Em todas as áreas da hospedagem tudo estava absolutamente limpo e bem conservado. A localização é muito boa, em frente a linhas de ônibus e bem próximo a estação de Metrô e Trem, facilitando muito o deslocamento durante a viagem. Tem também uma cozinha compartilhada muito bem equipada, ótima para refeições rápidas, organizada e funcional. A anfitriã é super atenciosa e trouxe ainda mais conforto para nossa estadia. Recomendo!
• Domonkos (10/5): An exceptional stay with a wonderful host! - We spent the last evening of our trip at Marina’s place, and it was the perfect way to end our journey. We had read many excellent reviews beforehand, so we were already very excited about staying there, but the experience still exceeded our expectations. Marina contacted us on WhatsApp the day before our arrival and kindly helped us with directions on how to get to the accommodation from Pompeii. Everything was very easy and well organized thanks to her help. Our room was clean, tidy, and very comfortable. We especially loved the bathroom — the shower was spacious and modern, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Marina was incredibly kind and welcoming. She recommended places for us to visit in the evening, we had a very pleasant conversation with her, and she even prepared breakfast for us in the morning, which we truly appreciated. She made us feel completely at home during our stay. I can highly recommend this place, especially for couples looking for a cozy, comfortable, and friendly stay.

• Angel (10/5): - Amazing place near the heart of Naples! Great to explore the center and in a more quiet area to avoid the constant noise of the traffic. Despite the cold/windy weather we had, the room was very pleasant to stay in, especially with the private sauna that we were happy to use after a long day of visiting the city. As many comments have already mentioned, Marina is extremely kind and welcoming. She made breakfast for us at the time we wanted and was very quick to respond to my messages. The view from the balcony is lovely when the sun is out and we enjoyed watching the planes flying overhead. Something very minor but despite using the AC on heat mode the floor was very cold. I'm sure it's not an issue when the temperature outside is above 15C degrees though!

• Mark (10/5): Lovely B&B close to city centre. Hostess is amazing. - Very comfortable room, which was in an ideal location for accessing all the sites of Naples. Buses run right outside the property. Easy walk down into the main centre. The room was very clean and very comfortable. Marina was an exceptional hostess who gave us lots of help and information throughout our stay. She made us feel very welcome. Fresh breakfast was provided every morning. If we ever return to Naples, we would stay at this property. We liked everything about the property and if we had one suggestion, it would be to provide a little more clothing storage.
• Katja (10/5): Loved everything! - We had the best time in Napoli thanks to Marina! She welcomed us at the b&b and showed us everything. We ended up arriving a few hours earlier than originally planned and it was no problem at all. Communication with Marina was super quick and easy through WhatsApp. The breakfast was made every morning for us and the location of the b&b is perfect for visiting Naples. It‘s a 15min walk to the center but it‘s easy to reach by car without too much crazy traffic. You had to be a bit lucky with free parking on the street, but we managed to secure a spot on both days! I can‘t recommend this b&b enough to everyone
• Michelle (10/5): Great B&B in a central Naples location - Great Naples B&B. The location was good for being able to reach different areas of the city by foot or taxi easily. We spent several days here exploring from the seaside, hop on/off bus, rail to Pompei, walking through the different streets, churches, shops, and other tourist items. Added some photos below, all from this visit staying at this great little B&B. The B&B was very up to date and ALWAYS super clean. It literally smells clean when you open the door. The layout is a room (bed and futon, small fridge under desk, TV in ours) which share a common kitchen with two other rooms. It was quiet and guests were always polite as we passed, everyone was on the go so honestly forgot there were other people around sometimes. Marina was our point of contact and she was always prompt, helpful and sweet. I had to arrive separate from family a day early and she accommodated. She informed us an extra room was available for part of our stay so we could spread our family out a little. She made some great recommendations from where I could get flowers, places to eat and places to go in town. She had a nice Italian breakfast available each morning which was great to get our busy day started. If I missed her, she left a nice personal note. Many mornings we chatted as she helped us refine our limited Italian speaking skills. I gave a nod to it being a romantic B&B solely because of Marina as she pointed me to best flower shop a few blocks away and helped make me reuniting with my family fantastic. The street has plenty of available options nearby. There is a "convenience store" across the street to get small things like snacks and sodas for evening munchies. (but get those early, not a 24 hour place). Find the elevator on the bridge that takes you to the street below, amazing exploration down there. Great restaurant down the street on the same side. Go beyond for shopping, museums, pharmacy if needed. These are not dislikes, these are "good to know" for some guests to set proper expectations. Specifically speaking to my fellow Americans; welcome to Europe. Entrance is from the sidewalk of the city street. That's the benefit, you walk out, and you are on the sidewalk to immediately move around Naples. (see photo) The apartment is down a small flight of stairs and there is no elevator so you need to be capable of moving your luggage around and getting up/down stairs. The rooms are smaller than in America, that's pretty normal here. The breakfast is great, but it is not the continental breakfast we have in the states. (see photos) TV is in Italian, even the US shows. Not here to watch TV anyway so either get out to do things or learn what Kojak is saying in Italian. :) Again, not dislikes, these are the fun differences and experiences which makes travel unique. Enjoy and have fun at this great place!

