• Claudine (10/5): - La propriétaire est adorable! Le ménage était impeccable. Les petits déjeuners n’étaient pas disponibles directement dans l’immeuble, mais ils étaient gratuits dans un petit café juste à côté pour compenser. C’était délicieux, j’ai adoré. On a quand même pu profiter de la salle à manger (lunchs personnels) et de la terrasse. La vue de la chambre est incroyable!

Fijne plek om tot rist te komen in een drukke en hectische stad. Ontbijt was niet in B&B maar nabijgelegen bakker. Maar prima geregeld. Italiaans ontbijt.

La atencion recibida y el trato ha sido magnifico. Nos han ayudado en todo momento. Diria que la ubicacion por la noche dependiendo de por donde te muevas da un poco de inseguridad pero esto no es problema del alojamiento, solo informativo. Como sugerencia diria que pusieran en el baño algo mas de jabon ya que los sobres vienen por menos de la mitad y se queda justo.

• Andreea (10/5): Exceptional - The room is extremely clean and modern. We visited in December when it was cold outside and we really appreciated the radiators and hot water. We kept in touch with the host throughout our stay and she gave us a lot of useful information. Apart from a few issues with the room codes that got sorted quickly, everything was perfect.

Overall, it was a nice place to stay. Not much to dislike... maybe one complaint... the pillows :P they could be better... but it didn't disturb our stay.

It's right in the city so very noisy from traffic. Glad I brought earplugs. Noisy traffic always honking and sirens. Some nights noisier than others

Room was modern and clean, facilities were in order, location is great, cleaning was thorough, there’s breakfast tickets for this really good pasticceria dated 1920s (called Sorella) where we had the most delicious sfogliatellas, and last but not the least, Maria has been the most ideal host - was in constant communication with us throughout our stay, explained all details we needed to know, gave us recommendations, booked us a taxi to the airport - such a hands-on host. I’m so glad I booked this property instead of a regular hotel. We felt safe in this B&B, personally taken care of, and in a chaotic city as Naples, it’s such a safe bet. Would stay here again and definitely recommend.
• Sheila (9/5): Superb - Location within walking distance of the old town . Comfortable room with view of Vesuvius. Lovely terrace - nice place to sit with a glass of wine in the evening or watch the hustle and bustle below. Very helpful host. Quick to respond to messages. Gave lots of helpful information. Breakfast was temporarily not available in the hotel. We were given tokens for one coffee and one pastry in a nearby coffee shop. The coffee shop was nice enough but very busy on Sunday and took ages to get served, which was stressful as we had a train to catch. We always book breakfast in the hotel for the convenience and this was not convenient. The host gave us a kettle in the room when we asked, which was helpful and went some way to compensating for the poor breakfast provision. It was very disappointing but otherwise we loved the hotel.

• Réka (10/5): Perfect stay in Naples - The location of the apartment is very good, close to the old town, the main sightseeings, street food streets, railway station and the port itself. The room is very clean, light and comfortable. It's on the 5th floor but there is also small elevator in the building, so if your luggage is not huge, no problem to use it. There is a common breakfast/dinning area and a balcony where you can do plane-spotting or just enjoy the view, it's very pleasant. The room is quiet because the walls and window are thick, and windows also have shutters on them which works as a really nice soundproofing tool. We could sleep well every night without any issue. There was also an AC in the room and we had our own bathroom. As for the shopping, bigger shops are also in walkable distances(~5 minutes) There is a nice bakery in the near (bar Sorella, since 1920~2 minutes) where you can have a nice cup of coffee with a tasty and soft/crispy croiassant at a good price. The owner is a very kind and extreamly helpful lady. She welcomed us with cold bottled water in our room upon our arrival (it was very hot outside that time). She gladly answered to our questions or queries anytime; also gave us a lot of pieces of advice e.g. where to eat; where to go and how; what to see; which area is better to be more careful..etc. It was a perfect place to spend our time in Naples. 😊⛰ We did not have any negative things

• Bessey (10/5): Highly recommend if you are looking for a place in Naples that is centrally located. - Super quiet and very clean. Everything was updated and the owner and her son were very communicative, gave lots of great suggestions, and in general were incredibly hospitable. The balcony overlooked the main road and allowed us to see a lot of Naples. We stayed over the weekend for a couple nights and had a lot of fun exploring the night life and Vesuvius. They let us arrive earlier than our check in time and the breakfast place is across the street (mostly pastries and bread as well as coffee of course). The terrace was a wonderful overlook and very nice at night. Overall we highly recommend this place and loved the little oasis it provided for us in a busy city. Naples in general is kind of rundown and it’s hard not to take that into account when staying here. It is on the 5th floor and the elevator is comically small as well charges 10 cents per ride. During the day, the beach is far and not that clean. Not a place to stay if you are looking for waterfront activities. Was mostly walking around the city, getting food, and exploring the bustling night time activities.

