• Patrycja (10/5): Było super i pewnie wrócimy jeszcze w to samo miejsce. - Znakomita lokalizacja tylko pod względem komunikacji. Niestety ale okolica jest związana mocno z migracja i sporo w okolicy innych mało Włoskich obywateli. Natomiast bliskość metra i szybkie przejście do centrum to duży plus. W okolicy często sporo bezdomnych i śmierdzi moczem natomiast nie jest to tak jak w okolicach dworca.
• Marijan (10/5): Tolles Apartment für Erkundungstouren durch Neapel - Das Apartment war sauber und sehr ruhig, obwohl es sich mitten im Zentrum befindet. Es wurde uns alles bereitgestellt, was wir benötigt haben. Die Lage ist außergewöhnlich – mitten in der Altstadt, direkt hinter dem Archäologischen Museum und in der Nähe der U‑Bahn. Raffaele war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück im D’Angelo war für uns ausreichend, und der Kaffee war sehr gut. Vielen Dank, Raffaele!
• IOSIF (10/5): Εξαιρετική φιλοξενία - Είχαμε μια πολύ άνετη και ευχάριστη διαμονή! ο Raffaele ήταν πολύ φιλικός, εξυπηρετικός και φιλόξενος, μας προσέφερε πολλές χρήσιμες πληροφορίες τόσο πριν όσο και κατά τη διάρκεια της διαμονής μας. Το κρεβάτι ήταν άνετο και ο χώρος παρείχε ο,τι χρειαζόμασταν. Το πρωινό στο γειτονικό καφέ ήταν αρκετά καλό και ο ιδιοκτήτης του πολύ φιλικός. Αν και η τοποθεσία είναι αρκετά βολική, η περιοχή είναι παρατημένη. Παρόλα αυτά δεν συναντήσαμε κάποιο πρόβλημα.

• Kathrin (8/5): Gut gelegene Wohnung für Städetrip - Die Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigen, einheimischen Wohnviertel. Direkt vor der Tür befindet sich eine Metro-Station mit einer sehr guten Anbindung zum Hauptbahnhof. Außerdem gibt es in unmittelbarer Nähe Supermärkte und verschiedene Lokale. Das Frühstück (Kaffee und Cornetta) wird in einem kleinen Café nur wenige Schritte entfernt per Gutschein angeboten. Ein großes Lob geht an unseren Gastgeber Raffaele: Er war jederzeit erreichbar, sehr hilfsbereit und hat sich während unseres Aufenthalts regelmäßig erkundigt, ob alles in Ordnung ist oder wir etwas benötigen. Die Wohnung selbst ist praktisch eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt braucht. Wir hätten uns mehr Ablagefläche im Badezimmer gewünscht. Leider war die Luftfeuchtigkeit im Bad recht hoch, wodurch es zu unangenehmen Gerüchen kam.

• susan (9/5): We had a great time in Naples which as our tour guide said, is a very particular city. - We had breakfast provided at a local cafe which was convenient and delicious. The owner had stayed to show us in, even though we were late. The provision of teas and snacks was much appreciated. He also provided a list of recommendations and travel guides which were really handy. The property was convenient for all sites and the airport bus but the area ( not the immediate area round the flat) is typical Naples - very busy and dirty. As above

Tiene un pequeño problema con la humedad en el baño, con lo cual genera olores, es preferible mantener la puerta del baño cerrada. El acceso tiene unas escaleras muy empinadas lo cual dificulta el uso del mismo para personas con movilidad reducida, y complica la subida y bajada de equipaje voluminoso

• Martina (10/5): Great place to stay when exploring Naples! - - Welcoming and attentive host - Cleanliness - Excellent location - Comfortable bed - Availability of washing machine and ironing facilities - Snacks and water in the fridge were a lovely extra touch I would definitely recommend closing the window at night, which has excellent sound insulation. We didn't because we're not used to sleeping with air conditioning, and woke up to an extended 3am arguing session out on the street :)

• Lara (10/5): Ultimo dell'anno 2025 a Napoli - La pulizia, l'arredamento nuovissimo, la comodità della vicinanza alla metro,la silenziosità nonostante abbiamo pernottato per la notte più "rumorosa" dell'anno il 31/12. Se torno a Napoli di sicuro proverò a ricontattare la struttura.
• Vincenzo (10/5): Struttura centrale dotata di tutti i confort ad un costo abbordabile. - La struttura è dotata di tutti i servizi pienamente funzionali e moderni. Si trova vicinissima al Museo e alla fermata Metro, praticamente al centro della città . Molto apprezzata la gentilezza e disponibilità del locatore. La zona è popolare ma molto ospitale. Proprio per trovare il pelo nell'uovo, la scala di accesso ha i gradini un po' troppo ripidi ma è comunque sicura perché dotata di corrimano ed adeguata illuminazione. In ogni caso, se non ci sono impedimenti fisici, non rappresenta un problema.

