• Megan Malherbe (10/5): - Easy access at San stae vaporette stop. The orange light. Would have been cool to have it switch on though! Lovely quiet place. Steep stairs to room! Check out was 10.30 but cleaning staff was jingling her keys since 9 am outside our door! I think she asked us in Italian whether she can come in and clean while we were still packing but we could not understand her. The rest of the stay was perfect.

• Dr. Wolfgang (2/5): Gäste als störendes Übel auf dem Weg zu ihrem Geld. - Die Lage 1.Der unfreundliche Empfang. Ich müsse mich online einchecken hatte dafür allerdings einen nicht funktionierenden Link erhalten. Als ich an der Tür klingelte, wurde ich rüde gefragt, wer ich überhaupt sei. Und man mache keinen persönlichen Check in. Mit neuem Link kämpfte ich mich auf der Straße stehend durch den Checkin. Die Tür öffnete sich und ich stellte fest: Hinter der Tür lag auch die Wohnung des Inhabers, der mich gerade schlecht behandelte .... Gastfreundlichkeit sieht anders. 2. Das blutige Handtuch unter meinem Bett und der Umgang damit.... kein sorry, keine Entschuldigung und dafür die Unterstellung, das But sei von mir. 3. Die vielen Hinweise, was man nicht tun sollte und dass schmutziges Geschirr bei der Abreise ( es gab 3 Teller) 20 € extra kosten sollte. 4. Das wackelige WLAN... Meine Bemerkung: "No Internet" wurde von der Hausdame mit "No englisch, solo italiana" beantwortet.... aber was ist das italienische Wort für Internet? Schuld war natürlich ein Gast, der den Stecker gezogen hatte..... Es wurde später ein neuer Router installiert....
• Antonia (5/5): Agradable - La verdad que nos gustó mucho, muchos detalles, como toallas, jabón, secador, mantas, zapatillas, muy buena ubicación, lo recomiendo, sobre todo el precio. Las camas no eran muy cómodas, es lo único que no nos gustó, por decir algo.

Manager was too pushy with wanting to know the departure time, with message after 10pm. Felt too intrusive and not necessary. Check out time was clear.

• Alberto (1/5): No recomiendo - Lo único bueno es la ubicación , es perfecta ra salir y entrar de Venecia En primer lugar en ambientador que usan , huele fatal es un olor ha antiguo . En segundo luego la falta de limpieza en el suelo ,tenía pelos y pelusas grandes ( puedo adjuntar fotos) En tercer lugar la falta de jabón o shampoo ( de hecho tuve que comprar ) Y como remate final nos trataron como si hubiéramos robado café ... Tenían una cafetera en la entrada de las habitaciones con un cartel que ponía 1€ 2 cápsulas de café ☕ y justo debajo una cesta con las cápsulas y una caja roja donde se ponía el dinero, pues bien así hacíamos , cada vez que nos hacíamos un café ☕ pagamos , pues nos trataron de ladrones por qué les escuchamos hablar de nosotros .... Y más el último día no pudieron las cápsulas.... NO VOLVEREMOS JAMAS a este sitio

Lits 1 personnes qui sont en fait des parties de clic-clac en mauvais état. Tout juste ok pour des enfants. Il est temps de les remplacer par de véritables lits. Les couvertures d'un autre temps qui pourraient être remplacées par des couettes confortables.
• Katrin (10/5): - Der Host war freundlich und zu jeder Zeit erreichbar und antwortete auf alle Fragen. Sehr gute Lage, nah an allen Attraktionen aber abseits der Touristenströme und gut vom Bahnhof zu erreichen. Es gab keine Überraschungen, alles ist wie auf den Bildern dargestellt.
• Béatrice (3/5): Très sommaire mais bien placé. - L'emplacement Ma location devait être pour 4 adultes. La chambre n'est pas vraiment pour 4 adultes. Il y 1 lit double et 2 lits pliants simples en largeur 80cm. Ces derniers sont très inconfortables pour de grands adultes. La chambre est plutôt pour un couple avec 2 enfants. Donc si vous souhaitez être 3 ou 4 adultes avec chacun votre souhait de confort, passez votre chemin. Mais l'emplacement est excellent, donc on peut accepter de mal dormir pendant une semaine pour visiter Venise à pied. Et le quartier est plutôt sûr. La propreté est très approximative et la kitchenette ne permet pas de cuisiner, mais seulement de réchauffer quelque chose au micro-ondes.

