• Sabina (3/5): Surreale - La struttura si trova in una posizione centrale ed è abbastanza pulita, con le dotazioni standard per un hotel di questo tipo. La camera assegnata era grande ma poco luminosa. Non si può gestire interamente una struttura via whatsapp con risposte generate dall'intelligenza artificiale. Inoltre, per un guasto al riscaldamento e l'assenza di acqua calda, sono stata buttata fuori dalla struttura pur avendo prenotato e pagato la mia permanenza fino alla domenica. Per quanto gentile l'operatore di Numa Hotel a cui si arriva dopo un attesa paziente e il filtro dell'intelligenza artificiale, non è riuscito a trovare altra collocazione per cui mi sono trovata per il weekend senza un posto dove dormire. Hanno esteso il check out ma anzichè lavorare nella mattina del venerdì ho dovuto cercare un'altra struttura. Una struttura di questo tipo dovrebbe avere alternative per tutelare i clienti.

• Carlos (9/5): Perfect location, lovely place. - The walk from the train station with luggage was not bad. The location itself was just off the beaten path but close to everything you’d want to see in Florence. We were able to walk back to our place to rest during the day and it wasn’t inconvenient. Nights were quiet, I actually never saw a staff or other visitor in the building my whole stay. It does have a balcony but unless you smoke, it’s quite useless, nothing to do or see on it. There is a small green light in the room you can’t turn off but just bring good sleeping masks. The shampoo and conditioner made our hair quite dry and crusty. There are stairs to get to your room, they’re not bad but be aware.

Inoltre carino anche lo spazio soggiorno cucina posto al seminterrato per poter sostare anche prima o dopo il check in-out e i locker (anche se solo 2) a disposizione per i bagagli. Impegnative le scale per salire ai piani per chi dovesse avere qualche problema.

• Roman (3/5): So wie das abgelaufen ist geht überhaupt garnicht. Für die dadurch entstanden Mehrkosten da man ja nun doch immer auswär - Die Unterkunft war gut und sauber. Lag sehr zentral und Fußläufig alles wichtige zu erreichen. Die Idee mit den Kofferfächer wenn genügen vorhanden sind ist wirklich gut für die An und Abreise. Das Café für das Frühstück ist ca 5 Minuten entfernt und alle sehr freundlich. Anreise vom Flughafen mit der Tram und Bus ist gut machbar. Das es nicht meine gebuchte Wohnung war. Man bekommt 10min vor Abflug eine Mail das die Wohnung welche wir extra wegen dem Balkon und weil es eine Wohnung war zwecks Selbstversorgung kurzerhand abgesagt wird, mit dem Hinweis man kann jetzt noch kostenlos stornieren oder aber man nimmt das angebotene Ersatz Zimmer mit einer Rückzahlung von 25%. Keine Zeit später im Flieger bekommt man die nächste Mitteilung das auch diese Zimmer storniert wird und man ein anderes bekommt. Da wird man einfach nur stinksauer. Weil unter normalen Bedingungen hätte ich dieses Zimmer nicht gebucht da ich eine Wohnung haben wollte mit Balkon.

• Mordr3d (3/5): Numa un brand da evitare - Posizione centrale. Letto e cuscini scomodissimi. Il bagno puzzava di fogna e bisognava tenere l'aspiratore sempre acceso. La pressione dell'acqua della doccia era minima appena sufficiente. Al nostro arrivo la stanza era gelida e i termosifoni freddi. Solo dopo ripetuti solleciti sono stati accesi. Prese elettriche non impermeabili in bagno. Assistenza da remoto gestita da un bot che non capisce niente. Customer care inesistente. Le stanze si trovano in palazzo antico con scale estremamente ripide e senza ascensore molto scomode con i bagagli. Per 150 euro a notte si trova di meglio.

• Majo (8/5): Muy muy bien para estadía en Florencia - El equilibrio “Numa” me parece fenomenal, los cuartos son amplios, limpios, con cosas básicas pero muy útiles como café en la habitación y shampoo/acondicionador en el baño, a un precio razonable. La ubicación era muy buena Al cuarto le faltaba luz natural, algo oscuro que no sabías si fuera había sol o no. No es indispensable pero si sería más agradable.

Check-in system seemed rather complicated (it took a while before their system recognized our documents). There was no staff in the building, it was hot in the room (even in February), very little light. There is no elevator (keep that in mind if you travel with big suitcases).