• Fabio (9/5): Piacevolissimo soggiorno in pieno centro a Napoli - La posizione è imbattibile: a un minuto dalla fermata Metro 'Museo' rendendo l'intero centro storico di Napoli esplorabile comodamente a piedi. ​La struttura è caratterizzata da ordine, igiene e ottimo gusto, con una meticolosa attenzione ai dettagli in ogni ambiente. ​Nonostante la colazione inclusa (tramite voucher in un bar esterno, con servizio eccellente), la camera è riccamente dotata con merendine, acqua, succhi di frutta, microonde, bollitore e tisane. Abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato la presenza della tradizionale Moka, perfetta per gustare un ottimo caffè al risveglio. ​Il bagno, pur essendo un po' piccolo e sprovvisto di bidet, vanta una doccia ampia e spaziosa fornita di shampoo, bagnoschiuma e balsamo. ​I titolari sono stati gentili e disponibili. Ideale per 2 persone (Noi eravamo in 3, ma nostro figlio essendo piccolo ha dormito con noi nel lettone, piuttosto che nel divano letto). Letto matrimoniale comodo e zona silenziosa. Consigliatissimo! Il bagno sprovvisto di bidet e le scale di ingresso, caratterizzati da gradini stretti e alti, non agevole per portare bagagli troppo voluminosi.

• Surman (10/5): Igazi Nápolyi kaland - Nagyon jó helyen van a szállás, ha igazi Nápolyi érzésre, kalandra vágysz. A belváros gyalog és tömegközlekedéssel is könnyen megközelíthető.Minden rendben volt, ami szükséges az minden volt a szobában. Raffaele nagyon rendes és segítőkész , adott jó túra és étterem tippeket is. Bármikor lehetett kérdezni tőle, és mindig válaszolt. Garzie mille, Raffaele! Nem volt ilyen.

• Sarah (9/5): Lovely flat right next to the MANN - Really well situated for us. We wanted to be near the MANN and with quick access to trains to Pompeii. The flat was great, clean and pleasant to stay in and the host even arranged for me to have a GF breakfast (at a little cafe around the corner whose owner was also delightful) Naples as a city is very worn down and it's honestly hard to know where to stay. I never felt unsafe but can imagine some people might find the area a bit concerning but honestly all of Naples looks like this!

Petit, certes, mais très fonctionnel, idéal pour un court séjour. • Massimo (9/5): - Posizione Centrale vicinissimo a Piazza Cavour e Metro 1 (Museo), Appartamento piccolino ma dotato di tutto il necessario, noi eravamo una famiglia di 4 persone stavamo un pochino allo stretto ma per le Nostre esigenze (2 Notti) andava bene. Raffaele è una persona eccezzionale ci ha dato tutti i consigli del caso dove andare e cosa fare, più volte al giorno inviava messaggi su come procedeva la vacanza. Per al colazione viene dato un coupon per un BAR in piazza Cavour. A 10 metri c'è un parcheggio custodito dove lasciare la macchina direi perfetto.

Convenient and simple – a nice gesture from the host.The accommodation is tidy, the apartment is located in a quiet and peaceful area. There is a metro station and bus connections nearby, but everything else is within walking distance (Toledo Street, Centro Storico, Spanish Quarter, etc.). The host is very accommodating, communication was pleasant and he was very attentive throughout our stay.

• Ezeh (10/5): I’m definitely visiting again. Thank you very much - I had everything I needed. I didn’t miss home at all. The fact that it’s in the heart of the city centre and just 2 mins to the train station is great. The host was exceptionally nice, he kept checking up on us to make sure we are comfortable. He was a very nice host with a sweet smile always on his face😂😂 Just a little smell that comes out from the toilet in a blink of an eye even though the toilet was very neat. But it’s a once in awhile thing.
• Karin (9/5): I recommend it totally! - I liked the flat, the cleanliness, the neighbours, the commodities, the hospitality of Raffaele, the breakfast at the coffee in the corner, etc. If i have to comment something, its starting to be cold outside (end of novenber) and heating with the a/c maybe its not enough.
• Dariia (10/5): Great experience - Great apartment in a great location right near the metro. Every piece of the apartment was given a thought, so that you feel very comfortable. There is also a breakfast (a coffee and a sweat) in a nice nearby cafe (also, you have everything to make your breakfast at the apartment, incl. salt and oil, which always have to buy when travelling). And the best part are the hosts, attentive and being in touch to help whenever you need a help.

• Alexandre (8/5): Very good - It is close to the subway station (Museum) and to many restaurants options in the region. Raffaele, the owner, is always prompt to help with information and guidance in Neaples. The breakfast is something that needs to be improved. It is not taken in the premises, but in a coffee shop around the corner with a very limited offer. Indeed it is not fair to call it breakfast taking into account the experience we have had with other hotels or B&B accommodations in our trip around Italy.
• Sophia (7/5): Clean, modern, and friendly staff, but lethal stairs and quite small - Breakfast was simple, a single pastry and a beverage. Staff was very friendly and answered WhatsApp questions very quickly. Location is good, right next to the Naples Museum and the subway entrance. The stairs going up to the apartment are lethal. Very high steps, and hard going for anyone who isn't in good physical shape. The apartment was well kitted out, clean and modern, but absolutely tiny. Barely bigger than a basic hotel room. The pull out couch, which was supposed to be a second double bed, was barely suitable for a single teenager. The main bed was good. All in all, would recommend for an able bodied couple, but not anyone else.

