Guest Reviews
- Vera (10/5): -
- Bernard (10/5): - Havre de paix au milieu d'un quartier très animé. La décoration, l'ameublement, les détails sont exceptionnels et singuliers. L'accueil d'Inès remarquable. Rien
- Rachel (10/5): An artistic sanctuary on the doorstep of the best of Naples. - We stayed one night before travelling on to Ischia - the staff and managers spoiled us. The best restaurants were suggested - the place is a sanctuary. The breakfast was divine - fruit and kefir and pastries alongside eggs however you like. I think the pictures don't do this place justice - every nook and cranny is filled with art. It's so beautiful and satisfying. We met x2 staff and x2 owners and they all welcomed us like we were family. I would go back in heart beat. in fact, I'm already looking to go back with friends for longer! Nothing.
- Gail (9/5): - Inès, Selena and the team were so brilliant on every level. They had such a warm, welcoming energy throughout our stay - nothing was ever too much trouble, and they offered such a personalised service. The hotel is a complete haven in amongst busy part of Naples, it’s very unexpected. The design of the hotel has a slick and luxury finish with brilliant pieces of art and little features weaved throughout. The breakfast was delicious!! Being pregnant I felt looked after and didn’t want to leave Naples mainly because of the hotel! Would 100% recommend to stay here.
- Richard (10/5): Very good location, unique and inspiring property and a wonderful hostess (owner) and staff. - Ines, Serena and Alex are wonderful. Best breakfast I’ve ever had in a BNB
- fabrice (10/5): -
- Syarifah (9/5): We loved this boutique property. The location is perfect.. right in bustling Naples but tucked away in a quiet area. We - The property and the location and the breakfast and the owners and the staff None
- Luda (9/5): Very good stay - Unique hotel - art all around. Excellent breakfast and great stuff
- Giorgia (7/5): -
- Chiara (10/5): - The breakfast was amazing
- Elaine Gaye (9/5): Lovely staff. - Breakfast was excellent. The only thing is there is no elevator. Stairs are a problem for me as I am elderly. The staff did an excellent job helping with luggage.
- Carmen (8/5): Muy agradable. Excelentes anfitriones.
- Natasha (10/5): Perfect - Everything
We loved all of it Nothing
- Sally (10/5): A beautiful and unique haven in bustling Napoli! - A quiet haven perfectly placed to see the sites of bustling Napoli. We were greeted warmly, room was perfect, great shower and v comfortable bed to rest our feet after 25,000 steps during the day. In spite of the central location and Napoli winning the Serie A the night we were there it was very peaceful. Delicious breakfast made by the host, a wine cellar to explore and refresh after a long day, and also an exquisite collection of unique art and design made in the on site studio by the host. Wonderful from start to finish and we will be back! Thank you for having us!
- meriel (10/5): Our second stay and it was just as good as the first! - Delicious breakfast, carefully prepared and served, a great experience.
- meriel (10/5): Amazing; hotel staff could not have been friendlier - Breakfast was superb - fresh, healthy and delicious with options
Location was interesting- in the midst of the city but slightly gritty area
- Vickie (8/5): A very comfortable and attractive room. - The rooms, public areas and surrounding garden area were all lovely, and the staff were very nice. The location cannot be reached by a car, so you have to move your luggage 30-50 meters up a cobble road, then through a locked gate and up 2 sets of stairs to enter the building.
- Elana (10/5): An oasis off the busy streets of Naples - For breakfast there was an abundance of food served at your table. There were made to order items as well. We had the best cappuccinos yet in Italy!
The hosts were very gracious and we were given a tour of property with explanation of historic site that is now the inn. We wished we would have stayed another night.

- DOMINIQUE (9/5): -
- Vermeulen (10/5): Beautiful guesthouse with every luxury provided. - Everything.
The room was spacious. Clean. Beautiful bathroom
The best breakfast outside in the garden.
But the staff were exceptional.
Their kindness went over and above what was expected.
Close to restaurants and shops.