• Giovanni (La Spezia) (10/5): Splendida settimana!! - Ambiente piccolo ma ben pulito, ordinato. La struttura e leggermente fuori dal centro ma raggiungibile dal metro. Intorno ci sono diversi negozi dove acquistare da mangiare: un'ottima pasticceria, pizzeria ristorante tutti locali ben recensiti e a costi inferiori a quelli del centro. Inoltre a pochi passi c e la Reggia di Capodimonte e le Catacombe di San Gennaro. Ritornando al B&B, il quartiere dove si trova e' Materdei e sotto c e il Rione Sanità (forse il quartiere che mi e piaciuto di più) dove ho mangiato benissimo e dove mi sono trovato tranquillamente a mio agio (c e una pasticceria dove se ti fermi a guardarla sale subito la glicemia). E a contorno di tutto questo c e MARINA, una splendida host che ti mette subito a tuo agio, al mattino quando ti porta i cornetti ancora caldi di pasticceria ti aiuta a gestirti al meglio la giornata con ottimi consigli su dove andare, cosa fare e cosa mangiare, e durante il soggiorno non si dimentica mai di chiamarti per sentire se va tutto bene se ci sono problemi e/o altro. Insomma cosa dire di più. Aggiungo che la nostra camera era confortevole e MOOLTO silenziosa si dormiva benissimo. La zona dove risiede il b&b e' sicura e le persone che incontri sono gentili e disponibili, come del resto la gran parte dei Napoletani. Non voglio continuare avrei ancora tante cose da dire...... Solo un ultimo ringraziamento a MARINA un abbraccio forte e un ringraziamento per averci fatto apprezzare così tanto Napoli. Gianni & Paola La Spezia Niente
• Lander (10/5): Recomendable 100% - La hospitalidad de Mariana. Su profesionalidad. Nos hizo la estancia muy agradable, nos ayudó en todo lo que necesitamos (transporte, comida, sitios que visitar....) En definitiva, una maravilla.
• Sylvana (10/5): - Der Aufenthalt im Terra Mia Savoia B&B war wunderbar. Die Lage war toll und alles super zu erreichen. In die Altstadt sind es nur 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Auch Bus und Bahn/Metro sind in der Nähe. Das Zimmer war sehr gemütlich, modern und sauber. Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Marina empfangen. Sie teilte uns gleich mit dass wir am nächsten Tag in ein größeres Zimmer ziehen,weil unseres zu klein für 7 Tage sei. Am zweiten Tag dann die Überraschung. Unser neues Zimmer hatte sogar eine Sauna. Marina bereite uns jeden Morgen mit Liebe das Frühstück zu und half uns mit tollen Tipps. Wir sagen Danke und kommen gerne wieder. Martin und Sylvana

• Magda (10/5): Top! - Ik kan Terra Mia Savoia B&B van harte aanbevelen. Marina is een geweldige, hartelijke vrouw die enorm veel van haar familie, haar stad, haar tradities en haar werk houdt. Ze heeft uitstekend voor ons gezorgd tijdens ons verblijf in Napels en stond altijd klaar om ons te helpen met vragen of verzoeken. Elke ochtend genoten we van een heerlijk, met liefde bereid ontbijt. De kamers zijn zeer schoon en goed onderhouden, en de B&B ligt vlakbij de belangrijkste toeristische attracties, die te voet of met het openbaar vervoer uitstekend bereikbaar zijn. Heerlijke lokale winkels, cafés en trattoria's bevinden zich in de buurt. Het lijkt hier nogal lawaaierig te zijn vanwege de ligging aan de straat, maar binnen is het erg rustig met een prachtig uitzicht over de stad en het binnenplein. Je kunt hier gemakkelijk even uitrusten van de drukte van de stad. Ons bed lag heerlijk!  Wij raden het ten zeerste aan!

• Katerina (10/5): Skvěle ubytování za skvělou cenu i se snídaní - Ubytování bylo čisté, útulné, splňovalo více než naše představy. Paní majitelka vstřícná, ochotná, me jako celiakovi dokonce připravila bezlepkové snídaně včetně croissantu, díky čemuž na ni nikdy nezapomenu a jsem ji za to nesmírně vděčná. • Zara (10/5): Amazing hospitality and luxurious accomodation - We felt so welcome from the moment we arrived. Marina was flexible and kept in contact with us the day before we flew, ensuring we knew the quickest/cheapest route from the airport. Throughout the whole stay, Marina ensured we had the best time possible in Naples and made our stay extra special by offering tips and making Loveleh breakfasts every day. A highlight for me was the bathroom. Not only did we have a personal sauna which was an incredible way to unwind, but the shower was also extremely spacious and modern. Overall, this was one of the best places I’ve stayed abroad and I would absolutely stay here again.