• Amro (10/5): 1000/10 Can't go wrong with this place - Everything about this property was fantastic- would definitely recommend and will most definitely book again if ever in Florence. The location, amenities and the size of the room along with how clean it is- definitely worth every penny (and then some). We didn't book the breakfast option, so can't comment on it, but maybe next time? To be honest, we tried finding problems, to convince ourselves that it wasn't "perfect" but we couldn't find any issues with the place. Maybe in the colder months the large room sizes are harder to keep warm? But I'm just guessing here...

Ottima comunicazione con l'host ma intervento non sempre efficace. Stanza al secondo piano senza ascensore, praticamente quattro rampe di scale da fare con le valige pesanti. Armadietti per il deposito bagagli insufficienti.

Miłym gestem od strony gospodarza była niespodzianka w lodówce prosecco oraz przekąski. Bardzo dziękujemy za gościnność. Przydałoby się jeszcze kilka szafek na przechowanie bagażu po wymeldowaniu, bo są tylko dwie oraz kuchenka/ naczynia kuchenne do przygotowania posiłku.

Todo estaba muy limpio, la cama era cómoda y el cuarto de baño era también comfortable y estaba muy bien equipado. Todo parecía muy bien cuidado. Muy buenos amenities, y agradecimos el hervidor de agua y la cafetera en la habitación. No entraba mucha luz natural, ya que la puertecita en la habitación no daba a un espacio abierto como esperábamos.

• Muller (2/5): - Buona posizione Viaggio moltissimo, ma questa è stata la peggior esperienza della mia vita: una struttura ricettiva male organizzata e con un servizio clienti sostanzialmente inesistente, o totalmente inefficace. Il tutto è infatti gestito online tramite bot che rispondono in modo automatizzato; per sfinimento alla fine si riesce a comunicare con qualcuno ma solo via chat. Per telefono rispondono degli operatori da non si sa dove, che nulla possono fare per risolvere il problema in loco. Viaggiavo per lavoro e ho prenotato e pagato una singola per due notti, chiedendo successivamente di aggiungere un secondo ospite ma per una sola notte. Mi hanno detto che non era possibile fare ciò per una sola notte e mi hanno fatto pagare in più due notti per due persone (tassa di soggiorno compresa). Viaggiando per lavoro avevo però bisogno di una fattura dove il costo della camera per me (da rimborsare) e l’extra per la seconda persona (da non rimborsare) fossero separati; neppure questa mia banale esigenza è stata soddisfatta nonostante le mie infinite richieste. Alla fine mi hanno rilasciato una fattura per due persone per due notti che mi crea grandi problemi di rimborso. Quel che è paradossale è che, stando alla fattura, la struttura sarebbe obbligata a comunicare in questura la registrazione di un fatto, ossia la permanenza in struttura di due persone per due notti, in realtà non accaduto. Ragione per cui segnalerò il fatto alla questura per gli eventuali accertamenti del caso. Ma dico una cosa dal cuore: ricevere ospiti non vuol dire solo dare un letto e una colazione (in questo caso peraltro servita in un sacchetto lasciato sul pavimento fuori dalla porta; in camera mancavano pure le posate e c’era una sola sedia), ma vuol dire anche ACCOGLIERLI con piena cortesia e disponibilità, supportandoli in caso di necessità. Scegliamo con cura dove soggiornare e cerchiamo di sostenere chi fa questo lavoro non solo per mero guadagno economico, ma anche per passione e con professionalità.

• Martina (7/5): - Ottima posizione, a 5 minuti da Santa Maria del Fiore. Ben collegato con tutti i monumenti e i luoghi di maggiore interesse della città. Si trova in una traversa abbastanza tranquilla, per niente trafficata. Camera calda, infatti non è stato necessario accendere il condizionatore o il calorifero. Porta finestra chiusa che affaccia su un piccolo balconcino, impossibile da aprire perché senza chiave. L'unica cosa che si può aprire è una finestra a ribalta.

Las instalaciones y amenities impecables, se podía conectar la TV por streaming por lo que podías ver lo que quisieras. Muy céntrico, a pocas cuadras de la mayoría de los hitos de Florencia. La forma de acceder y de hacer el check out sin personas, de manera online y con códigos fue muy cómodo y fácil de utilizar. Todo perfecto

Lots of stairs up- no elevator- not disclosed in hotel profile. Difficult with heavy luggage. Room was dingy as well as bathroom. Creepy uncomfortable experience. Anytime anyone walked down stairs next to room a light would go on and there was a window over the staircase to room without shade so room would light up. Do not recommend this property.

