The room was very comfortable, quiet, spacious and beautifully decorated. I slept so well there! The small balcony overlooking the Vesuvius was a plus! Davide and his team were kind and prompt to help with anything I needed. Thanks for the private transfers from and back to the airport. Really appreciated! I would definitely come back and have recommended the B&B to my friends. All was great and I had a really nice time in Naples and at the B&B

In de straat Santa Lucia zijn veel verschillende restaurants en een supermarkt gelegen. Op loopafstand, 18 minuten, van Alibus en Metro. Weinig geluid van buiten. Niets

La camera è veramente spaziosa e arredata in maniera impeccabile. La stanza e il bagno erano molto puliti e ordinati. I proprietari sono persone molto gentili e disponibili. La consiglio vivamente!

• Laurence (10/5): Un appartement très agréable, pour se sentir chez soi à Naples - L'appartement est vaste et très bien décoré, parfaitement équipé. Davide est venu nous chercher à l'aéroport. Le lit est très confortable, le séjour est spacieux. L'appartement est à 2 minutes du Lungomare et 10 minutes du Palais Royal et de la via Toledo.

The balcony was a beautiful highlight with comfortable chairs, potted flowers and a sea view. Host Davide is a delight, promptly responding and offering detailed direction and recommendations. The location couldn't be better on Via Santa Lucia, directly across from the waterfront lungomare, Castel dell'Ovo and walking distance to Piazza del Plebiscito and Via Toledo shopping. There is nothing to dislike about this beautiful property. It is comfortable, luxurious, and first class and half the price of comparable properties. Don't hesitate booking with Davide.

Only a small issue but it would have been appreciated if more tea bags and more importantly coffee pods had been supplied.We tried to buy the latter in local stores but failed.

The host leaves you with vouchers for breakfast at a cafe right downstairs, which includes one sweet or savory pastry, one cappuccino/coffee, and one fresh-pressed juice (very fresh!).

A beautiful apartment property in a smart building, converted to a two bedroom B&B; it was really comfortable and quiet, yet steps away from great cafes and restaurants on the street outside and nearby. We had everything we needed; the owner, Davide, was a great host and very helpful. There is a taxi rank on Via Santa Lucia outside; we walked almost everywhere and made use of the metro. Breakfast was via an arrangement with the cafe just outside the building - it’s called Cafe ‘Tourist’ but attracts a steady stream of locals for its excellent coffee and patisseries, so it worked perfectly.

• Christina (9/5): A wonderful stay at a vibrant, cosmopolitan B&B in the heart of Naples - Davide and Olga were both great hosts who provided a helpful and pleasant welcome to Naples. They were responsive and attentive to any queries we had. As we were on a working trip, we needed a desk/table, and a small one was provided without any issue, which was very useful. The views from the balcony were excellent and we had a beautiful view of Mount Vesuvius along with vibrant sights and sounds of the local street scene. The bed was extremely comfortable, everything was well kept and clean, and we also appreciated the character of the room and the family heirlooms on display, and the appeal was further enhanced by the floral avian wallpaper and tasteful decor. We also liked the provision of 10 cent coins to operate the old-style lift in a building full of history and charm. The location was especially superb as we were within a stone's throw of great local restaurants and facilities and nearby attractions such as the Castel dell'Ovo and the historic Monte Echia just opposite. We felt very safe in the area and the vibe from the locals was good. The free WiFi was surprisingly fast and we enjoyed download speeds well in excess of 100 Mbps. The shower was very spacious and worked well, and the fridge was well appointed, along with a small coffee machine and some local alcoholic beverages. There was very good sound and light insulation and there is a fully-featured remote-controlled combined air conditioning and heating unit (which was a lifesaver given that the municipal central heating rules of Naples prevented us from using the radiator at the time of our stay). The TV had great picture and fair sound, as well as the option to login to Netflix and Amazon Prime. There was also the helpful provision of information on the local area and places to eat, supermarkets, etc. Overall it was a tremendous stay and we'd be more than happy to recommend Lex Room. The breakfast was provided at a nearby café and was tasty, but a little spartan (coffee, croissant/other pastry and a selection of bottled juice only). While this may be authentic to the Neapolitan way, a little extra would have been appreciated. The toilet was also slightly quirky in that the flushing mechanism could sometimes need an extra push to stop the water running, and the design of the toilet bowl meant that it didn't flush evenly all the way around. This wasn't a huge problem but just something to be mindful of. Some of the power sockets were a little loose which meant that plugging UK adapters into them with heavy power bricks was a hit-and-miss affair. However, we did eventually find one that worked.

Davide was a great host and provided helpful information on getting to the airport on time when a bunch of streets were closed for the Naples marathon. 10/10 I would definitely stay again Nothing, everything was perfect