• Sam (8/5): Geslaagd - The room was good for 2 people, the air-condition worked very well, the bathroom was spacy and the sound isolation to block out the buzzy Napels and planes was perfect. So a good place to spend a week but I think that the best qualities of the place are the location. the subway is close by and even on foot you are in no time in the centrum or at one of the many surrounding restaurants. the steep stairs to the chamber and the breakfast. The breakfast was fine but not great and not in the stay itself. And there are so many bakeries at walking distance that we only went the first two days and explored the other bakeries the following days.

Very helpfull owner who was very eager to explaine everything about Naples, and trips aroung Amalfi coast. Apartment was very clean with nice linen and very well stocked wuth coffee, tea, milk, water and juice, made us feel very welcomed. Would recomend for stay at Naples.

• Lorayo (9/5): Superb - The hosts are very nice and welcoming. The location is great - it is on a calm and quite street, yet just a couple blocks away from the heart of the city. I personally loved the breakfast which is served at the local cafeteria, the staff there was also super friendly!

Very nice and helpful hosts!

The hosts are super nice ! - The apartment was exactly as described in the photos, everything was perfect, clean and functional, and there was even a washing machine to do your laundry. The place was perfectly located for public transport and for visiting Napoli on foot. Raffaele and Andrea are very friendly and helpful hosts who always made sure we were comfortable. We loved the pistachio cornettos for breakfast, thank you ! Nothing.
• J. (9/5): Exceeded expectations - Superb stay that went above our expectations. The host was so kind and accommodating and the apartment was clean and comfortable. The location is absolutely perfect. A few stops from central station, close to museums and so many nice restaurants, you cannot go wrong there. If you need a small break from the Italian breakfast (which will make you look like a walking gnocchi after a week), there is a small kitchenette and several supermarkets within 300 meters. For me, the pillow was a bit hard. Bút, I will not count this as an improvement point because I'm sure that if I had asked the host for a softer pillow, he would have had one. :)

• Ottiliana (10/5): Exceptional - Soft marttresses, washing maschine, dryier, ironing Board etc. We didn't use the kitchen, but it seemed okay. And this was the first night warm enough. Thank you Francesco! Surroundings are not the best, but there absolutely nothing wrong with Lemon Flats.
• Ivan (9/5): Excellent location, very friendly staff, well equipped, clean. - Staff, location, supermarket within five minutes walking distance, practical. Not a complaint but a nfice: Be forewarned that the location may look at the first sight a bit shabby to those who don't know Naples. It is, however, safe, as far as we can tell, and the neighborhood is friendly. Also be prepared to climb 12 (I think :-) ) rather steep stairs into the apartment). Again, none of this is a criticism but a notice; nothing that we minded. We did not like the breakfast in the corner caffe and skipped it after the first one but this is probably what Italians eat (and we don't).
• Markéta (7/5): Good - Raff vas very nice THE BREAKFAST! It was only outside and it was cold and rainy... wasn't really comfortable. Also once the breakfast place was closed.

Raffael the owner was fantastic, very knowledgeable about Naples and having him on WhatsApp to answer any questions pretty much instantly was a great feature of the lemon apartments. would highly recommend. we are a family of four nothing

• Romanita (9/5): Fall in love with Naples from near by MANN. - The apartment is exactly as described. Just behind the Museum metro station and near by Cavour station, on the margin of the old city, it is easily accessible by public transportation. The owners were very friendly and supportive, even if due to a delay in our flight we ended up checking in around 11 pm. The room comes well equipped with an additional washing machine which can be a plus for longer stays. There were juices, water, cookies waiting for us as a nice welcoming gift. The recommendations provided by Rafaelle were thoughtful and helped us a lot (in particular the idea of taking artecard which saved us a lot of money and time). We highly recommend the place. For us the proximity with MANN was a plus. The restaurant around the corner - Il soriso dei sapori served excellent food at very decent prices. There was an additional city tax of €35 which we did not know about. We decided not to use the breakfast which consisted in a coffee and a pastry in a coffee place near by as the coffee was not good and the only pastries included were sweet, but that was a personal choice. I guess that the option would be ok for somebody who is not diabetic or who is not picky about a healthier breakfast. Some people might complain about the cleanliness of the neighborhood. We cannot say that we liked it but this is the very center of an old center and the cleanliness of the flat was impeccable.

• Patricia (10/5): Wonderful place to stay in Naples. - Fantastic location, close to the metro. Bed was comfy, AC was fantastic during the hot weather, host was polite and thoughtful. The room was tastefully decorated; we really enjoyed the lemon theme. The free breakfast (coffee and a pastry) was available from a cafe 3 minutes away, with a very friendly owner. Lack of oil, salt and pepper for cooking, a minor issue though.
• Despoina (8/5): Value for money - The breakfast is nice and there is decent variety of products. The owners are very kind and helpful. The location is easily reachable by metro and train. The noise because of the parking area next to the apartment during morning hours.