We will return soon Nothing. All good
- Melissa (9/5): Grossartiges Erlebnis - eine Oase - Sehr sehr gut Nichts
- Simon (10/5): Our short stay was perfect there - Very friendly and helpful The artwork and staff were lovely
- Beatrice (10/5): -
- Courtney (10/5): - A fantastic place to stay in Naples - the hosts couldn't have been more lovely or helpful, and the room was gorgeous and spacious. A wonderful breakfast served in the courtyard, and beautiful art everywhere. We really loved seeing the artist studio and the pieces being made. Would love to return.
- Susan (9/5): Vincenzo and his whole team particularly Serena were excellent The property is a hidden oasis in Naples -
- Maclellan (10/5): Fabulous - I loved the beautiful design touches. The art, exceptional customer service from the staff, gorgeous toiletries pretty much everything. Can’t fault our stay. Nothing
- Grainne (10/5): Hidden oasis we will be returning to! - We received a warm welcome from Erica and the team who could not do enough for us. The hotel is located in a very authentic part of Naples and is a great base from which to visit the city. We walked everywhere.
The decor in the hotel is very funky and unique with lots of Ines’ art displayed which we lived. Ines herself is very personable and like Erica was very happy to assist us with our travel plans. We will be back!
- Busi (1/5): -
- Jamie (10/5): - I can’t wait to come back to this beautiful B&B. The building is fantastic and full of character, the staff are great and the breakfast is perfect.
Staying here was such a wonderful way to start our trip.
- Micah (10/5): - Extremely unique and AMAZING. ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS. The service was magnificent. I honestly could not recommend it more. Did not love the location. When in Italy, we want to walk to explore. We did not feel safe walking on the streets in this part of Naples.
- Stephen (9/5): - Property is very unique, and if you are interested in art it’s for you. Facilities are good. Excellent breakfast. Great wine cellar!!! Nothing comes to mind other than banging my head going upstairs.
- ann (10/5): - Wonderful location, great design, was perfect There wasn’t anything I didn’t like
- Joanne (9/5): Would highly recommend. Lovely spot. - Really unusual and original property with lots of interesting artwork. Very friendly staff and in a great location. It was my birthday and they brought my husband and I a fabulous bottle of Prosecco on the house which we were really touched by. Plus, they serve a delicious breakfast. Nothing.
- Andrew (9/5): Beautiful property in hipster neighbourhood with incredibly friendly owners and staff - An oasis in a very busy city
Staff incredibly friendly
Rooms spacious and beautifully decorated Nothing really although we were there five days and breakfast became very samey!!
- Bauhan (10/5): Fantastic. Great stay. - Hotel was beautiful, staff was excellent, concept was exceptional. The neighborhood was sketchier than I expected. No complaints, but I feel like that needs to be better explained.
- Sinead (10/5): A beautiful, art-filled oasis of calm with fantastic staff. - Breakfast was delicious, simple and fresh served by lovely staff in a stunning garden courtyard, an oasis of calm in wonderful Napoli.
The hotel is gorgeous with beautiful original pieces of art and sculpture (by Inèz herself) . The staff were so welcoming and warm. Serena, Ravi and all of their colleagues were charming and lovely.
We stayed an extra night, thank goodness there was availability. Nothing.
- Y (10/5): An oasis in the heart of Naples. I look forward to returning in one day! -
- Nicole (10/5): Exceptional - I almost want to gatekeep because this place is so amazing, but I won't. AMAZING hotel.
- Daniel (8/5): Very good -
- David (10/5): The hotel is a singular property that would stand out in any city. - The hotel served as a beautiful and calm oasis set back from the chaotic Rione Sanita neighborhood. Breakfast served each morning in the garden was wonderful, and the hotel is overflowing everywhere with the artwork of Annibale Ostes, a remarkable creative mind.
- Cox (10/5): Boutique luxury in the centre of the city. - Ines and the staff treated us like royalty. We were looked after and nothing was too much trouble. The staff were exceptional and the breakfast one of the most wonderful we've ever had! Nothing could have been better, perfect.