• Nicola (10/5): Es war ein toller Aufenthalt und wir kommen gerne wieder! - Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt perfekt. Marina ist eine unglaublich tolle und sehr nette Gastgeberin. Sie hat uns viele gute Tipps gegeben und aufgrund der späten Anreise sogar spontan von der Metro-Station abgeholt. Man hat sich sofort wie zuhause gefühlt. Das Zimmer war gemütlich, sauber und das Frühstück lecker sowie liebevoll zubereitet. Von der Unterkunft kann man gut zu Fuß die Stadt erkunden. Grazie mille, liebe Marina!

• Galib (10/5): The best hotel I’ve ever had while traveling. - Marina, our host, was unbelievably doting. She was perhaps the best hotel host we have ever had, and certainly the most outgoing, friendly, and sweet one a traveler in Italy could ask for. She asked us what we needed everyday made us ornate and delicious breakfasts, and allowed us to take our time with checking in and checking out. And throughout the entire time she exhibited patience and good will while doing so. And our room was fabulous. Amazing sauna, large bathroom that was immaculately clean, beautiful comfortable bed and bedroom (so comfortable was the bed that we woke up late during check out!). Everything was clean and the room had gorgeous large windows with wonderful views of Naples. Parking on the street was easy and there was security with the double door system. I cannot recommend this B&B enough. Ciao Marina!

• Anett (10/5): Mindenkinek ajánlom 🇮🇹🥳🥰 - A vendéglátó, Marina, nagyon kedves és segítőkész volt, mindenben (tényleg mindenben) segített, a vacsoránkhoz való aztalfoglalástól kezdve, a reptéri transzferen át, a napi reggeli kiváló elkészítésében. A szállás elhelyezkedése tökéletes volt, gyalogosan megközelíthető volt minden látványosság és minden metró vonal is. 🤗 Nem volt ilyen.

• Harriet (8/5): Great place in a not so pretty city - Marina is super amazing. Communication and organization was great. Unfortunately, Naples did not do it for us. The building of the b&b itself is not the easiest to access with large suitcases. We had to use the stairs and no elevator. The rooms were clean although small it served our needs for one night. • Liulai75 (10/5): - Dopo anni di viaggi e camere occasionali è la prima volta che posso dirmi pienamente soddisfatta. Mi associo ai giudizi estremamente positivi su Marina...che dire? E' quella persona attenta a quello che non ti aspetti e che anticipa le tue richieste per farti sentire a casa. Ed è proprio quello che succede...è tutto così pulito e accogliente che non hai bisogno di fare attenzione o controllare che tutto sia a posto...qui è semplicemente tutto perfetto. La colazione è curata nei dettagli (anche le bustine monodose di miele!), la camera risplende, le lenzuola e gli asciugamani profumano di fresco. Come rapporto qualità/prezzo non credo esista una struttura che possa competere con Terra mia, sicuramente uno dei migliori B&B di Napoli; tra quelli da me visitati, il numero uno! Non mi piace Savoia nel nome del B&B. Non rende ragione all'accoglienza e all'ospitalità che solo Napoli e una napoletana autentica possono offrire.

The location is good, within walking distance to museums, San Genaro catacombs, and many restaurants and bars. Our check-in time was flexible. The sauna in our room was a nice added surprise! Розташування супер зручне, ми добиралися до історичного центру міста пішки і не користувалися метро або автобусом. Обов'язково варте відвідування Національного археологічного музею, який поруч з готелем. Дякуємо за вкрай комфортне перебування!

• Adrián (10/5): Buen alojamiento. La anfitriona marca la diferencia - Debido a la disponibilidad de habitaciones cuando reservamos, nos quedamos en esta habitación únicamente la primera noche. Así que la utilizamos únicamente para dormir, y fue muy cómoda. El diseño de la habitación también era agradable. Pero el factor diferencial del alojamiento es Marina. Se preocupó de gestionarnos el traslado desde el aeropuerto (necesario dado el diseño de las calles de Nápoles y el transporte público actual), y pudimos hacer el check-in sin problema fuera de horas, pues nuestro avión sufrió un retraso. Al día siguiente cambiamos de habitación y en el momento del desayuno ya la tenía preparada, con lo que no tuvimos que hacer las maletas para hacer el cambio.
• Adrián (10/5): Habitación excepcional. La anfitriona marca la diferencia - Nos quedamos en esta habitación dos noches. Es la habitación con sauna, un buen extra difícil de encontrar. La habitación tenía un buen diseño tanto visual como funcional, y el baño muy amplio a pesar de tener la sauna dentro. El diseño de la ducha también es muy cómodo. La limpieza es magnífica, y la cama cómoda. Pero el factor diferencial del alojamiento es Marina. Se preocupó de gestionarnos el traslado hasta el aeropuerto, darnos consejos para organizar nuestras visitas, y de que mi mujer que estaba embarazada estuviese cómoda. Incluso nos dio un pequeño regalo para nuestra futura hija. Esa diferencia de trato marca la diferencia. No sólo estás en un alojamiento, sino que hay alguien que se preocupa por ti.