• Helen (8/5): Very good - Clean and well maintained. Close to historical centre. Great view from the balcony. Comfortable room. Lovely terrace on roof top. Very attentive hosts without being intrusive. Had read a lot about location, but in reality it is just a near station city setting where you need to be city savy. I felt safe at all times and never threatened. There is a lovely coffee shop, Sorella, where we spent our breakfast tokens. There is a lift that you heed 10C for. The hosts left a couple of coins for us so we could use it before we got our own. You would not get a wheelchair in the lift. Would have liked a chair in the room.
• Abdrakhimova (10/5): The best accommodation in Naples! - Hotel has really good location, max 10 minutes from the central station, 10-15 minutes to the Old town. Room was very clean and quiet, the view is to the Vesuvio volcano! Breakfast is possible on the terrace with a really nice view. And the most wonderful, is the owner of hotel and personal, everyone was really nice and welcoming, they help with some places and restaurants to visit! Thank you ☺️ -

• Yvonne (10/5): Highly recommended! - Perfect location, a 10 minute walk to the central train station and metro. Also only 15 minutes from the old town streets with their amazing cafes and restaurants. A really nice breakfast of coffee and pastries was provided each morning on the balcony overlooking Mount Vesuvius. Maria, the owner, is a wonderful host. She helped us with all recommendations we needed and was always available by WhatsApp to ask advice from. The hotel was very clean at all times. It's on the 5th floor but there's a lift up! There wasn't anything we didn't like, the hotel and city far exceeded our expectations.
• Diana (7/5): Clean and near central station - great for 1 or 2 nights - The apartment is near to the central station and has a balcony with a view to mountain Vesuvius as a breakfast area. The bath is super clean and equipped with what you need. The owner is very nice and can give you the best tips for Napoli. You can also leave your luggage if you like. The apartment seems to have thin walls. You can hear your neighbours if you have the middle room. Breakfast is quite small. The rooms are designed modern, and maybe because of that, it can feel a bit empty/bald.

• David (10/5): Brilliant. Allowed me to enjoy Naples without the usual accommodation hassles. - Great location, only 15 minutes stroll from Napoli Centrale. The 5th floor breakfast on the terrace with a view to Vesuvius and across the local area is a great way to start the day. The management is impeccable with communication, advice and access details for a safe stay. An excellent knowledge of what matters in Naples as well. The rooms are attractively modern & utilitarian. Everything worked - all the time. Especially the double-glazing. The local residential area is worth exploring for real street markets and engaging Neapolitans not on the tourist route. I want to live at City View, Naples. Unfortunately this is not possible.

• Khaleesi90 (9/5): Amazing Accommodation, in an unfortunate area - The room was fab and clean, the staff were at the end of the phone whenever you needed, and breakfast was cute on the rooftop. It is completely not the accommodation's fault, but the area it is located is very scary at night. If I was travelling on my own like I was at the beginning of my stay in Italy, I would not have left the room very much at all after sunset. However, the staff were always there at the end of the phone if you needed them and gave constant advice over whatsapp. Just make sure you are travelling in pairs if you are to stay in this area.
• Emily (10/5): Fantastic! - Fantastic and informative host!! Very clean and new facilities. In a good location on a good safe street- pizza just across the road is fantastic. There is a doorman there until 1 pm, however, the doors are locked for safety.  Breakfast is included and beautiful outdoor terrace available to eat breakfast on, coffee etc. Very very good shower and clean bathroom. Elevator 0.10 euro per ride but just provides set of coins each day. We love our short but sweet stay here and would highly recommend.
• Yuko (8/5): passable accommodation - Conveniently located near the station. Second time in Naples. You can see Mount Vesuvius from the terrace and feel like you're in Naples. The breakfast is delicious and the service is good. It took a while to get into the room. Unfortunately, my plane was delayed and I arrived later than planned, but I was unable to contact him because my smartphone had no battery. I got someone who lives next door to call me, but I still had to wait a long time.

