• Robert (1/5): - Die Lage und Guiseppe, der sich sehr bemüht... Das veraltete, renovierungsbedürftige Doppelzimmer, Haustiere in der Küche, wir wussten nicht, dass man in der Wohnung gemronsam mit der Besitzerin leben muss. Laut der Bilder war für uns klar, dass wir das Apartment uneingeschrenkt, für uns alleine, auch die Küche, nutzen dürfen.
• James (10/5): - Staff was exceptional. Breakfast was awesome. Taking luggage 🧳 over a bridge. But Venice has lots of these bridges. Staff helped with the process.
• Imanol (8/5): - La intimidad que aporta la habitación,ya que tiene una puerta que separa las estancias personales del resto de la casa. Destacar que Guissepe es muy hospitalario y atento. Se podría completar un poco el desayuno en cantidad. Como detalle a mejorar nos quedamos sin papel de baño.

• Cristina (10/5): Buena experiencia - La habitación muy amplia y limpia. si bien en sector está un poco alejado del centro turístico, en vaporeto se llega muy rápidamente y finalmente se agradece no estar en el bullicio y multitud. Giuseppe muy amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Cómo sugerencia incluir alguna fruta y opción salada en el desayuno.

La casa è silenziosa, la camera è ampia e pulita, i padroni di casa sono molto gentili, ospitali e mai invadenti. Siamo stati bene

• Marco (9/5): Just like at home, away from chaotic tourism. - You feel just like at home. Special mention is for Mr. Giuseppe, who helps you beyond any expectation. Never invasive, but always present.

• Una (6/5): Pleasant - This was not as advertised: it is a separate part of a person's private apartment. The owners are lovely, but you are essentially staying in someone's home.

• Khumar (10/5): In the beginning we misunderstood each others but they fixed everything and solved the problem, meanwhile they invited m - Ms.Franca and Mr.Giuseppe both very kind. I love my apartment, I found everything clean and well designed. Especially the location is very close to the ferry boat so you can easily pass to the other islands.
• Kaustubh (10/5): Stay here for peaceful sleep and B&B and Venice will be more fun! - It has good connection from Guidecca island to San Marco, Railway station and Bus station and the apartment is peaceful and good to stay away from the hustle bustle of Venice. The owners are extremely helpful and will guide you for the local food and directions which is a huge plus! Also this is affordable pricing which would be suitlable for a couple. The bathroom and the bedroom are separated by a door which gives ample privacy! Nothing everything was perfect!
• Thibaut (10/5): Exceptional - Franca and Giuseppe was lovely. Always paying attention to our need. I had to find a wheelchair for my wife but the only shop was close for 3 days. Guis found one from a charity in Guidecca (impossible to find online) that’s saved our trip. Breakfast was enough to start the day and the coffe was delicious. The vaporetto line is near and great to be quickly on the main island while being far away from the tourist. They’re wonderful host. The building is quite noisy until 11pm.
• Natálie (9/5): Superb - This is the accomodation in the apartment of the owner, she stays in one room and you will stay in another one with private bathroom. The best is the location, you will need to use the vapporetti to do the sightseeing, but it's only few stops away. Hosts are very friendly, but not intrusive. The room is ok, basic utility. The neighbours are very loud and you can hear them. The breakfast served in the local bakery includes coffee and one croissant which is delicious, however it's important to know it's not a big meal.
• Diana (9/5): Comfortable stay in a brilliant location - Great hosts, brilliant location, very easy communication, comfortable beds, very convenient breakfast set-up (the hosts provided vouchers for use in a local bakery, delicious!), private bathroom, the bedroom was lovely and warm. Although it's absolutely no fault of the hosts, the upstairs neighbours are quite noisy - something to keep in mind if you are a light sleeper.
• Leme (10/5): Great time in Venice - Nice apartment. Spacious room. Comfy bed. Giuseppe is a good host and speaks perfect Spanish. It was all good. Make sure to buy the vaporetto pass for the days of your stay because you will need to use it quite ofen.

• Malgorzata (8/5): Very good - The host was very nice and prepared breakfast for us. Place was clean. We made a mistake booking this and thought it will be an apartment and not just a room. It's very pricey for the one room and we ended up 3 people in one bedroom (couple and a child) which is definitely not what we wanted. We survived but I think it wasn't very clear this is only a room since the price is so high.The hosts were nice so even if I didn't like the place, I've rated it quite high.