- Anthony (8/5): Ines is a wonderful host. Incredible to be in a peaceful oasis in the heart of the city. -
- Beverley (8/5): Delight midst chaos - Delightful setting, quiet oasis in bustling frenetic Naples. Clean, light, wonderful setting
- Peter (9/5): Superb -
- Maria (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely setting and lovely hosts :)
- Philip (10/5): The whole experience was first class from AtoZ.and we are a well travelled couple. - It was a 5 star experience
- שירי (10/5): Exceptional - EVERYTHING Nothing
- Hamish (10/5): Wonderful spot! - Spacious rooms, excellent host.
- Loren (9/5): We would definitely stay here again! - Atelier Ines is a wonderful boutique hotel and a literal art museum. Every inch of the hotel had beautiful, one of a kind pieces of art that told a story. At check-in, we met the front-desk manager and owners of the hotel who were all incredibly nice. The manager gave us a tour of the hotel and gave more details about the art-work. Our room was impeccable. Super clean and had everything we needed, including room slippers! I also loved the soaps/lotion they had available which is a luxury brand in Italy. Getting to the hotel was easy. It may be confusing for some looking at the outside in, only because its behind a gate, which I really appreciated. Naples has a lot going on and it is very loud in the city, so Atelier Ines was a nice break from that. We felt so relaxed and comfortable at the hotel. Would definitely recommend this location to anyone visiting Naples!
- Sofia (10/5): Exceptional -
- Waddell (9/5): Peaceful, warm and helpful - An intimate and bespoke stay. Beautifully presented hotel, friendly staff and important detail that elevated the stay. Breakfast was excellent. I can't think of anything.
- Victoria (10/5): A gem in Naples - Amazing experience at Atelier Inès, the breakfast was delicious, great host, location amazing and the hotel is super nicely decorated
- History (9/5): An oasis of calm and peace...superb. - Very friendly and personal welcome, lovely room and great breakfast...better than a restaurant! Feels more like staying at someone's home than a hotel. Nothing really.
- Conlin (10/5): Exceptional - Breakfast, amazing staff and overall ambience were amazing.
- Kathy (8/5): We’d would be happy to return when next in Naples. - The property was very well kept. We were able to tour the owners sculpture and jewelry making workshops. Very interesting! The staff was exceptionally nice. The room was a bit small.
- Badr (9/5): A Wonderful gem in Napoli - Beautiful Boutique. Extremely good staff and attentive . Personal touches and details . Would like to thank Ines for making our stay so special . In addition the rest of supporting staff are kindly appreciated . Taxi access , but the staff were extremely helpful in moving our luggage both times
- Tatiana (10/5): Definitely Coming Back. - This place is a true gem that makes you fall in love with Italy even more. It is not a hotel in the proper sense of the word - it’s your very warm and welcoming home in Naples. Inès, and her hard working team of Gheehan and Ravi make you feel like a long-awaited guest. And the studio of Vincenzo! A true cave of wonders. Loved every moment there and will be returning again and again. Well, you have to embrace Naples. It’s not intended for a traditional sightseeing. The city has its rules and the locals have zero intention to twist and bend to please visitors. The streets are not very clean so you have to be ready to walk around different places. Atelier Inès is located in a typical Naples area and you have to be ready to step out and enjoy it.
- Vera (10/5): Exceptional - This hotel is an experience, not just a pretty place to sleep, take a shower, and have breakfast. It's tucked away in the back of a courtyard on a small but very lively street. once you pass the first courtyard (shared with people who live there) you enter the separate courtyard of the hotel and the feast for the eyes start. Every detail of the place is thought of, from door knobs, to shelves, to colors, to lights, placemats, napkin rings, etc. It's an absolute feast for design and art lovers. Staff was super helpful and friendly. Breakfast was delightful with great cappucinos. We met the owners and also got a tour of the workshop and got some history of how the place came about. The hotel lists parking though it's only available through a paid parking location 1 block over, still within walking distance of the hotel.
