• Mariana (10/5): - Even though it's on a hill, the location is stunning. The apartment is located on a quiet street. But it's a 10-15 minute walk to the tourist center, where popular pizzerias and restaurants are located. We had a very pleasant balcony where we drank tea and coffee in the evenings. The apartment is very clean. The service is excellent, and the owner is incredibly attentive and respectful.

• Rhianna (10/5): Convenient location and lovely comfortable apartment - Our stay at Bella Vita was perfect! The location of the apartment was very convenient - nearby a Line 1 metro station but also walkable to the centre, so it was easy to get wherever we wanted to go. The room was very comfortable with a lovely sunny balcony, and the kitchen had a fridge for our leftover pizzas and a microwave and kettle. Walter was very kind and accommodating of our needs, and made our stay smooth and easy! We’ll definitely return if we come back to Naples :) Everything was good!

• Emilia (8/5): - The location was perfect, right next to a metro station that took you to the center in 10 minutes. The neighbourhood was safe and quiet. The apartment had lots of strict rules, but we ended up enjoying it as it guaranteed that it was quiet in the night. The apartment could use some more vacuuming overall and cleaning in the shower. My girlfriend found two ants in our room and one in the kitchen.

• Magdalena Amare (9/5): Great value for price, no cons! - Great location and facilities. The bed was comfortable and the sheets soft. The AC was very nice to have with the intense heat and humidity. It was even a little too cold, so we turned the temp a little up. Beautiful views outside on the balcony. Every facility worked well; shower, sink, bidet, wifi etc. We had plenty of room in the fridge and some space in the freezer. The highlight was the contact with the owner. He gave detailed instructions for getting to the apartment from the airport. We took a taxi via Freenow. It overcharged us to €40, but I complained and got €10 back. The taxi driver took us right to the apartment, while other taxis might just take you Salvador Rosa Street. The owner let us check in early, and he let us overstay our check out til 17 o’clock, because we had our flight in the evening. I truly appreciate him for that. We made sure the room was clean before leaving to show our gratitude. He had a brochure with the address, recommendations for restaurants and cafes. It was very cool! City tax was payed in cash so make sure you have some before check in! I wish we knew beforehand that he needed to take a picture of our passports (for security purposes). Some people aren’t comfortable with this, so I’m just informing. I purposely looked for airbnbs or apartments where they don’t take pictures of the passport, because it felt sketchy. This owner was very respectful about it. I chose to trust that it was more for his security than ours.

Nagyszerű, csendes és biztonságos környéken van a szállás, a fő metróvonaltól pár percre. A szoba is az ígérteknek megfelelő. Ha hangosabban beszèl a szomszéd szobában tartozkodó vendég, áthallatszik.
• Vejnovic (10/5): - Walter is a very welcoming host who takes care of incoming guests. Room is spacious, clean and located in the vicinity of Centro Storico which was very important for us. Overall, a pleasant and great stay. You have to keep the noise level low as it is a residential building full of elderly people (advised not to shower late among other things, which can be tough in Napoli's summer climate).

The appartment is in a quiet area and there are plenty of supermarkets and restaurants around. The only thing they could improve on is the shower head which wasn't in the best condition anymore.

• Sophia (9/5): Superb - Walter was incredibly helpful, flexible and always available to answer questions. The place is comfortable, well equipped and quiet, but still fairly close to the center even on foot (though uphill).
• Dalia (9/5): Superb - The apartment is located very central and close to the metro. The street is quiet, which is rare in Napoli. You get a room with a private bathroom in a three room apartment with a shared kitchen. Our room was clean, comfortable, with AC and a balcony. The host explained to us very well how to get there and ordered us a taxi as we had to leave very early. We really appreciate this. The hot water in the shower lasts only for one person. You have to pay extra if you want to use a kitchenette. The elevator was not always working. And the sound proof between the rooms was not good. Other than this, it was a very pleasant stay.

A spacious balcony with a cozy view of typical Italian houses. Localization was fine, very quite neighborhood. Near the metro and within walking distance of tourist streets.

• Anthony (9/5): Convenient base to explore the City and visit Pompei, Herculanium, Vesuvious and Sorrento. - Location close to Salvator Rosa Metro Line 1, ete supermarket, Pollo Re take-away and Starita Pizza Restaurant. Security good and lift to 3rd Floor. Via San Mandato is quiet and blackout shutter works well. Bella Vita Rooms comprises 3 en-suite bedrooms with balconies and a common kitchen/breakfast room. The shared kitchen facility was not obvious when booking (i.e common fridge etc.). Thankfully guests in other rooms respected our food and drink in the fridge, kept the kitchen tidy and were as quiet as possible. However you had to be forever concious of your own noise levels, especially when getting up at 6am to go to the airport. Arrival keycode information is not applicable, you have to pre-arrange a 1-hour arrival slot with Walter and find/press button marked Bella Vita on the access panel to call him. Walter is a very welcoming host, but be aware of the requirement to pay local tax in cash, on arrival (3 euros per person per night, in April 24).
• Ljuba (9/5): Simple and comfortable, on good location - It is pretty good accomodation, if you don't plan to cook :) Property is behind four keys, there's funny little elevator, the room is nice, light, airy, and you can block the light if you need to. In the kitchen you can use fridge, microwave and water heater, so if you don't need more than that, it's great. Walter is nice and hospitable, and I want to emphasize that his leaflet with bulleted info for different locations (tied with metro stations you can reach from the metro line 1) is really great and useful. We tried few of the restaurants he suggests there and it was very nice expirience.

In the last day he let us stay 2 more hours after the check out, cause it was raining and we wanted to go directly to the airport. It`s an apartament with 3 rooms with private bathroom each. We weren`t bothered by the other persons staying there. It was clean and central. We went by foot to the city center. I reccoment going there. Excelent for a city break

• Roopsha (9/5): Superb - The room was amazing - comfortable, spotless and spacious with loads of light from the window/balcony door. The bathroom was spacious and clean. The host, Walter, was so welcoming and full of advice and recommendation which shaped our plans in and around the city really well. He was also very responsive. Not so much about the room itself, but the walls are quite thin and the rules do a great job of stressing the quiet hours. However, if other guests in the apartment don't respect this rule, unfortunately, sound travels too well and it can be quite loud and disruptive into all hours of the night.

My interpretation of the B&B in the name indicated this was a bed and breakfast. It is not a bed and breakfast as no breakfast available. More similar to an Airbnb.

When we were leaving, he allowed us to leave our bags at the property until our plane was leaving, which was a very nice gesture. The rooms were clean and well equipped. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe during our visit, which wasn't our experience everywhere in Naples.