• Skye (7/5): Great accomodation in an unfortunate area. - Modern renovation and clean. Easy access (without keys for a change), and a lift for the 5 flights of stairs which was greatly appreciated as we have been trekking up and down stairs with a month worth of luggage! Breakfast was generous with fresh pastries, fruit, yoghurt and great coffee! The host text us much information about restaurants in the nearby area and reminded us how to get around the streets of Naples “safely”. Restaurants on Via dei Tribunali are about 10 minutes walk. Location. Despite being only a 5 minute walk from Napoli Garibaldi Train Station (and 10 minutes taxi from the Airport) it was an unpleasant area to walk through. Unfortunately, there is a big skip/bin full of rubbish on the street directly in front of the door to the building, and a lot of street noise that we could still hear through closed windows - which we have found both things to be quite common in Naples and Italy generally and out of the owners hands, but worth noting for other Booking.com travellers. Also, we only had 1 bar of soap to use between the shower and the hand washing basin - an easy fix!
• Ida (9/5): Very kind host and a great experience! - The BnB was just like in the pictures! It is close to the main train/metro station. It is very easy to reach from the airport with Alibus and then 10min walk. Location is very central and Maria as well as her daughter were the loveliest hosts. I got plenty of useful information from her and her kindness was unmatched. The space was spotless clean, the bed very comfortable with a nice view of Vesuvius to wake up to. There is a daily cleaning service. Breakfast was not big, but plentiful and tasty to get you started for the day of exploring this wonderful city. I loved the terrace with a nice view of the city and Vesuvius. Having breakfast there and relaxing in the evening was very nice! Keep in mind to have 10 cents on you for the elevator (It's a Naples thing). Maria was very kind to leave us some cents for the first night since we did not have any on us. We checked out at 10AM but we had the option for leaving our luggage until our flight and Maria offered to arrange a taxi for us since it was raining a lot. I have marked this location as my go-to stay for when in Naples. I hope to come back here again soon! Thank you for everything! I really can't think of anything.

• Panos (9/5): Clean, modern room a short walk from Napoli Centrale - The room was very clean and modern, and came with a safe for valuables and a mini fridge. The elevator was very useful and a great alternative to the many flights of stairs you’d need to climb otherwise! It’s about a 10 minute walk from Napoli Centrale. We personally didn’t feel like very comfortable in this neighbourhood, we were only staying two nights in order to visit Pompei but if we were staying longer we would probably look to stay in a different neighbourhood.

Even when the system at the Ab&b is fully automated she welcomed us and explained everything, plus she recommended places to eat which we love "very good pasta" and also how to explore the city of Naples. (She knows very well the place and how to move there easily) The room was lovely, really beautiful and well maintained, everything looks like new "fully recommended" and there is a terrace where you can enjoy the sunset with an amazing view of Naples We enjoyed our stay and again, fully recommended place.

• Laura (10/5): Amazing location for transport connections, very modern, clean and safe with a wonderful host! - The host Maria was amazing. She got in touch a day or two prior to our stay to advise we could check in early if we wanted as there was a heatwave and she didn't want us walking around with our bags. She added me on WhatsApp and sent me Google maps and locations to look out for on route, the hotel is a 10min walk from the train station where the airport bus drops you off, making it a great location if you're travelling to other cities. We went to Rome, Pompeii and Sorrento during our stay. The apartment is really modern, clean and stylish with a roof terrace looking out over the city with a view of Vesuvius. It is family run with the hosts daughter cleaning, it felt extremely safe and secure away from the busy city streets below. Breakfast is fresh pastries, yoghurts, cereal, fruit and other pastries with a selection of juices and a coffee machine which makes beautiful freshly ground coffee. Upon check in Maria greeted us and made sure we were comfortable and showed us all of the amenities. She then provided us with a list of local restaurants, bars etc as well as asking what our plans were and made recommendations for travel and trips. Once we were settled she left us to it and checked everything was OK throughout our stay by sending WhatsApp messages. With it being on the top floor there are lots of stairs however a small lift is available to use for 10c a ride which the first couple of coins were provided for us to use.
• Shiv (9/5): The hotel is amazing but there are drunk / homeless people in the locality. Therefore wouldn’t recommend it for just - Very clean. Room service everyday. Very friendly host, she always drops hundreds of amazing recommendations on restaurants, sight seeings, etc.