- Tzonka (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kate (10/5): Exceptional -
- Linda (8/5): Lovely hotel and trip to Naples, fully recommend - The decor and creative art works on display throughout hotel and grounds. Bar only offered wine by the bottle, no opportunity to purchase by the glass.
Breakfast was good but lacked inspiration expected from type of hotel.
- Damien (9/5): Superb - Inès is an outstanding artist and a phenomenal host. She welcomed us with warmth and kindness, making our stay truly memorable. For our 28th wedding anniversary, she surprised us with a lovely bottle of Prosecco, which added a special touch to our experience. The property itself is beautiful, blending artistic charm with comfort. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a unique and personal stay in Naples.
- Quinn (10/5): Exceptional - Incredible boutique hotel with an amazingly talented and friendly owners. Thank you Inès for everyrhing.
- Jeremy (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sue (10/5): A safe, calm haven that I cannot recommend more highly - Everything and everyone at the hotel is fabulous. I arrived to recuperate from a stay in a hospital in Napoli, awaiting my return to Australia. I was in a wheelchair. They met us at the gate as we arrived and helped us. The rooms were spacious and they moved furniture to give me more room. The bed is the most comfortable bed I’ve slept in! They brought breakfast to my room. Inès had been wonderful before we even arrived. Fabulous communication. Ravi and Gian are exceptional in making you feel cared for and special. Nothing is too much trouble. Staying in this beautiful green haven in the midst of crazy Napoli has been a godsend. There is nothing not to like.
- Simon (10/5): Couldn’t ask for more - Personel touch was amazing Nothing
- Jonathan (10/5): As close to divine as one can find in that amazing city. Excuse me San Genaro! - Atelier Ines is a soulful, elegant and peaceful place in equal proportions. It is rare to find a refuge so beautiful and alive with deep artistic resonance, gentle energy and Venusian beauty. Absolutely nothing. If I could I would live there permanently.
- Michael (10/5): Superb interior, service & design, we loved every minute - Superb interior, rooms are a very innovative design and great bathrooms. The service is amazing, proactive, attention to detail and great suggestions for Naples and the amalfi coast. Breakfast is excellent and the coffee is amongst the best in Naples. You are in the heart of a vibrant community We loved staying at Atelier Inès - there is nothing we did not like - maybe slightly more powerful shower but I am splitting hairs
- Kyle (10/5): Ines was so nice! - This is a gorgeous hotel, with beautiful art everywhere. It is peaceful and welcoming and in a wonderful neighborhood. nothing
- Erin (10/5): Peaceful oasis walking distance to the best restaurants and all of the sights in Napoli. - This hotel is an oasis in Napoli, it is gorgeous and curated with amazing art from the owners. There is an artists studio on site, beautiful common areas, it is so nice to come rest here after a busy day. Last but not least, the staff are wonderful and the owners warm and welcoming. No complaints.
- Reema (10/5): A fabulous two night break in the heart of Naples and run by a lovely couple - The artistic flare and the fact that it is centrally located but so quiet … the couple who run the hotel are the sweetest kindest friendliest pair !
- K (4/5): Very average - Quiet , friendly staff Bathroom smell, non functioning items, no water in room, leaking shower, no special meal request, not taking all forms of payment, gritty area, better areas in Naples to stay.
- Ariana (10/5): A place of calm within the hustle and bustle of Napoli! - A hidden gem - every corner has a little creative surprise. The staff and owners were incredibly kind and helpful. We hope to visit again soon to enjoy the space properly! N/A
- Kim (10/5): Exceptional -
- Deborah (10/5): Napoli Oasis - great quiet and well maintained boutique hotel close to centro historico - This property is so quiet and well maintained. It’s a bit of an oasis in the bustle of Napoli. Easy walk to Centro historico The shower in our room don’t have a soap dish. Clearly not a big deal but the only thing we can recommend for upgrading.