• Fanny (6/5): - L’emplacement à 10min du Rialto est top. La chambre est mignonne. Arrivée autonome et possibilité de laisser les bagages le jour du départ. On capte peu le wifi dans la chambre. Le sol n’est pas super propre. On entend les voisins dans les autres chambres. Malgré un checkout prévu à 10h30, nous avons été réveillé par une employée qui voulait nettoyer la chambre à 9h30. Elle a mis les clés dans notre serrure pour nous faire comprendre qu’on devait libérer la chambre à 9h30. Elle parlait fort au téléphone pour nous embêter et elle a criait agressivement qu’on devait libérer la chambre avant l’heure prévu. On s’est rarement sentie aussi oppressé.

• Ilona (4/5): - Einxheck mit Zugangscode hat auch kurz vor Mitternacht gut funktioniert. Die Lage ist Top. Nur 1 Minute zum Vaporetto. Kein Internet. Vermieterin war an einer Lösung nicht interessiert ,,,meinte nur, ich reise eh bald ab. Vor und während der Anreise merkwürdige/verwirrende WhatsApp Nachrichten und Anrufe zu unmöglichen Zeiten. Waschbecken kaputt. Bei knapp 120 € pro Nacht erwarte ich mehr. Für den kaum vorhandenen Wasserdruck kann wahrscheinlich die Vermieterin nichts.

• Mona (1/5): Absolut nicht empfehlenswert - Nichts Sehr enttäuschender Aufenthalt. Extrem niedriger Wasserdruck und kein konstantes warmes Wasser, defekte Toilettenspülung. Massive Hygienemängel: Bett und besonders die Matratze waren schmutzig und voller Haare, zusätzlich Spinnennetze an den Wänden. Der Aufenthalt war unzumutbar, wir mussten vorzeitig abreisen. Trotz Fotobeweisen keine angemessene Lösung. Nicht empfehlenswert.

• György (8/5): Optimális, leginkább pároknak javaslom. - Elhelyezkedés Gyenge wi-fi, hűvös, és a megoldásban se volt segítőkész a kiadó. Az esőben elázott ruháinkat nem volt esély megszárítani. Meglepett a +3€/fő/nap felár, ami a hirdetésben nem tűnt fel. Otthagytam a saját kulcsom, de a kiadó 20 percen belül hívott, elküldte fotón, és ezzel nagyon sokat segített nekem, ezt külön köszönöm.

• Noimanee (7/5): Standort gut, Ausstattung nicht so gut. - Der Standort dieses Unterkunft ist super. Alles fußläufig und ruhig. Der preis ist einwenig zu hoch, dennoch bezahlbar. Steht zwar B&B, aber es gibt kein Frühstück dafür hat es kleine Küche mit Mikrowelle, Wasseroberfläche und ein Toaster. Wir waren 3 Nächte da gewesen, eigentlich nur zum Schlafen da wir den ganzen Tag unterwegs waren. Einchecken ausscheiden klappt reibungslos. Das es kein Frühstück gibt. Die Putzfrauen kann leider kein Englisch nur italienisch. Schimmel an der Wand, erst 1 Tag später entdeckt. Das Bett war ziemlich unbequem. Die Decke zu dünn. Die Dusche hat kein Druck, kommt kaum wasser raus, man muss lange warten bis das wasser warm wird. Es geht gerade so zum duschen.

• Iciar (1/5): - Estaba limpia la habitación. Pase frío en la habitación. No tenia calefacción , lo único que me ofreció el dueño fue un calefactor pequeño que no daba apenas calor para calentar la estancia y metía muchísimo ruido. Sinceramente no volvería.

• Aurore (7/5): - Très bon emplacement entre la gare ferroviaire et les principaux lieux d'intérêt. Station vaporetto à 2 minutes à pied. Sombre, petit, de la poussière. Réservation faite pour 3 (maman solo et mes 2 garçons de 15 et 6 ans), mais on a voulu me facturer le lit supplémentaire pour mon fils. Nous avons dormi à 3 dans le même lit du coup.