• Conor (9/5): Very good stay. - The host was very very attentive and accomodating. They were all exceptional and knowledgeable of local area. We were able to check in early and were given a full and in depth overview of room and accommodation. Superb roof terrace as well to sit out on. The air conditioning felt a little bit weak and the room at times felt stuffy, despite air conditioning being on full, and there wasn't a small bin in the room to throw away loose items like receipts etc.

The room was clean, spacious and had a modern decor. Our room had a balcony and the view of Vesuvius was stunning! The hosts were helpful in providing tips for our stay which we greatly appreciated. The breakfast was simple but filling and included fresh pastries , coffee , juice , yoghurt , cereals and fruit. The pastries were lovely and we got to try some local favourites. I would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again if visiting Naples. The aircon struggled to keep the room cold. Even while being on all night , the room was still at 26 degrees. It was tolerable for the weather during our stay but could potentially be difficult in July or August.

Breakfast was served every morning with local delicacies and a great view of Vesuvius volcano. It was great we could use the terrace also in the evening. Although the location of the property is just between the central station and the historic city centre, the neighbourhood is a bit chaotic. For people sensitive to noise you might want to close the window shutters and keep them closed;)

A great breakfast with fresh pastries, fruit and good coffee. Quiet rooms so we got a good night's sleep. Very secure property with key codes. Sharp edges at the end of the bed - so watch out for your legs.

• Marlene (9/5): Charming B&B in the middle of Naples - A very beautiful and charming b&b, it feels completely new furnished and renovated. Every morning we got delicious fresh baked goods from the bakery, it was a wonderful stay!

• Goran (10/5): Quiet oasis! - I loved how we were welcomed and everything about the room/stay, city and things around it was explained to us in details. Loved the suggestions of our host for the things to see and where to eat, that was really helpful because Naples is nice city that you maybe won't realize in first minute of your stay. Room was clean and perfect. There is amazing thing about the windows and window blinds which stop the outside noise to come in. I was worried I wouldn't get night sleep when I walked the streets but room had best sound isolation I have ever seen! The view from the room is direct to Vesuvius and that is lovely! The place is near the train stations and as suggested by the host if you go to Pompeii or Erculaneum don't use the central station but the station that's just below the street from the Garibaldi square. Breakfast was really fine, most of the food is sweet, the coffee machine is good.

• Geoffrey (10/5): Best place to stay near the Napoli Centrale Station and Garibaldi area. - Maria and her son Giulio were very welcoming. They messaged before I arrive to make sure I knew how to get to the BNB. I had no problems navigating to Napoli Centrale station from the Airport and once I arrived it was a 10 min walk from the station. The rooms are well cleaned and well kept. I had to check the balcony view of course and you can see Vesuvius Mountain from there. Giulio gave me some recommendations to visit for food and they have a list. I only visited the Tandem pasta place they recommended but the Genovese Neapolitan pasta was amazing! I wish I could stay in Naples longer but next time I will come and stay back here, so thank you for your hospitality and an amazing stay. Grazzie Millie! Nothing. Perfect stay.

• Marie-pier (10/5): Lovely and great quality stay! - The owner, Maria, is so sweet and helpful. She helped us for the activities and gave us many food recommandations. The room had everything I could ask : good air conditioning, a safe, great shower with rainfall and telephone head, a balcony, a small fridge. There is a nice rooftop with a view on the Vesuvius where we can chill, and that’s where we take the included breakfast each morning. To access the BnB and the room, it’s electronic with a code so no worries of forgetting or losing the key. The BnB is 10 minutes walk from the bus/train station. If I come back to Naples, I would not even look for other accommodations as this was a high quality for the price. Just keep in mind the BnB is on the 5th floor and the elevator is tiny and costs 0,10 Euro to use it. But Maria gave us money for the luggage.
• Ielyzaveta (9/5): Superb - - The host was very nice and helpful, always on WhatsApp for any of yours questions and with different recommendations and suggestions for food/destinations etc. - The room was great, everything what's needed. The bed was very comfortable. AC was great addition to hot weather outside. - Breakfast served was not of big variety, but still was nice to have something to grab before going to city - The view on Vesuvius was just amazing 👏 Paid elevator in staircase in building - for each use you need to pay 10 cents. Using cards only in normal life, it was a big issue for me to get cash in coins and to exchange them to get 10 cents as the device doesn't take bigger coins. Would be nice to get this included in price or provided the exchange device inside of hotel or entrance.