- Honor (9/5): Superb -
- Robyn (8/5): Very good -
- Eric (9/5): Superb -
- Sinead (10/5): A gorgeous, unique and tranquil oasis in Naples - We loved everything about the place - it was gorgeous, unique and felt like a tranquil oasis amongst the frenetic energy of Naples. The staff were very attentive and generous, we felt very well looked after throughout our special final weekend in Italy.
- Andrew (10/5): Exceptional -
- Stephen (10/5): Exceptional - Stunning atelier. The owners and staff were so welcoming and professional. The location was very central. Great vibrant neighborhood. Breakfast was delicious. It’s a must stay in Naples.
- Mo (8/5): Nice hotel in the middle of Napoli - - Central Location
- Very friendly staff
- Nice Garden & Breakfast - Very overpriced for what you get in return
- Jo (10/5): We stayed in a hotel but have made lifelong friends. We have never been made to feel more welcome anywhere in the world - The building is an oasis in the middle of a vibrant city centre but most of all owner Ines is a ray of light. Nothing
- Seda (10/5): The best place to stay in Napoli! - The staff were incredibly kind, thoughtful and helpful. The location of the property was fantastic as it was in a busy area of Naples however the property was quiet and relaxed. We didn’t hear any of the noise from the street or surroundings. Nothing! We loved everything. The staff and owner Ines were beyond kind!
- Cara (10/5): PERFECT! A beautiful hotel in the middle of busy Naples. Very convenient location and friendly staff that went above and - The property was so unique. All furniture and decor is made in the studio attached to the property. It is like staying in an art museum Everything was perfect
- פרל (10/5): A unique stay experience - Great boutique hotel,
Rooms designed like a museum, the rooms were excellent from the bed to the bathroom. The staff was great starting with Rabi with a service mind above all else. We will definitely be back, highly recommended
- Rod (10/5): Hope to visit again! - Ines and her staff are so friendly and welcoming. Really the definition of hospitality. We felt very warmly welcomed and they were always ready to assist us. Finally, the breakfast was excellent and the art was everywhere and incredible!
- Jelena (10/5): Exceptional -
- Simon (10/5): Wonderful boutique hotel in Naples. - Atelier Inès is a super boutique hotel located in the heart of Naples. The local neighbourhood is lively and great fun and only a short walk to all major attractions. Inès was very helpful in confirming our trips and putting us in contact with a local taxi firm who took us around the city and local sites. I would highly recommend Atelier Inès for people looking for a totally unique bolt hole in the city. Nothing - our stay was excellent.
- Christopher (10/5): Paradise City - Amazing location centrally located to all the best destinations, both cultural and culinary. Ines and her staff are exemplary, without comparison. We got upgraded to a suite upon arrival and lived in paradise during our stay.
- Jonathan (8/5): Memorabile digs, too bad about the historic center of Naples. - Great rooms, huge, lots of storage, all furnishings hand-crafted by artist owner. Spacious patio for each suite, bathroom has two sinks, extra helpful and cheerful staff. Good breakfast includes fresh orange juice and eggs scrambled to order, also fruit salad, prosciutto, salami, and cheese. The property itself (as opposed to the neighborhood) is quiet. Naples can be challenging, and never more so than in the open air market just off the property. Crowded sidewalks, insane traffic, lots of motorcycles, and, worst of all, unavoidable. The district, Rione Sanità, is noisy, grimy, and said to be the densest residential area in all Italy. On the other hand, the apartment-sized suites with 15 feet ceilings are probably the most distinguished in all Naples.
- Imara (9/5): All in all a great stay! The place is very charming, and the staff is helpful and kind. -
- Jake (9/5): Quiet sanctuary in the heart of busy Naples. Would stay here again. - Great location, amazing breakfast and beautiful clean room.
Shout out to Ravi who was welcoming and helpful throughout our stay.
- Sanja (10/5): Exceptional -
- Thomas (8/5): Very good - Ines was very hospitable. The only staff member in the establishment was clearly new to the hotel business. For 300+ euros per night you expect well trained staff.
- Christopher (10/5): Exceptional -