Se il servizio è offerto deve essere disponibile per tutti gli ospiti non solo per chi arriva prima altrimenti il servizio non si offre o il gestore si fa carico delle spese aggiuntive

Check in pas disponible à 15h, de gentils hommes de ménage voyant que j étais très fatiguée ( handicapée sans fauteuil ) ont arrêté de préparer la chambre en cours pour commencer la nôtre ! Le petit dej est déni ds un sac devant votre chambre et n est pas bon et vous vous débrouillez avec votre cafetière ds la chambre ( en b&b à priori il y a le service!). Très très peu de lumière ds la chambre car fenêtre donnant sur une impasse minuscule. Bref très loin de l image sur le site

Had to carry my luggage two floors and property did not tell me there is no elevator. There was no one there to help as it’s 100% digitally operated. Breakfast comes to you in a bag at your front doors I didn’t know this when I was booking. Not the best breakfast. I expected to have breakfast in the hotel and it’s being served properly as a hot meal.
• Romuald (4/5): - Très décevant. Les commentaires trouvés sur le site datent de l'époque où le Haggis était tenu par un couple. Avec la reprise par Numa, les services sont aussi virtuels que la réception. Tout se passe par WhatsApp quand la réception veut bien répondre... Tout commence par un check-in normalement dû à 15h et qui se retrouve décaler à 16h30 (prévenu par WhatsApp 2h avant!) Et ça continue, en 7 jours nous n'avons jamais eu la formule de petit déjeuner commandée ! D'ailleurs il s'agit d'un vulgaire sac en papier contenant des articles industriels pas très savoureux. Le ménage n'est fait que 1 fois le jour de l'arrivée pour des séjours inférieurs à 8 jours, jamais vu ça... Un placard dans le couloir de l'étage contient les "essentiels" (papier hygiénique, serviettes, dosettes café) et il faut donc se réapprovisionner soi-même en espérant que les placards soient pleins. Seul point positif, les chambres sont spacieuse et la literie confortable et de bonne qualité. La place du Duomo est proche, 7 minutes à pieds. Bref, Numa Palazzo Haggis n'est ni un hôtel, ni un appart hôtel, ni un bed&breakfast. A fuir!

Pour les frileux si vous demandez une couette en plus vous ne l’aurez que lendemain car il n’y a pas de personnel. Bref ça ressemble plus à un air bnb qu’un hôtel.

• Gerard (6/5): Concept bizarre - Bon emplacement à quelques minutes à pied du centre névralgique de la ville. La grande chambre est spacieuse et claire, la climatisation fonctionne bien. Literie correcte. Frigo, coffre-fort, sèche-cheveux, cafetière, théière. Pas d’ascenseur. Le ménage n’a pas été fait durant notre séjour de 3 jours mais c’est parait-Il le concept.Pas de peignoir ni chaussons ni mouchoirs en papier. Consigne à bagages trop petite ( 2 casiers ), pas de réception, on ne voit personne. La vue ville était en réalité vue sur les volets d’en face.
• Noel (8/5): Great room good location, poor breakfast for price paid - Great room good location Quite pricy and breakfast was disappointing, we asked for savoury last day and got same breakfast as before. Breakfast was an afterthought and very disappointing. Too expensive but if breakfast had been better maybe ok
• Spiller (9/5): Really nice stay - It was a big room, really clean and a good location The coffee capsules that were in the room wasn’t good and sometimes it stank a little bit

• 奚 (10/5): - 地理位置很好，周边很安全。走路去各个景点都很方便。房间里有烘干机洗衣机，洗衣凝珠很好闻。有配套的厨房微波炉烤箱，我们一共做过3顿餐很不错的体验 二楼挺大的，而且床的位置没有门，镜子也挺多的。有点不太感睡觉，后面是把床单被子搬到一楼沙发上睡的。

• Brian (7/5): 3 noches - Buena ubicación, cerca del centro. Bien decorado y cómodo. Habitaciones muy amplias. Hay extras de toallas y papel del wc en los pasillos, por si necesitas. 2 consignas solo, si no hay sitio te dicen que las dejes por allí en medio. La atención deficiente, solo por Whatsapp y tardan bastante en constestar, si llamas, no consigues hablar nunca. La luz de la escalera se metía dentro de la habitación, no había cortinas.
