• Alessandro (7/5): Ottimo per la Posizione! - Sicuramente, il punto forte di questa struttura è la localizzazione a 2 minuti da Piazza di Spagna ed in pieno centro, vicino a tutto ció che serve, ció giustificato da un prezzo alto che puo’ starci in periodi di alta stagione. Camera molto pulita. Mi sarei aspettato qualcosina per fare anche una minima colazione al mattino, considerando anche la tariffa (giustificata dalla posizione), ma non economica; Peccato che non è presente in camera nemmeno un piccolo armadio dove poter poggiare i propri abiti; Infine, nelle due notti ho trovato il mio lenzuolo con un buco; spero sia stato un caso.

• Chiara (9/5): - Posizione ottima Finestra sopra la cucina di un ristorante con relativi odori che entravano se si apriva (a parte l''affaccio sulle macchine dei condizionatori e su una zona di deposito)
• Matteo (9/5): - La struttura era molto moderna e nel centro di Roma. La posizione è ottima, zona tranquilla ma frequentata da molte persone. La camera arredata molto bene. Gli asciugamani venivano cambiati tutti i giorni senza neanche chiedere, molto apprezzata come cosa! L’unica cosa che sistemerei è il bagno, erano presenti dei buchi nella parete, dietro il WC. Aggiungerei un mobiletto in bagno per poter sistemare i prodotti

• Rūta (9/5): Great location and cozy aprtment. - Amazing location, and all you need in the apartment to have a cozy and comfortable stay in Rome. We had some issues with the hot water, but the landlord was very helpful and cleared the issues right away.

Manca solo qualche appoggio per le valigie e i comodini poco stabili ma tutto sommato per pochi giorni può andare bene ..

• Mariuzzo (9/5): Il b&b ha un profumo accogliente e di pulito. Ha ogni comfort necessario, posizione ottima e prezzo accessibile. Sic - La posizione è ottimale; si può arrivare ai punti principali della città camminando o con la metro. Dietro l’angolo di piazza di Spagna, comodissima posizione arrivando dalla stazione termini con la metro. Noi avevamo il bagno separato dalla camera, forse è stato l’unica cosa un po’ “scomoda”. Lo sciacquone non funzionava bene e consiglierei di mettere un portasapone nella doccia per appoggiare le cose senza doversi piegare. Anche un doccino sarebbe gradito oltre al soffione.
• Raymond (1/5): A disasterous experience and financial rip off - Nothing, but location was central Facilities were poor, almost primative, and the room was very basic and noisy. Everything in the room was of poor quality. The toilet and shower were not in the room but down a corridor that was not as clear in the description as it could have been on booking site. Even the door handle to the toilet was broken, the toilet itself was difficult to flush, and the water supply was erratic. I am a size medium in clothes, but the shower was minute and difficult to access, the water cold and erratic. I couldn't wouldn't use There were no staff in the facility, and everything was done via phone. The room was on the second floor with the circular star difficult to access actually dangerous The hall prior to stairs grim to dirty, with waste bins being stored. We hardly slept the only night we stayed and left as early as we could come next morning. We found a superb hotel several hundred yards away. I would recommend thar people avoid this property. There were plenty of even the walk-in rates very acceptable. We were charged local tax at €7.00 each per night, when the second hotel charged only 6.00 for the same tax. AVOID THIS PROPERTY

Personale gentile, camera - La posizione, la disponibilità del personale, il fatto che la camera venisse rassettata quotidianamente e gli asciugamani cambiati La pulizia, purtroppo le zone un po “nascoste” tipo sotto il letto, dietro la porta del bagno, sopra una mensola erano piene di polvere quando siamo arrivati e sono rimaste tali per tutto il soggiorno

• Foteini (8/5): Great stay overall — comfortable and enjoyable! - We stayed at this accommodation in Rome for four nights and overall had a very pleasant experience. The place was comfortable, clean, and well-suited for our stay, and we felt satisfied with our choice. The only minor drawbacks were that the window faced an inner courtyard rather than offering a view, and there was no elevator, which would have been helpful, especially with luggage. Despite these small inconveniences, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others visiting Rome.

• DESPOINA (1/5): - The location The room under the bed was dirty.The first night we didn't sleep because ac was noisy.The second night the ac didn't work at all in heating and we were cold. Bathroom phone didn't work and we didn't have enough hot water.On the third night the toilet and the shower were flooded with dirty water and we waited until 1 in the morning dir someone ro come and unclog it.He knew that his toilet was clogged he accused us of doing it and was the rudest. He ruin our holidays in Rome.

• Rona (6/5): Would not book again - Location was only good thing about this property. Did not get what we thought and the price was quite high. Last night in Rome and expected it would be much nicer. We did not know there would be multiple steps to room. Was difficult to manage with luggage. Traveling with family and sharing rooms. One room the shower had no privacy ( no curtain and could be seen from bedroom) and the other room the shower had a curtain but was in the room not in the bathroom. Very strange. And the pullout couch advertised was actually a pullout chair and very small. It was not made up and when asked for sheets was told it was not possible and we had to let them know in advance we wanted to use it. So figuring out where everyone could sleep was difficult with 2 parents and two adult siblings who were not comfortable in this environment.

• Elisabeth (8/5): Top Lage und sehr nettes Personal! - Top Lage direkt in der Nähe der spanischen Treppe. Gut zu erreichen! Andrea war sehr freundlich und hat einen mit allen erforderlichen Informationen versorgt und war immer ansprechbar! Gepäck vor Check-In und nach Check-Out im Flur zu lassen, hat auch sehr gut geklappt. Hierfür noch einmal Danke! Kostenloser Espresso im Gemeinschafts-Flur vorhanden und sehr gut! Die Wände sind dünn, man kann die Tür nicht von innen abschließen (jedenfalls haben wir keine Möglichkeit gefunden), sodass man manchmal denkt, die Gäste des Nachbarzimmers treten gleich ins eigene Zimmer ein (Eingeben des Schlüsselcodes im Nummernpad hat sich angehört, als wäre es an der eigenen Tür; Nachbarn haben Tür lautstark zugeworfen, sodass die Deko an der Wand gewackelt hat). Man gewöhnt sich aber auch dran.

Forse se si - La stanza è molto spaziosa, riscaldata bene ed i vetri ben isolanti considerando che sotto la struttura ci sono 3 ristoranti. La porta del bagno guasta, non si chiudeva e penso sia basilare che si chiuda in una king superior che ha un determinato prezzo.

Round the corner from the Spanish Steps and within walking distance to other key sites (Trevi, Piazza Navona etc.). The room was also very well appointed and cleaned and done up every day. The main entrance hallway from the street is not very appealing, but don’t be put off by this. The apartment itself is very different and the rooms very modern and comfortable

Apartment was spotless and had everything you need bed was so comfortable had 2 great nights sleep.
