the suite. It was quite amazing and comfortable. Very neat and clean. We had clean towels every day and all the necessities in the bathroom. Although we were not using the kitchen, it had all the basics. Great place! On the last day, there wasn't enough warm water, and the shower head was spraying water from the sides. It's not a big deal, though.

Small double room with small shared kitchen. - The location was excellent and the room was clean with a very cute shared kitchen with coffee supplied. Vittoria was brilliant in giving information and responding to messages. It's advertised as a triple room which suggests room for three people. There is not room. It's a very small double room with a small bathroom and sofa bed which was very uncomfortable. The shared kitchen was fantastic as we didn't really have neighbours and took advantage of it as extra space. However if we would have had to share it with others, it would have been a tight squeeze and the area is very small for more than one couple having breakfast at the same time.

• Peysha (10/5): Great value for money in such a central area! - The apartment is in a great location, making it really easy to pop in and out. It’s a really comfortable space with good air conditioning and the blinds are great for people who need full sale darkness to sleep! The host was very responsive and self check-in/out was very easy. Could not recommend more! The kitchen didn’t have a lot of utensils if you’re wanting to cook your own maps but that didn’t bother us as we were eating out most of the time.

Bed was super soft, wifi was great and the TV had so many channels. Very highly recommend! The towels provided were very rough and not comfortable to use at all, as well as the shower caddy being on the floor so it was difficult to grab shampoo and soap.

The apartment is cute, very clean, warm in winter and the bed is most comfortable. We were treated to delicious pastries and Easter treats. Enjoyed the great location, close to fantastic eateries, bars, shops, major and minor piazze, the metro. We really felt like we had it all. The apartment is quiet as it is back from the main thoroughfares enclosed within walls so you can't really hear much city noise. We loved it and would highly recommend staying here for a good value Napoli experience.
